Our little boy has been going to Bright Horizons on Victoria Road for almost 3 years. We have been very happy with the high level of care and attention he has received over this period. The facilities are excellent and the staff have been incredibly supportive. A special mention to Fatima and Emily who have really helped Terry to become the confident and happy little boy he is.Thank you!

Our daughter joined Bright Horizons at 11 months old and has now been there for one year. Throughout that time, we've been incredibly happy with the care and attention she's received. The staff are consistently warm, kind, and genuinely engaged with the children. It's clear at drop-off and pick-up just how strong the connections are between the children and the team. Transitions between rooms were always a challenge for our daughter, but the staff supported her through each one with great care-and supported us as parents, too. On difficult mornings, they would send reassuring messages and photos via the app to let us know she had settled in and was happily playing. The nursery team goes above and beyond to create special moments-whether it's Gruffalo painting, dress-up events, or other creative activities. Most importantly, all the children seem genuinely happy to be there.

Bright Horizon Kingston (victoria road) is the best nursery. My daughter started going there when she was 9 months old. It has been amazing experience with managers. They've been extremely cooperative and supportive. Staff members are excellent in their work. They take such good care of my little one. I am so relieved after dropping her to nursery. They keep me updated about all activities on app. They always respond when I ask anything on the app. They made us feel like a family and second home for my daughter. If I tell about favours that nursery does for us to my colleagues at work place and other people around, they always "which amazing nursery is this". I aim to stay in Kingston only for this nursery. We are grateful to have this nursery, and so close to our home. The staff here create a very warm environment. We see how positive, playful, and genuinely caring they are every day, and it means so much to us. We really value how they build such thoughtful relationships with the children. Our son often comes home excited, dancing and makes it very clear how much he enjoys being there. We can't imagine a better place for our son.

Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons Kingston Victoria Road for nearly a year now, and she has really thrived during that time. It has really helped to enhance her confidence and people skills, and the way they have nurtured her love of creativity has been wonderful to witness. As she has moved up through the various rooms, the key workers she has had have been uniformly brilliant - they all truly care about their job, and the children they look after. They've known when to let her do her own thing, and when to encourage her to join in, and she has progressed so quickly during this time. Their approach to food, naps and toilet training has also been superb. I've been so impressed with the professionalism and child-centric approach of this nursery, and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. They really care about each child, and their commitment to excellence is obvious from the start.

Our daughter started at Bright Horizons when she was 12 months old and has been there for 2 years. We have been very happy with the care and attention she has received and the staff in particular are warm and kind to all the children. You can really see the connections that are formed with all the children and staff at drop off and pick up. Our daughter always struggled with moving rooms, but the staff would support her thru this each time and also us the parents when we would find it hard at drop off. Plus they would send us reassuring pictures and messages on the app to confirm that she had settled into play. The nursery staff are always organising something special for the children; a sports day, teddy bears picnic, dress up and much more. Endless activities put on that our daughter would tell us about at the end of the day. Most importantly all the children seem happy coming and going from nursery, we have never had concerns and can only say thank you enough.

Our child has been attending Bright Horizons Victoria Road Nursery for a couple of years now, and we are happy with the experience. The office staff are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the teachers are truly wonderful - caring, professional, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing and development. Any time we had something to raise, it was dealt with quickly, thoughtfully, and professionally. We've always felt confident that our daughter is in a safe, nurturing environment where she is supported to learn, grow, and have fun. Overall, we have nothing but positive things to say about Bright Horizons Victoria Road Nursery. We are very grateful to the whole team for everything they do and would highly recommend the nursery to any parent looking for outstanding childcare.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough! The staff are absolutely fantastic, and my daughter has formed a special bond with her key worker. They've done an incredible job encouraging her to eat well and develop healthy eating habits. What truly stands out is how much my daughter's social skills have flourished since starting here. She's become more confident and outgoing, which is a joy to see. I'm particularly grateful to four members of staff, in particular, for their dedication and care. She settled in remarkably quickly, which speaks volumes about the nurturing environment they've created. Every morning, she's excited to be dropped off, with a big smile on her face. As a parent, there's no greater peace of mind than knowing your child is happy, safe, and thriving in their care. This nursery has truly become a second home for my daughter, and I couldn't be more pleased with our choice.

My son has been attending this nursery for 6 months+ now and I honestly cannot praise the staff more, particularly those working in the Nursery and Jumblies rooms. Every staff member is kind, caring and nurturing and I always felt very assured leaving my baby there. The daily updates on the app are very helpful. I can tell there is a lot of thought that goes into planning every day so that the kids can maximise their learning and development. I really appreciate the time they take to share photos and report to us about the activities the children are involved in. I was very impressed with the time and effort taken and the detailed level of feedback I received when it was time for my son's 6 month review. My son has been slow to start walking and the staff looking after him have been so invested in helping him progress, and so eager to share his progress with me - that meant the world to me. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery - it's a very special place.

At the nursery, the manager was amazing-caring, dedicated, and ensuring the children were well looked after. My child started in a group with two staff members, who were wonderful teachers, creating a happy and supportive environment. However, when my son transitioned to another staff member's group for 2-year-olds, I was very unhappy. The room was kept dark most of the time, which felt more like control than care. My son often came home hungry because staff didn't encourage him to eat, unlike in his previous group. A staff member also repeatedly called my son by the wrong name, despite my corrections. This lack of attentiveness and respect was concerning. For three months, my son cried daily, which was heartbreaking. I decided to withdraw him after six months. Other parents shared similar concerns about the group's lack of care. While the initial experience was great, the inconsistency in care led me to leave the nursery.

We can't speak highly enough of the team at Victoria Road - particularly the nursery and Jumblies staff. The attention to detail and knowledge they have to fine-tune their care to our (very different) children has been incredible to experience. It goes without saying, leaving your babies in the hands of others brings an enormous amount of guilt and sadness. That being said, we've felt completely comforted and confident our children are in the absolute best hands. We know first hand our two aren't angels 24/7 (!!), so we can't overstate the gratitude we've felt for managing them - and helping them thrive. We've really noticed the team's impact at home and it's impacted our lives loads.

My daughter has been at this nursery for just over a year and she absolutely loves it. She has developed very special bonds with the staff and her development and speech have accelerated hugely. We are very grateful to the team at Bright Horizons for making her first years so enjoyable. The facilities are new and there is a huge garden for her to run around with her friends. She talks about the activities she’s done during the day and especially enjoys music and dance class! As a full-time working Mum, I often worried about how she would get on at nursery but can honestly say she couldn’t be in better hands.

A wonderful nursery with lots of indoor and outdoor space, super clean and modern and fantastic staff who really make you feel welcome. We have full faith that our daughter is in great hands and is being well looked after, stimulated and educated in a caring, sociable, safe and fun environment.

Our children have been attending Bright Horizons for over 5 years now and we have been consistently delighted with the standard of care and professionalism shown by the staff. This is an incredibly warm and welcoming environment and the team clearly view their job as a vocation in childcare, consistently going the extra mile for both children and their parents. The development of our children has been a joy to watch and this is in no small part due to the support from the nursery. Without exception, every member of the team is kind and caring and we genuinely believe that the standard of the team, the range of activities available and the facilities put Bright Horizons Kingston in the absolute leading bracket of early years care providers in the area. Our son joined this nursery a year ago and has made progress in leaps and bounds. He is more confident, has an appetite for knowledge and has made many friendship groups. The teachers are very caring and supportive, and it is evident that they know him well. The curriculum is expertly structured, and my son brings home an array of evidence to show what he has learned and is able to tell us all that he has learned over the week. We especially appreciate the inclusivity of the curriculum. He has also tried many new foods since starting nursery. The best thing is that we have peace of mind that he is being well cared for when he is at nursery and knowing that he feels safe and happy going in each day.

Our son moved from another Bright Horizons nursery to this nursery this January as we moved home. The nursery was recently renovated. Every facility looks very new and tidy. They organise the toys and tools for children to learn very well that you found it’s very resourceful but not distracting children to learn during group activities. The staff in the nursery are very attentive and helped our son to be more ready to transit to reception. e.g. our son seldom joined group activities in the past but he joined the group activities quite often after few months in this nursery. They also taught our son what is right and what is wrong. We are surprised by our son on his good manners after joining this nursery. Our son likes the nursery and was happy to go there. He has just graduated from preschool and will move to big school in September. It’s hard for him and for us to say goodbye to all the staff and children there. We are so glad that our son attended this outstanding nursery.

My daughter has only been at this nursery for 1 month but she settled in quickly thanks to her key worker, the lovely caring staff and great facilities for her to play outside and inside - the sensory room is fab! We really appreciate the effort and persistence the staff are making with getting our daughter to eat her meals (she's a fussy eater). The management staff have been very helpful and responsive to our enquiries. Overall the nursery is clean and well maintained, the area is safe and being located on a quiet road really sets this apart from other nurseries in the area that are on busy roads.

I have been so impressed with the standard of care that my youngest daughter has received under the faultless management of the Kingston manager and her committed team. I chose Bright Horizons after being unhappy with a previous childcare provider and I’m so glad. The staff and children are happy and children are clearly well-stimulated. The location and facilities (particularly the gardens) are excellent. Also to note, my daughter has a hearing impairment and Bright Horizons were really supportive and understanding about how they will give my daughter the additional care that is required. Thank you to the manager and the team.

The team in the baby room are awesome! We feel so at ease leaving our daughter with them and really feel like they care a lot about her. She loves arriving at nursery each morning and is always developing and learning new skills. The setting is great and gives her room to move around and explore.

Love this nursery, and the awesome team caring for my little girl. The app is great, it lets you see lots of valuable information about your child’s development and also gorgeous pictures of them too. Four staff members in particular are brilliant! My daughter loves them, and they love her too - and all the other kids too! The days are full of fun and development and the team are so engaged and communicative, I feel this is the best place for my daughter to be whilst we are at work.
