Bracknell Day Nursery and Preschool is bright, homely and welcoming, with carefully designed features and layout to support your child’s education and development, from 3 months to 5 years.

Each age-appropriate room has play and learning resources to engage the natural curiosity of your child. Practitioners in the Baby Room use their knowledge and the variety of exciting resources to support cognitive, muscle and motor skills development, as well as standing, walking and speech. There is also a separate baby sleeping room for those quieter times. Toddlers love learning about the world around them, challenging their growing independence and understanding through word play, number games and teamwork.

The Growing Enhancements programme for preschoolers, unique to Bright Horizons, includes Growing Readers, Writers and Mathematicians, alongside Growing Artists and Creative Cooks. These enriching activities are designed to encourage your child’s natural curiosity to learn, and inspire their interest in food and art, helping to lay the foundations for future academic and creative achievements.

The nursery in Bracknell has a beautiful garden, split into separate areas for each age and stage. Children love spending time outdoors, exploring nature through the mud kitchen and planting boxes, and practising their coordination on the balance equipment. In the summer, children enjoy bug hunting, reading under the canopy, and learning about the foods they can harvest from the growing area.

We are so happy that we chose Bright Horizons Bracknell Day Nursery and Preschool.
Our daughter struggled to settle in with a childminder but absolutely loves coming to nursery and has built a lovely relationship with the staff. She is really thriving!
I cannot fault this setting.

Really happy with this nursery. The staff in the babies' room have been so supportive and really help with ideas so that I can face the challenges when at home.
They have been helpful in all transitions (starting bottle, stopping bottle, sleeping without rocking etc.) and he is so happy to be handed
over each morning! I completely trust the staff there.

Amazing nursery. Both my children have loved Bright Horizons Bracknell. All the different activities in pre-school and little learners were amazing. Staff are amazing in all the rooms and so knowledgeable.

We have used this nursery for both of our children. The staff are so caring and nurturing with their first priority always being their happiness and well being. The facilities are good with each room really well prepared for each year group and developmental stages.

Every day is amazing! My son's relationship with staff is just lovely. So caring, supportive and involved. I get so much feedback about his day. I use the app to get updates throughout the day. He has such a variety of activities to help his development and loads of fun. He loves it and for me, priceless.
I have peace of mind that he’s so well looked after and really enjoys every day! It’s a real family-friendly place, even my older son and I feel part of it! I was tentative at first, given my oldest went to a different nursery, but within days, I know I’d made the right decision.

The nursery is a lovely setting. The staff are very supportive and kind. My son is very happy to spend the day there and settled quite quickly in his group.
I absolutely love the app where the staff update about their day and key messages. As an outsider, the new management seem to focus a lot on employee

My child started in January 2023. They've loved it since the very first visit. When we get to the main door she smiles and gets all excited! The staff are always approachable and friendly. The app is really good, I love seeing photos of what she's been up to.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for five months now and absolutely loves it! She has the best key person who she adores and runs to in the mornings! The whole team have been wonderful from the very start. As a first time mum, they understood my anxieties of leaving her and were so supportive.
The new baby room manager has done an incredible job of increasing the communication and updates with parents. I receive regular photos of my little one! A huge thank you to all the amazing baby room staff and management!

I have worked in the childcare sector for 14 years. I started out my career as a nursery assistant where I also attained my NVQ LEVEL 3 in Childcare and Education.


I have experienced different roles within my career ranging from working as a Nanny to my current position as third in charge. Along the way, I have gained a great deal of knowledge through experiences caring for children aged between 3 months and 12 years of age, and I am passionate about providing children with a safe and secure environment, enriched with a wide range of learning opportunities, that are supported by caring and knowledgeable staff.
