My son has been attending Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields for almost 3 years. We absolutely love the nursery. The staff are so kind, nurturing and supportive. The children enjoy engaging activities throughout the day and I love the daily app updates on what the children have been doing. The children spend lots of time outside and are spoilt with good sized enclosed outdoor play areas and the cricket pitch next to the nursery.

We weren't wrong, the teachers are incredibly attentive and caring and made the dreaded settling process so much easier. Our son even naps there reliably and he is a notorious blackout blind only sleeper! You can tell everyone is invested in the children's development and you get little updates via the app. If I had to pick a minor point, it would be the price, but that is just childcare in the UK! Overall we are very happy with this nursery and would recommend it

When we first moved to Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields Day Nursery and Preschool, I really struggled sending my son to nursery as I'm a stay-at-home mom but since he's a Covid baby, he needed more socialisation. The support and care he's been given at Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields is beyond what I would have imagined. The staff have worked with me for funding, my son's speech delay and his upcoming school transition just to name a few. We've been so lucky to have such an amazing group of carers and also to have met such a wonderful group of parents that support one another. I'm so happy we are about to have a second child so we get to stay part of the Bright Horizons family!

The team and all the staff members are great, really supportive to the child’s individual needs and routines. They are great at taking feedback from parents and implementing them. They do a lot of activities even in the baby room and we get daily updates with photos. which is so great and reassuring for parents. The key workers really make great bonds with children and send frequent updates about their progress. We have been really lucky to find this great nursery!

We recently moved over to London from Sydney Australia with our one-and-a-half-year-old daughter and did a lot of centre tours to find the right one. Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields Day Nursery and Preschool stood out by far! We loved the location and access to the cricket ground and outdoor space (some other centres we went to see didn’t even have an outdoor space). The staff are warm and friendly, and made sure our daughter transitioned well. It’s been only a month, and our little one is already happy and settled. Can’t wait to watch her grow with her Crouch End Fields family.

After our first visit, we knew this was the nursery for our child. The staff are lovely and caring, and the children seem very happy. I love the secluded location in the cricket ground off any main roads, and they have a nice big outdoor area for the children to play. Communication with parents is great. Our little one has developed so much in the seven months or so that he has been going there and made some very strong bonds with the staff. He can't wait to go in the mornings!

I began my Bright Horizons journey in January 2016 as Room Leader at Active Learning West Hampstead and was promoted to Third in Charge shortly after. I have had experience working in all rooms across the nursery and helping to support room leaders to excel in their roles. I then transferred to Active Learning Crouch End in September 2018 after returning from maternity leave to start a new adventure as Deputy Manager.

My name is Kashca, and I am the Deputy Manager of Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields. I began my journey with Bright Horizons in 2019. I am the Designated Safeguarding Lead, Paediatric First Aider, and Nursery SEND Co-Ordinator. I have worked in education for 11 years across both primary and Early Years settings.
I achieved my BA Hons Degree in Education Studies, covering areas such as Children’s Thinking Skills and Cognition development to Therapeutic Approaches and how we can support children with Special Educational Needs and disabilities through mediums such as Art and Music.
