Brinds Well Day Nursery (Orpington)

The nursery has been brilliant for daughter. She has made great friends and always has really positive things to say about all the things she has done at the end of each day. The staff are excellent. They show that they really care for the children, and keep my daughter stimulated with fun and interesting activities. She has learnt so much about how to do things, the world, and how to interact with other people. They have also been very proactive with respect to the coronavirus pandemic, always staying ahead of my questions when it came to sharing information with parents.

Brinds Well has certainly exceeded my expectations in these testing times and I would not hesitate in sending all my children there (as and when I have more).

My son is extremely well cared for and looks forward to attending due to both his relationships with his peers and the staff members. Activities are varied and catered towards his needs and the outside space, in particular, is fantastic. The communication during the pandemic has been excellent and I have been very impressed and reassured by the measures taken for the safe re-opening of the setting.

As an aside, the nursery has been amazing through the Coronavirus situation - they have kept the friendly atmosphere while adhering to guidelines.

Staff at the Brinds Well Day Nursery are fantastic and the nursery is well equipped for Covid to put me as a parent at ease. Great and varied activities, lots of outdoor play with covered areas, and mix of creative learning activities for numbers and phonics to get school ready for my daughter. She could not wait to get back to Nursery after the lockdown and no settling expecting for my youngest going in next soon.

Even though my son has not attended nursery since lockdown began, I'm extremely impressed with the amount of communication via the nursery app, videos, activities to try at home, songs and stories and even food ideas from the lady in the kitchen. Great for keeping that connection. I really appreciated the call from one of the team in my son's group to check we were all well. Another huge positive in all of this was not being charged while my son was not attending. I've heard of numerous nurseries still charging 25-30% even though they were closed. A huge help and relief. We look forward to returning very soon.

I am very grateful for the attention and care they have provided her and it's amazing to see how she is developing every day now. Thank you.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. The staff are fantastic in leading new and fun educational activities for the children every day. Our son is always happy when we drop him off and when we pick him up. The nursery is excellent at communicating with us, always taking their time when handing him over and giving us details as to what he did that day. The food they offer is really healthy. And we particularly love the support they offer in terms of leaving recipe cards in reception and reading books/toys the children can borrow. The nursery facilities inside and outside are excellent. And it's fantastic to see all staff encourage the little ones to be independent whilst having fun at the same time.

Good facility. Various activities for children. Very caring staff. We would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

The opportunity for parents to become more involved in things like Eco-School has been exciting and the team are very open to new ideas and suggestions.

We've had a great experience so far with Brinds Well, our daughter seems to really enjoy herself, and the staff are all extremely friendly and personable. It feels like they all know (and care for) our daughter, and I'm sure its the same for other families.

My son loves his teachers very much and still miss them a lot after he left. He has developed very much and built his confidence with the help from his carers.

I have already recommended the nursery to several people who plan on enrolling their children at the nursery.

My daughter has had an excellent start to the nursery based on how flexible and accommodating they have been with the settling in. I feel I can always call in during the day if I feel I want to see how she is doing. Overall a great experience.

We are looking forward to watching the development of our daughter, making her ready in all respects to start her schooling life.

Staff is very friendly, caring and professional, facilities are nice and activities are fun and learning related. Both our little boys are very happy there.

A wonderful experience putting my 10-month-old in the nursery for the first time. The staff are really understanding and supportive of the transition of my little girl settling in. I get lots of feedback from her day and feel my questions are welcomed and respected. She always comes home happy, full and well looked after.

- To top it all is the wonderful pictures and videos I get through the ParentZone app which gives me an update on how my son has been through the day - absolutely makes me smile every time.

My little girl has been with Brinds Well since Sept and she is in love with the everyone there! Everyone is very helpful, kind and considerate of her needs and personality. I could not have found a better nursery for her. She is there full time and I never feel like I worry about her well being. The staff keep her online log very up to date and I always look forward to seeing all the pictures and videos they post. I have not a single bad word about Brinds Well.

The staff / carer was really helpful in helping our little one settling in within the nursery. Progress photos provided quite often during the settling in period which perhaps we could have in the near future.
