We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child - it's obvious how much they care. Our son has settled in so well and absolutely loves going in each day, which says everything. We've seen such a boost in his confidence, social
skills, and development since he started, and it's lovely to see how well the team understands his personality and supports him as an individual. It feels like a safe, nurturing, and fun environment, and we feel very lucky to have found it.

Our son has been attending Elm Road Nursery for around 20 months, and we couldn't be happier with the care he's received. The staff are absolutely amazing, kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children.
They've created a nurturing and happy environment where our son has really thrived,
growing in confidence and developing great social skills. Communication with parents is excellent, and it's very reassuring to know he's in such caring hands every day.
We would highly recommend Elm Road Nursery to any parent looking for a supportive and caring setting

My daughter joined Bright Horizons a month ago and we've had nothing but positive experiences so far. The managers Claire and Charlotte are just excellent - super friendly, attentive and organised. And all the team in the baby room are so lovely. The babies get up to fun activities every day and the
app is updated promptly which is so nice to see. I'd highly recommend this nursery.

Really happy with our experience at Elm Grove so far. Have experienced 2 other Bright Horizons and this is by far the best. Great management (makes such a difference!), genuinely caring staff and nice facilities.

We debated long and hard as to whether our son should join our daughter at her nursery but we're really happy with our choice. He is so happy to arrive at Elm Grove, pointing at the way to go on the way, and I have peace of mind leaving him there knowing he's in such a warm, caring and nuturing
environment. The amount of effort put into making sure they enjoy the varied daily activities is wonderful to see, and certainly makes it tough for me to keep him as entertained on the weekend (which is a good thing). Thank you so much for everything you've done to settle him in so well, now we've got to hope he enjoys the other Elm Grove rooms as much.

Our daughter loves nursery. The staff are welcoming and kind. They are flexible and understand that things can change some weeks. Our daughter does lots of fun activities and is encourage to be independent in pre-school. She always has great stores from her day & is learning lots of new things.
Reading and stories are important and she is encouraged to keep developing her language.

We have 2 children at Bright Horizons Elm Grove and we are very pleased with the nursery. The classrooms and Gardens are well designed, clean and tidy. The nursery is well run and has very approachable management who are always happy to help and answer any questions. Most importantly the classroom
staff are excellent, both our children have really engaged with the staff in their rooms and just as with the management all the staff are friendly and approachable and clearly enjoy working with the children.

We are extremely happy with Bright Horizons Elm Grove and the nurturing environment the staff have worked so hard to create is fantastic - both my children have loved / love going in daily and have developed great relationships with staff and other children. The team are very creative with daily
activities & the rooms are always very clean, have engaging displays and tuff trays set up. The garden allows a great space for outdoor toys and activities, and is a very safe, fun addition to the nursery rooms.
The staff show so much care & empathy towards all the children and there is a genuine interest in their well being and affection towards them. The children are also served a great variety of nutritious, healthy meals and snacks.
We are so grateful to everyone at the nursery who really create a family atmosphere and a second home for our children who have flourished so much under their care.

We are extremely pleased with the Elm Grove Nursery. The staff are very attentive and caring, and they provide excellent emotional support to the children. My daughter always goes to the nursery with joy and returns home with a smile. She really enjoys the meals too - the chefs cook delicious food.
The nursery also has a lovely garden where the children can play happily. She has now completed her 8th month here, and we truly appreciate all the care and support she received.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Elm Grove. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a sense of warmth and care that has only grown stronger over time. Our son had a bit of a shaky start, but thanks to the incredible support and dedication of the staff, he settled right in
and now looks forward to going every day.
A special shoutout to one staff member in particular and the team in Angelfish for their exceptional work. They go above and beyond to create wonderful experiences for the kids every single day. Whether it's through engaging activities, creative projects, or simply providing a nurturing environment, they have made a significant positive impact on our son's development and happiness.

I can not rate Bright Horizons, Elm Grove highly enough. My little one started at 14 months in the baby room and settled so well. He has changed rooms and has been welcomed into that new team with enthusiasm. His confidence has grown and he loves being there.
There are numerous activities every day
including playing with water, sand, books, paints and other toys. He has developed tremendously under their care and attention.
The updates via the app are great to receive as well as observations around his development. The team are full of energy, supportive and genuinely caring. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a nurturing and educational environment.

Can't speak highly enough of all the staff at Elm Grove. Our daughter settled in seamlessly with their support and has loved every minute of it. She's now moved up rooms and also loves her new room. They do so many activities every day it's fantastic.

My daughter started nursery when she was two and a half years of age. She didn't know any English language but everyone helped her. She really likes it and enjoys it. We are so glad for your patience and kindness. Also, they respect our child's emotions.

We as a family are forever grateful to all staff at Bright Horizons Elm Grove Day Nursery and Preschool. Having had two children at the nursery, there is no other place I would rather my child be. They provide growth, play, structure, safety (above all safeguard and empathy throughout). The care
given is world class and we knew we are also in safe hands with their top chef as one of our children has a severe allergy. The love/care again has been 100% and has taken the anxiety away due to their safety record.

My children have attended Bright Horizons Elm Grove Day Nursery and Preschool since October 2021 and I couldn't recommend it enough. The staff are wonderful - kind, considerate, fun, excellent educators and a wonderful team!
The nursery itself has good-sized rooms and plenty of outdoor space which
is fantastic. The food is nutritious and the updates on the app are great. The kids have a lot of fun and enjoy lots of exciting, challenging and rewarding experiences - which create well-rounded young people.
My eldest is sad to be leaving and moving to big school but is in a much better position due to the support and compassion shown to them by all the staff throughout their entire Elm Grove journey.
The Elm Grove community is a pleasure to be a part of and we're thankful to all the staff for all they do.

After a challenging experience at another nursery, we were anxious about finding the right place for our 9-month-old. The moment we walked into Bright Horizons Elm Grove Day Nursery and Preschool, we knew we found something special.
Three members of staff, in particular, and management have been
nothing short of amazing. They welcomed us with open arms, and have shown an incredible level of care to our son's well-being. We especially appreciate how they've worked with us on nap schedules, ensuring he gets the rest he needs, and even adjusting their routines when necessary.
Facilities at Elm Grove are exceptional. The separate sleep room provides a peaceful environment that helps our son rest comfortably. They place a high priority on creating a safe, nurturing space.
What truly makes it stand out is the genuine love and attention the staff give. Every morning, our son is greeted with warm smiles. It's heartwarming to know that he is surrounded by caregivers who not only meet his needs but do so with such warmth and affection.

The staff are really friendly, caring and supportive. Our little girl really enjoys a variety of nutritious meals cooked by the chef. My husband

Our 8-month-old son started at Elm Grove in February 2024 when I returned to work and we have been absolutely blown away by everything this lovely nursery has to offer. The staff in Angelfish are extremely professional and amazing with the children, the amount of thought and effort that goes into
every day is outstanding, especially the range of activities they have the children doing. Our son is completely settled in his class and loves going - his movement and social skills have come in leaps and bounds in eight weeks thanks to the patient and supportive staff. Cannot recommend highly enough.

It’s a good nursery. The staff are very nice. If you bring your child to Elm Grove, there are a lot of activities your kid will love. It’s very safe. The food they serve is nutritious, and how they serve each meal for each child is thought through.

My son joined this nursery a year ago at the age of 11 months. He has thrived here, the staff in both baby and now toddler rooms couldn't be more engaging and friendly. They went out of their way to allocate extra settling-in sessions to make both me and the baby comfortable before formally
starting. As he has moved into new classes, they have managed the transition seamlessly. The staff are so full of energy and get to know each child individually, and have lots of differing activities each day to encourage learning, appropriate to the age, with lots of updates on the app with photos and descriptions. Food is cooked onsite every day. Rooms and toys are always clean, bright and inviting. They have lots of outdoor space also for them to run around and they use it regularly, which is a rarity in this area. Communications around nursery events and billing etc is clear and organised, the management team are very on top of things. Price wise it's fair for the area. He is really happy there.
