Lavenders Day Nursery (Bedford)

Our experience of this nursery is that they are friendly and flexible yet thorough and forward thinking. They consider carefully what the family needs, contacting when necessary and updating us with news, daily updates of activities and necessary information. The team are friendly and clearly have a lovely relationship with our daughter, understanding her personal preferences and needs, despite the fact that she is only with them for a day and a half a week. She has a range of stimuli and activities and is very happy there. We like the range of food she has and the rest, outdoor play and sleep time. Overall this is an excellent nursery.

A lovely nursery which nurture and engage young children. Staff are kind and caring and listen to needs of parents and children.

I am very happy with this nursery. All staff are very friendly, I like the detailed reports about your child. Play room us always clean and so are the toys and all the equipment kids are using during the day.

A wonderful environment for little ones to enjoy. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic and welcome the children into nursery beautifully. The range of activities and materials they have on offer is excellent and they encourage the children to be independent.

Very well presented nursery with many opportunities for learning and play. Hot meals that are far more varied than my daughter's previous nursery. A nice big garden for play and provide wet weather clothing for rainy days. Wish there was a larger place to be able to leave buggy, but that is very minor. Caring staff.

My daughter attended this nursery for 1 and a half years. She loved it. When she started she could not speak any English and the nursery nurses helped her to feel comfortable and she can now speak a second language thanks to what she learnt there as at home we only speak Italian. The nursery nurses are all lovely and the manager is amazing. I work shifts and she always helped me to accommodate my daughter even if sometimes at the last minute. None of the other nurseries are so flexible. I would definitely recommend them to anybody and we felt like we were leaving our daughter with a family member which made her and us feel happy.

Love the nursery as my as my little boy - he has come on leaps and bounds development wise. Very pleased with all the lovely staff.

Our son has benefited significantly from the experiences/opportunities provided. He seems comfortable with is care providers and interacts with confidence. His eating patterns have improved tremendously. His playing and understanding is advanced for his age. His development is excellent we attribute much of this to the care given at Lavenders. Thank You.

I could not praise Lavender's Day Nursery highly enough and would certainly recommend it to any parent thinking of putting their child into nursery.

It will be my sons last day next week and I can honestly say that he will miss it very much. The management and staff are very professional and always made my son feel good as he always looked forward to going to nursery.
