Bright Horizons Elm Grove Day Nursery and Preschool

We have had children at this nursery for five years. We continue to be amazed by how committed, caring and happy the staff are. They do such an amazing job with our children, both in terms of care, but also in terms of development and education. There is a clear commitment to preparing the older children for school (my son is currently in the preschool class) and the staff show such wonderful affection for the children. Our child is happy and a lot of that comes from a happy staff body.

Having placed my child in two other nurseries, prior to Elm Grove (because of moving homes). I am able to clearly see the difference between the standards associated with each and Elm Grove has gone beyond my expectations, making me realise my first choice of nursery, had very poor standards. The staff are all lovely and caring and give a detailed report every day. Hygiene standards are high and the educational aspect is outstanding, whilst having fun themed activities (painting, cooking etc) and helping children learn the right values. I could not recommend it more!

My daughter settled so quickly into the nursery. The staff in her room have a great connection with her and she's always very happy to go in. Upon entering the nursery, all staff are extremely friendly and greet us by name. Communication from the key workers on how my child is getting on, is great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery.

We are very happy with Elm Grove Nursery. The staff are friendly and the activities for the children are stimulating. We have noticed a step up in learning (vs simply play), since our child entered his current room.

The team at Bright Horizons, Elm Grove, have created a friendly, welcoming nursery. You can see how happy the children are in this fun, nurturing environment. The staff are creative in their approach to teaching a broad range of activities, that keep children engaged.

Elm Grove takes care of our two boys currently aged 3-years-old and 1-year-old. We have been there for eighteen months. The staff are caring and bond with the children. The updates on the app are useful and staff address concerns about settling, eating and sleeping etc, well. We would recommend Elm Grove.

All the staff are extremely friendly and approachable. Their enthusiasm and care for the children's well-being shines through in what they do. So happy to have found somewhere we are so happy with.

Our son started at Bright Horizons at 11 months old and he settled very quickly with the help of the team. We are impressed with the daily activities the team organise for him, the care they give him and the regular updates they provide on the app.

We love the nursery. The staff are so caring and really aim to develop the children at each stage of their early years, whilst ensuring they have lots of fun. My son always says at the end of the day that he's had fun. Congratulations to all of the staff!

As a family we have been using the nursery for the last four and a half years. Both my children have attended since they were a year old. The staff are very nurturing and caring. Whilst it is a large nursery, all the staff know all the children and the setup accommodates all the different age groups in large, well-equipped rooms. The garden provides a great outdoor space for the children to use. During this last year, the staff have worked extremely hard to ensure all the necessary precautions and measures are taken whilst maintaining a fabulous educational standard throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

My three year old has been attending Bright Horizons Elm Grove Day Nursery and Preschool since he was a few months old and absolutely loves it there. The staff are all so amazing and have been extremely supportive and have gone above and beyond, especially through the pandemic we have experienced. I love where the nursery is situated away from the main road and in a nice quiet area. I would most definitely recommend this nursery and am so grateful for all their hard work.

The staff team feel like an extended family. They have been part of my family for six years now, I have one year left and am already feeling sad about the impending end of our journey.

We are key workers and used Bright Horizons Elm Grove when our nursery had to shut. They were absolutely fantastic from our first phone call, to settling in sessions, to adjusting and as we move towards going back to our old nursery. We have been so impressed with the admin, the care, the communication, the activities and the food! I really couldn't recommend them highly enough.
