The nursery have gone above and beyond to offer support and just be there for us.
However, the real game changer for this establishment was when new management took over. The nursery took a slightly more business-like and professional approach. It really worked well and within a short period of time, the nursery was being run more efficiently and our daughter's happiness to attend had also increased.
The recent renovation has helped but also staff appear to be re-motivated to assist with child development. The communication lines between parents and the management are very open and regular. I find I get regular email updates and invited to attend the site for formal catch-ups quite often. All very positive.
There is also lots of outdoor time which I'm a fan of. Each of the staff could not be kinder and more welcoming. There are lots of different events and the new manager has really brought a new lease of life to the nursery. I really can't fault it. Highly recommend and I'm so pleased that my son is doing so well.
