We wanted to take this opportunity to thank Lavenders Day Nursery, and all the nursery staff for our sons care. Initially, when looking for a nursery, we were both nervous and hesitant on admitting the boys. However, all those concerns were dispelled by Lavenders Day Nursery your staff have made us
feel relaxed and confident that they would be looked after with the highest care. We are always provided with assurances that the boys were doing well which we truly appreciated. Thank you as you know leaving them at an early stage is always so difficult but the way you handled them showed us that love and tenderness can also be provided in a Nursery setting. Through Covid there were many constraints with visiting the nursery, but the girls made us confident that soon as they were going through that door, the twins were in the best of hands.
Thank you to you all for the amazing care you have provided.

My little boy has attended Lavenders Day Nursery (Bedford) since he was 4.5 months old. He adores the nursery and the staff team in the Caterpillar room have been amazing with him from day one. Leaving your child at such a young age was quite daunting but I never doubted he was in safe hands. He is
always eager to go in every day and clearly has lots of fun. The updates we receive are great and really help you to see what they are doing at nursery.

We have had at least one child at Lavenders for the past 7 years, with my son starting at 9 months (now at school) and my daughter also joining as a baby and currently in preschool there. We feel so fortunate to have found Lavenders for our children, they have enjoyed their time there immensely. Finding
the right childcare is one of the most important and agonising decisions a parent will have to make, but we can honestly say that since our children have been at Lavenders we have never had to worry about that ever again, we always have full confidence they are happy and not once had any concerns. We don't have family near us and having the support of Lavenders and knowing their flexibility and willingness to assist should we ever need extra sessions has been invaluable. My daughter quite literally runs there each morning and barely turns to say goodbye! We will miss all the team hugely when our daughter starts school in September. We can't recommend Lavenders highly enough.

We have been with Lavenders Nursery since my eldest child was 9 months old (March 2015) and we are now approaching the time when my youngest will be leaving and it fills me with sadness; Lavenders has been more than ‘just a nursery’ to us, the love and care they have shown our children went beyond all
expectations. They have supported and guided us through ‘terrible 2's’, potty training, help with sleep and preparing our son for the birth of his sister. Our children were/are ready for the next stages in their learning thanks to all the wonderful and creative activities that Lavenders has provided throughout. Over the pandemic, in particular, their systems have been fantastic and they have put the well-being of children at the heart of all their ‘covid measures’. I can never thank them enough for how well they have looked after our children and I will miss all the staff as we move onto the next stages.

Lavenders has been a wonderful place for all four of my children over the last five years. My youngest two currently attend, and they love it. They are happy going in and happy coming out, they have made friends, and they are cared for wonderfully by all the staff. 2020 and 2021, so far, has been an
unprecedented time but Lavenders has been one of the only things we could rely on and let our younger children enjoy without any concerns. We are very grateful for everyone at Lavenders, it will be a sad day when my youngest leaves but thankfully that’s a few years away!

Both of our children attend Lavenders and I cannot fault the nursery in any way. The care they provide is outstanding and each member of staff has gone above and beyond to look after our children in this extremely difficult period. They are always adapting their learning to support their current needs
and both of my children have formed close bonds with the staff.

When viewing Lavenders, we promptly cancelled all other nursery viewings that we had scheduled, knowing that Lavenders was the place. From day one, the team has always done their best to follow Covid rules, whilst keeping the atmosphere warm, loving, and most importantly putting the babies' safety,
development, and happiness first!
My son is a very fussy eater; Well, not at nursery! The chef is clearly better than me! He eats a very well balanced diet there! I live for their updates through the app. It's incredible, and my friends are always jealous of the wonderful activities they get up to, and the detailed report I get each day he's there. My encounter with the ladybirds and caterpillars team has always been incredible and I will forever be grateful to all, especially two staff members!
His development has come on so much since starting there, that I would wholeheartedly send him every day if I could! I would just miss him too much though!
It's the best, and feels like a family!

As others have said, I visited a few nurseries in Bedford and as soon as I stepped into Lavenders I knew it was the one. My two older children (now 17 and 14) attended Lavenders and when looking for a nursery for my youngest, who has now been there for just under three years, I was absolutely delighted
to find that the manager was still there, she and her staff are what makes the nursery outstanding. All of the staff that we have dealt with have been so supportive and have great relationships with the kids. We receive regular updates and pictures that through the app, my son loves all of the activities and particularly loves spending time in the garden. I would highly recommend the nursery and will be so sad to say goodbye (again) when my son starts school in September.

Our child has been at Lavenders for almost three years now and has absolutely loved it. Each and every staff member we have had contact with has been approachable and professional at all times and do a fantastic job with the children.
I have been particularly impressed with the way they have handled
the Coronavirus situation and was put at ease with my child returning to the nursery setting in this difficult time.
We have been delighted with the service they have offered and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Our son has been coming to this nursery since he was ten months and he has had a fantastic development throughout his stay here. Staff here are professional, caring and always keep us up-to-date when needed. They have great facilities, clean, and kids always have fun at Lavenders. The management is

Wonderful nursery, my children have benefited so much from their time there. They started not speaking much and within a few months they were talking a lot. I like the family days they organise and always attend. The manager is kind, helpful and empathetic. Highly recommend.

With special thanks to the staff. We are very much humbled and touched at both how professional and caring you have all been to our family and children during this strange time. It must be very difficult to come to work each day, mixing with a wide variety of people knowing we are amidst a global pandemic.
You love our children and do not shun them which I feel would be very damaging due to their age and needs. The girls work very hard and know our children so well, I can’t fault them on any level and I know I can be a fussy parent and am very particular about some things and definitely people!
I love the fact that they clearly know the children and how best to push them. The children are learning so many new things as a result of their input. We reinforce at home but the groundwork goes in there, with you. The activities are fresh and varied. The observations are brilliant and truly capture them in the moment. We feel truly settled and everything is perfect.10/10!

Our daughter has always been cared for beautifully at Lavenders. All staff make the effort to get to know children and parents really well and show a great deal of affection and care. Our daughter has always enjoyed attending nursery, and has made lovely friendships with other children. The rooms are
always spotless and well organised with plenty of toys and activities. We get regular updates on what our daughter is up to every day, everything is communicated clearly. The nursery is also more flexible than most with sessions, they'll always try to accommodate requests for swaps or extra session bookings.
In recent months with the COVID-19 lockdown, the nursery has really gone above and beyond in offering lots of support to children at home and keeping up frequent communication with parents about changes and updates. Our daughter's room staff kept in touch by sending messages and responding to photos we sent in which helped keep us in touch. I cannot recommend this nursery enough!

The manager and all the team in Bumblebees room have been amazing at helping the children settle back into the nursery after such a long absence and in such uncertain times. The literature the nursery sent out, the welcome booklets personalised for each child and the approachable nature of her to send
questions and queries, meant that I felt reassured that there was so much in place to support the well being, development and safety of my child. In addition to this, the staff in her bubble have been fantastic. They have reassured and comforted whilst still providing exemplary learning opportunities. My daughter loves nursery even more than before, and that is an absolute credit to the staff. From our experience, I would recommend Lavenders without hesitation.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for everything the nursery has done to support the children and their families throughout these challenging times.
The Manager and her team have been so incredibly upbeat and friendly over the past 3 months and my child has been having the best time coming
into nursery. All of the measures they’ve put in place have been really well communicated and from what I can see, the changes within the nursery have been well managed and continue to support the children’s development and well-being.
Having been through it all in the school I work in, I really can appreciate the time, care and effort that has gone into this from the team both within the nursery and at head office - a big thank you from us!

My daughter has been attending Lavenders since she was 10-months-old, she is now two and a half, and still loves her time there. She runs in like it’s her second home.

My son really enjoys his time here at the nursery. I am a key worker and they have kept an excellent service going in very difficult circumstances. I am confident my son is safe, well cared for and developing at the nursery. All of the staff are very friendly and well trained. The management team are
also excellent and the nursery is well run. They communicate development milestones and show progress against the learning framework using an app which I personally find very helpful.

I would highly recommend Lavenders Day Nursery to all friends and family. It is so very clear that staff enjoy their job and the impact this has on the children is immeasurable. Our son looks forward to Nursery and has built some fantastic relationships with peers and staff. The quality of food has
allowed us as parents to feel confident that he is receiving a well-balanced diet, full of goodness and flavour. Regardless of the distance from our family home, there is nowhere else we would choose for our childcare.
