Great staff who take pride in making sure that your child is having the best time. They made sure my child adjusted to the nursery settings early on. Now they make sure he is in an environment where he can express himself and learn. I cannot thank the staff enough and we have also recommended our friends to this nursery.

We have had such a great experience with the team at Victoria Road, Kingston. The staff are so happy and friendly and clearly love working with the kids. My child started here last year and is making tremendous progress in his development. The nursery is clean and bright and has plenty of fun activities for the children. My son is happy and excited to go every week and I would recommend this nursery to any new parent as it’s safe, nurturing and really engaging.

Our child also goes to the nursery and comes home with a smile on his face. The staff are so caring and nurturing and create such a lovely environment for our child to grow and develop. We love receiving the individual report they send on his progress and development, and it’s evident the staff truly care about each and every child. Highly recommend the nursery!

Our daughter is absolutely thriving at the nursery. Her key workers have formed special bonds with her. All staff know her by name and seem genuinely pleased to see her. Pick-up and drop-off are easy, safe and secure. We are kept informed about her day via the excellent app, and her key workers regularly make observations on her progress. Our daughter loves going to nursery.

Bright Horizons is an absolute pleasure to be a part of. We always feel very welcomed when dropping or collecting our son. The staff are friendly and so helpful! We love the feedback and photos we receive constantly about our son's development and updates of his day.

From our first viewing we knew this was the nursery for us. The facilities and outside space really set them apart from other local nurseries. The team are incredibly dedicated to the children and parents. The children are always busy working on new skills and being inspired to try new activities, every day they come home telling us what they’ve done and they are very happy there. One of the key attractions for us was the impressive structure and environment within the nursery and preschool. This supports the children all the way up to school age and will ultimately make that transition easier.

My two children have been attending this nursery for just over a year and they both love it there. They have changed classes over this time as they have gone up a class, and both sets of staff that have looked after them have been very caring and have got to know them both as individuals. The children eat well and nap well, and do lots of stimulating and varied activities like planting seeds and collecting autumn treasures, that are helping their brains to develop and grow. The nursery has an app that allows parents to keep track of how their children are eating and what they've been doing, which is very useful, with photos of them engaged in group activities like yoga and painting, and learning new things. In the warm months, they seem to do a lot of outdoor activities in the fresh air which is great. There are also good progress reports that show how the children are developing which is really nice to keep track of. Management is lovely too and very helpful. Highly recommended!

We are so happy that our son is at this nursery. The quality of care is exceptional and he loves going in, he clearly feels safe and confident with the staff. He completes a variety of activities each day and has learned so much. The facilities have just been renovated and there is good outdoor space. I highly recommend this nursery.

Fantastic nursery with caring and knowledge staff. My son has been at the nursery since he was just over one and we have been incredibly happy with the care and support given and the facilities. Highly recommended.

I've been so happy having my son attending this nursery and preschool from the age of 1-4 years old. I immediately liked the layout and decor of the premises, with the nicely sized outdoor play area and facilities. The nursery manager and the deputy manager are very invested in all the children's well-being and care. In each class my son attended, he built lovely relationships with the teaching staff, key workers and other children. The nursery have always been very accommodating where possible and my son has always been very happy there. I'm so grateful to all the staff for giving him the best start in his education.

Both our children are always happy to go to nursery and are very happy when picked up. The staff are amazing. The introduction of the Bright Horizons app has made a massive improvement in keeping us up to date on what has been going on throughout the time they are there.

Our two kids (one in the baby room, one in preschool), are really happy here. They both love the relevant staff and always come home with a smile on their face. The staff are always friendly at drop off and pick up and happy to talk through the day's activities and child's progress. For the older ones, there seems to be a good variety and things such as learning Spanish. They also have a good outside space to play. Would highly recommend.

With two children, one 4 years old having spent 3 years at the nursery and a 1-year-old having just started, we have been nothing but pleased and comforted by the care and learning provided to our children. In addition to the level of care and confidence in leaving our children in capable hands, it continues to astound us, as to the level of development achieved via the nursery's nurturing.

Signing your first child into kindergarten is a milestone in both a parents and child’s life. After research, Bright Horizons Kingston Victoria Road Day Nursery and Preschool was in our top three list but the moment we met two members of the staff, we knew we are making the right decision. Now we guarantee it. You always doubt as a parent if you made the right choice for your child. In this case we are 100-percent sure we did. This starts in the morning when we say goodbye at the gate and ends by seeing his smile at the end of the day at pick up time.

My daughter has just left Bright Horizons Kingston, Victoria Road to go to big school. That she was so ready and so prepared is a credit to the love and attention given by all the team at the nursery. She has been there since she was 11 months old and has loved pretty much every minute. The nursery for us is not the closest or the most convenient, but we found the standards here very high with an excellent curriculum. During Covid, the nursery was very fair and very flexible at providing alternative facilities while their site was closed temporarily. Thank you so much and we wish you all the best.

My daughter started Nursery within her first year and has only recently left Bright Horizons at the age of 4yrs old due to us moving away as a family outside of Kingston. I have nothing but good feedback about Bright Horizons the staff are of a very high standard and I have always felt that my daughter has been in very capable hands. Even during this difficult pandemic, they have continued to provide a very good standard of learning and a supportive environment. I work as a frontline worker and this job was made easier knowing my daughter was very well looked after and educated about the current situation. The daily feedback from staff is very professional, honest, and useful I have been taken back by the detail of feedback and observations provided. My daughter has had the opportunity to really truly express herself and to grow into her character freely whilst being guided where necessary to understand boundaries and acceptable social interactions. I am truly grateful.

All the staff members are always very accommodating and care deeply about our kids. I will never forget my 1,5 yo son running to his teacher’s arms after not seeing her for two weeks due to the Spring Break. That genuine demonstration of love says it all.
