Bright Horizons Bracknell Day Nursery and Preschool

I and my husband are very happy about the learning our daughter is having at Bright Horizons Bracknell Day Nursery and Preschool. She loves everything they do and some days she doesn't even want to leave at the end of the day. I can see the improvement she is having day by day, in terms of relationship and communication. I love to see what has been done, day by day on the app. The staff are friendly and professional and I really thank them all for everything they do for my daughter. I would definitely recommend the nursery.

I cannot fault this setting.

They have been helpful in all transitions (starting bottle, stopping bottle, sleeping without rocking etc.) and he is so happy to be handed over each morning! I completely trust the staff there.

Both our daughters have thrived here, the care they're receiving has been unfaltered and meals are nutritious and varied. Thank you so much.

Amazing nursery. Both my children have loved Bright Horizons Bracknell. All the different activities in pre-school and little learners were amazing. Staff are amazing in all the rooms and so knowledgeable.

Brilliant. Lots of fun. Animals. Lovely to see staff getting involved and meet everyone. Great atmosphere, good effort by staff. Really good friendly setting. Child has a great time with lots of activities.

Our two boys have attended since being babies, and have always been supported throughout their development and been really well looked after. All care staff are trustworthy, super supportive and give our kids the time/attention they crave. Thanks team!

My son joined nursery during Covid, nursery handled the circumstances very well organised. Staff are very friendly. My son loves going to nursery has made so many friends. He’s learned so much and developed good relationships with his teachers.

Both children attend the nursery and love it. All staff are so friendly and professional. They have grown from strength to strength and made lots of skills grow. I’ve always felt so comfortable to ask for advice or help, they all make you feel very welcome.

Lovely setting, friendly, responsible and honest staff. Our child loves going, has done since a baby and now in preschool. The rooms are well equipped, food menu excellent and broad. Would and have recommended!

We have used this nursery for both of our children. The staff are so caring and nurturing with their first priority always being their happiness and well being. The facilities are good with each room really well prepared for each year group and developmental stages.

Great nursery where both of my children have attended since early ages. Absolutely amazing staff, facilities are top class and always kept in prime condition. Really can’t false this nursery in any way. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery for their little one.

My child loves his carers and has benefitted greatly from joining the Nursery. He’s always smiling when I come to pick him up! Other than a few bumps on the head after he began walking, we have had no issues with Bright Horizons.

Very happy with the level of communications, regular and consistently throughout the day. My daughter is very happy to come every day to play, and the updates on her learning path and photos updates is really helpful to us continuing the learning at home.

Every day is amazing! My son's relationship with staff is just lovely. So caring, supportive and involved. I get so much feedback about his day. I use the app to get updates throughout the day. He has such a variety of activities to help his development and loads of fun. He loves it and for me, priceless. I have peace of mind that he’s so well looked after and really enjoys every day! It’s a real family-friendly place, even my older son and I feel part of it! I was tentative at first, given my oldest went to a different nursery, but within days, I know I’d made the right decision.

I absolutely love the app where the staff update about their day and key messages. As an outsider, the new management seem to focus a lot on employee appreciation, which is lovely to see.

My child started in January 2023. They've loved it since the very first visit. When we get to the main door she smiles and gets all excited! The staff are always approachable and friendly. The app is really good, I love seeing photos of what she's been up to.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for five months now and absolutely loves it! She has the best key person who she adores and runs to in the mornings! The whole team have been wonderful from the very start. As a first time mum, they understood my anxieties of leaving her and were so supportive. The new baby room manager has done an incredible job of increasing the communication and updates with parents. I receive regular photos of my little one! A huge thank you to all the amazing baby room staff and management!
