I would highly recommend Lavenders!

The nursery is great! Our daughter is so happy here and developed amazingly. This is 100% because of the amazing, kind, loving staff.

My daughter started at Lavenders Day Nursery in September 2024. Like her parents, at first, I was very nervous about the transition and her settling into nursery. All the staff members were/ are very supportive and making sure she settles well. They always give me excellent feedback on how her day was. If I had any worries, they were so reassuring. Now I am very confident that she is settled and I am very happy that she really enjoys being at nursery. I can tell by her coming in with a smile on her face. Thank you to all members of staff for making this experience exciting.

The staff are always very friendly, being an apprehensive mum each individual staff member has supported me with any worries I had. My daughter has built close relationships with different members which is lovely to see. I feel the management are really open and welcoming, answering all sorts of queries I have had over the months. I also feel they are great at assigning key workers.

Our daughter found starting nursery a challenge however Lavenders were incredibly accommodating with us and now she really enjoys her time there with all the wonderful staff members. Management really understand what you are going through as a parent and the support they have given has totally exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone with a child. Thanks a million.

My son started nursery just 3 weeks ago and he's already settled in. The beginning wasn't easy, neither for him and myself and my husband. He was crying quite often as it was something very new for him (he's 11 months old). But the support and kindness we received from his key worker and other ladies was unbelievable! We could really tell that everyone working there really loves and worries about our son and wants him to be happy. They did everything they could to make him like the place and environment he was in. Also, we're in constant updates about his feeds, sleep and some lovely pictures of him from the day. Anytime I need support or ask anything I can simply message and I get a reply very quickly.

The welcome which the Ladybirds team has given to my child and us as parents has been incredible and has given us total confidence in the care, support and development my child will receive. Thank you!

My 17-month-old is making good development in the baby room and we are working closely with her key worker in getting her to walk and stand.

Really lovely nursery. All the staff are polite and welcoming. The site and facilities are very clean and the nursery is very flexible with dealing with all different children's needs. My child absolutely loves going to nursery.

Our son has attended Lavenders Day Nursery (Bedford) since the age of 8 months. It is a wonderful environment for our son and all the children, he has interaction and seems to thrive in a caring environment. We have recommended Lavenders to other parents as fully expect their children will have a great experience too.

We felt welcome from the very first time we stepped foot through the doors. We really appreciated how open and transparent Lavenders were and how they enabled us to have a flexible approach to the settling-in process. This was especially important to us as our daughter has additional needs. They have continued to communicate well and our daughter has grown in confidence, she absolutely loves going to nursery and we're so happy to have found her a home from home. My experience of Lavenders Day Nursery has been outstanding. Having relocated from London, I was anxious about finding a suitable childcare setting for my son. From the moment my son got accepted, the staff have been incredibly welcoming and have offered my son a safe, loving environment. All of the staff members are exceptional! Thank you to the manager and her team for all of your management, help and smiles.

The team in the Caterpillar room were amazing at helping my son settle in, especially as he only goes in one day a week. We love getting the snapshot come through every week and it’s so nice to see him having fun in the different activities each week. He always comes home in a good mood!

Our daughter has thrived since joining Lavenders at the age of three. We wanted her to move from her childminder and into more of a preschool setting to prepare her for attending primary school as she will be one of the youngest in her year. They have fully supported her with all of her requirements and she is thoroughly enjoying all elements of the care at the preschool. We'd highly recommend Lavenders to other prospective parents and we are hoping our second daughter will attend in October.

My son has now been attending Lavenders for just over a year and we have seen such a change in his development since he started. He is so happy to go into the nursery and runs off to find his key worker and friends. The weekly observations and pictures are a nice little insight into what he gets up to during his time at nursery, and when I pick him up he is always excited to tell me what he has been doing during the day. My son enjoys his time at Lavenders and that's the most important thing.

My daughter has been attending Lavenders Nursey since she was 6 months old, she is now 13 months and loves her days there. From the daily updates, I can see that she loves the food, activities and garden! The Caterpillar team are absolutely wonderful and so much care, attention and effort is put into everything that they do. Lavenders is a fantastic nursery and I couldn't be happier.

My son has really enjoyed his time with the ladybirds team. Everyone has been really lovely and supportive in his development. He runs in and get a big hug from one of the ladies and when picking him up he’s usually happily sitting on their lap playing or playing independently or with a friend which is lovely to see.

We are very fortunate to have our daughter here whilst we have to work and we are very grateful for the Ladybirds team leader and her team. Her key worker is wonderful, my daughter really cares for her. They do so much to care for her, comfort her, it truly means the world to us.

My baby twins have been at Lavenders since they were 9 months old (now 1 years old). I was very pleased with the several settling-in sessions beforehand at no extra cost too! The varied menu is very impressive so their dietary needs are always catered for and has inspired me to try new foods at home. It’s helping them so much with their social skills and they are very happy there. The staff are excellent and very engaging with us as parents. What has been invaluable is ad-hoc additional sessions (if the nursery has availability), which has been a lifesaver with a change in work commitments. Even though they have their own keyworker, it’s evident that all the staff know all of the babies in the room which is comforting as a parent and that in addition to the app means I always feel fully informed. I cannot rate this nursery enough as we know our babies are going to thrive at Lavenders!
