My son started nursery in February. The transition was seamless and everyone knew who my son was at the end of the first settling in session. Communication is impeccable and the Famly app is updated throughout the day.
Although my son did struggle a little to settle at first, this was not down to
the nursery. The team made sure my son was looked after and cared for on those teary dropoffs! I would lightly recommend this nursery.
My son now looks forwards to his fun day at nursery. Happy son = happy parents!

Our son joined the 15-24 months group (Jumblies) at 20 months. We looked at various nurseries in the area and had an initial positive gut feeling with Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields. We weren't wrong, the teachers are incredibly attentive and caring and made the dreaded settling process so much easier.
Our son even naps there reliably and he is a notorious blackout blind only sleeper! You can tell everyone is invested in the children's development and you get little updates via the app. If I had to pick a minor point, it would be the price, but that is just childcare in the UK! Overall we are very happy with this nursery and would recommend it

My daughter attended this nursery from 6 months old for nearly two years. She/we had such a wonderful experience there and so grateful to all the staff who made her time there so special.
It really stood out to me that everybody knew my daughter's name and would say hi to her in the corridor with a
big smile, even those who work with older age classes that she wouldn't have had much contact with and the lovely chef.
They did lots of different fun, engaging activities every day and we were always kept up to date with daily updates and photos.
The management team were super supportive and accommodating for our ever-changing lifestyle and the need to add days, sometimes really last minute.
I feel so thankful that this was my daughter's first experience of childcare and we'll miss the nursery and all the wonderful staff very much now that we've moved away.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and nurturing second home for their children.

This nursery is like family to us. Our three kids grew up there from the age of 12 months. All staff are the most caring and the facilities and support they provide to kids (and families) are invaluable. The green fields around are also a great plus. I couldn't imagine sending my children anywhere else. Some of our favourite bits about this nursery are that the outdoor space is huge and well-used, the daily activities are always educational and fun, the staff are so caring and kind and you're constantly updated on the app with daily photos and meals
along with announcements.
When we first moved to Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields Day Nursery and Preschool, I really struggled sending my son to nursery as I'm a stay-at-home mom but since he's a Covid baby, he needed more socialisation. The support and care he's been given at Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields is beyond what I would have imagined. The staff have worked with me for funding, my son's speech delay and his upcoming school transition just to name a few. We've been so lucky to have such an amazing group of carers and also to have met such a wonderful group of parents that support one another. I'm so happy we are about to have a second child so we get to stay part of the Bright Horizons family!

When my husband and I set out to select a daycare for our daughter, we listed a few nurseries in our neighbourhood. But we never managed to visit most of them after we visited Bright Horizon Crouch End Field Day Nursery and Preschool. Right from when we walked up the path towards the nursery, we started
falling in love. The food aromas from the kitchen were enticing, the staff were friendly and the large, open spaces were just what we wanted for our daughter. Our decision was made immediately.
Later we looked at the menus, learnt about the app and met other parents - our decision was made easier. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Our daughter started at Crouch End Fields in January and has absolutely loved her time there! The staff have been so caring and attentive to her, and it's provided so much comfort to us knowing how well she is being looked after. She loves going in the mornings and we look forward to seeing the pictures
of her each day playing and learning. We're leaving London now so will be relocating her too, if we were staying she would 100% be with the manager and the team until school age.

Our baby started attending the nursery a few weeks ago and he is loving it!
Two members of staff in particular are amazing, they really take the time to get to know the babies and look after them as if they are their own.
Very pleased with the activities, updates in the app and overall homely feeling

Excellent nursery! Our daughter has been going there since she was 11 months old, we couldn’t have been happier. The team and all the staff members are great, really supportive to the child’s individual needs and routines. They are great at taking feedback from parents and implementing them. They do

Lovely nursery! Switched my daughter to Bright Horizons, and that was the best decision I made. She is happy - the absence of tears and a large grin at the end of the day is telling. I love the app updates and the attentive management team who support me with all queries. Some staff are fab too! Meals
are nutritious and versatile. Activities are centred around child development. Home away from home for my little one. It's reassuring when you are at work and know your child is in good hands.

We recently moved over to London from Sydney Australia with our one-and-a-half-year-old daughter and did a lot of centre tours to find the right one. Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields Day Nursery and Preschool stood out by far! We loved the location and access to the cricket ground and outdoor space
(some other centres we went to see didn’t even have an outdoor space). The staff are warm and friendly, and made sure our daughter transitioned well. It’s been only a month, and our little one is already happy and settled. Can’t wait to watch her grow with her Crouch End Fields family.

After our first visit, we knew this was the nursery for our child. The staff are lovely and caring, and the children seem very happy. I love the secluded location in the cricket ground off any main roads, and they have a nice big outdoor area for the children to play. Communication with parents is great.
Our little one has developed so much in the seven months or so that he has been going there and made some very strong bonds with the staff. He can't wait to go in the mornings!

My son has been at Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields since April 2022, and he loves it. The nursery provides a nurturing, developmental and, above all, caring environment for the children who attend. The management is excellent, and our son has developed close bonds with numerous practitioners, as well

We love this nursery! Our son has been going there for the past 8 months and is loving it. He is so happy and excited every morning to go to the nursery and see the staff. They are all very kind and loving, putting a lot of effort into the children's well-being and development, and also understanding
individual needs. The nursery itself has a wonderful outdoor space that is well connected to the nursery rooms and the children spend a lot of time in the garden. The garden and the big cricket field are massive benefits that allow the kids to explore nature and spend meaningful time outside.

My son has been with Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields Day Nursery and Preschool for over 2 years and he loves it.


He has learnt and grown so much with them, as well as building bonds with his key practitioner. I especially like how they organise wide selections of activities, and they have a big

outdoor area, sometimes even on the cricket fields for the kids to run around.


The staff we interact with are professional and friendly. I recommend this nursery.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

I began my Bright Horizons journey in January 2016 as Room Leader at Active Learning West Hampstead and was promoted to Third in Charge shortly after. I have had experience working in all rooms across the nursery and helping to support room leaders to excel in their roles. I then transferred to Active Learning Crouch End in September 2018 after returning from maternity leave to start a new adventure as Deputy Manager.


I have had experience in many different senior roles such as being Room Leader, Third in Charge and Deputy Manager in other settings. I have also been the Lead SENCO in my past nurseries.


I am passionate about childcare and thrive on providing a safe, educational, home away from home environment where children can learn and develop whilst enjoying their time at nursery. I thoroughly enjoy my interactions with children and will often be found with a group participating in an activity, whilst supporting and motivating my staff team in providing exceptional experiences for the children within our care.

My name is Kashca and I am the Deputy Manager of Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields. I began my journey with Bright Horizons in 2019. I am the Designated Safeguarding Lead, Paediatric First Aider, and Nursery SEND Co-Ordinator. I have worked in education for 11 years across both primary and Early Years settings.


I achieved my BA Hons Degree in Education Studies covering areas such as Children’s Thinking Skills and Cognition development to Therapeutic Approaches and how we can support children with Special Educational Needs and disabilities through mediums such as Art and Music.


I thrive working alongside the Local Authority for a great partnership and working alongside other professionals.
