My grandson has been attending the nursery for three years and has blossomed into a happy and confident little boy. We are extremely happy with the way he has been nurtured and encouraged, the staff are extremely understanding, patient and very competent. The management and staff are excellent, the activities are well planned and our grandson is learning important skills in a caring environment. A bonus for us is that he is eating a wider range of food, an important part of the day. The outside play area was one of the factors that influenced our choice of nursery, the children clearly enjoy this very much. We highly recommend this nursery.

We absolutely love the nursery and are so glad we chose it for our little girl. They went above and beyond to get her settled and she has formed such great bonds with her key workers, which has really helped her feel at home. They know the children really well and always have fun and interesting activities to engage them in. I can't say enough how wonderful all the staff are. I would really recommend this nursery to other parents.

We're extremely happy with Crouch End Fields nursery. Our 4-year-old has been coming here for 2 years now and loves it. The staff are kind, caring, and genuinely interested in each child - you can really see how much thought they put into making every day fun and education. Thank you

We are incredibly happy with our experience at the nursery. The staff are all friendly and warm, and are caring and attentive with the children. The nursery's manager and deputy manager go out of their way to learn the parent's names and make an effort to get to know all the children and parents. The setting is also perfect - it is tucked away from busy roads/quiet, and the outdoor space for the children is fantastic. Our daughter spends most of her day outdoors, weather permitting, which she loves. We receive regular observations/progress reports on our daughter, as well as daily pictures/updates in the app. The staff are also prompt in their replies when we message in the app. We also receive a weekly activity plan for the room, with a theme for every week (one week was "On the Farm" where the children focused on learning animal sounds, creating artwork that was farm-themed, etc.) Overall we are very happy with the nursery!

This was the third nursery we visited and straight away knew it was the right choice for our son, who started here in the baby room at 13 months. It's spacious, light and very green, bringing a totally different atmosphere and energy to some of the other nurseries in the area. The staff are lovely, so attentive and very welcoming, making it a place we feel happy to drop him off at, leaving us reassured he's in good hands for the day ahead. It's great to see photos and updates on the app about his day and the activities he's been doing. After only a few months, we are already seeing a huge improvement in our son's confidence and development. He would often cry around other adults and toddlers, now he reaches out for everyone! Very happy with everything about this nursery so far and we're looking forward to him continuing his journey here.

We are so happy with our experience at the nursery! The staff are all wonderful - very welcoming, kind, attentive to the kids needs, even the staff that aren't in our son's room all know him by name. Our son loves going to the nursery and I'm always impressed by how creative all their daily activities are. Would definitely recommend!

Being a "Visiting Granny", with a bit of spare time, I decided to offer up and go in to read to the children today. I cant tell you how impressed I am with the Crouch End team. Each and everyone of them show true dedication, love and respect to each child. They work so hard and create a happy and safe environment. Three cheers to the team, and thanks too, for msking me feel so welcome.

Lovely setting for my child who took a while to settle, staff were kind and patient with the settling in period. All the staff are caring and supportive to each child and their individual needs. The rooms are all friendly and open for the children to play and explore, I like that sometimes rooms combine and the children can interact with other age groups. With the small rooms kids have a good bond with staff. Allergywise the nursery have been great and have a colour system at mealtime and it seems to work well. It is nice to see what the children have eaten on the app which is easy to navigate and I like the updates, it's nice to see what they were up to when you've been away from them all day. At one pint there were changes to staffing, but in general very steady staff. It would have been better to learn of personnel changes and key person changes verbally rather than learning through seeing the photos move on the wall. But otherwise really lovely environment and great staff.

Our son has been at the nursery for 2.5 years, starting when he was 10 months old. Starting in the baby room and moving through to jumblies, firebirds and now pre school red, both he and us as parents have been fully supported throughout. Not only are the staff attentive, caring and nurturing but they are always on hand to offer advice on any milestones or developments (I.e. the dreading biting phase, potty training and the threenager tantrums!). In our experience, we couldn't recommend a better nursery to see your child flourish in. Big shout out to the chef, whatever magic he cooks with has our son eating all sorts of nutritious food (which we have no chance of getting in him at home!).

Wonderful staff and great teamwork in the baby room. We truly appreciate our key person's care and attention. We're also very happy for the way the manager communicates with parents. She is approachable, responsive, and genuinely interested in each child's wellbeing. It's very reassuring to know that we're always kept in the loop and that any concerns or questions are addressed promptly and kindly.

Our son attended the nursery from 10 months old to 2 years, 5 months. While some of the staff were exceptional, we are deeply concerned about the poor management and mishandling of a serious accident. In September 2024, our 2-year-old fractured his right femur while in their care. No one witnessed the incident, and a staff member dangerously repositioned his leg. No ambulance was called, and the initial (incorrect) diagnosis was a knee injury. The Manager arranged an Uber, but no one accompanied us to the car. The lack of responsibility and compassion was shocking. We were told we'd be contacted when investigation results were ready. Six months later, after we contacted them again, the Manager said the results, apparently available since December, were "inconclusive." Despite our repeated requests, we still haven't received these reports. A child broke a femur while in the nursery's care. The response was inadequate, raising serious concerns about the safety of other children.

I cannot recommend Crouch End Day Fields Nursery highly enough! My son has been attending since he was 11 months old, and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The staff are incredibly kind, nurturing, and attentive. From the very beginning, they took the time to get to know my son, helping him settle in and grow in confidence. Their warmth and genuine care are evident in everything they do, and I've always felt reassured knowing he's in such safe and loving hands. The nursery itself has a wonderful atmosphere - calm yet full of energy and creativity. The outdoor space is particularly impressive, giving the children plenty of opportunities to explore, play, and connect with nature - something my son absolutely loves. I'm so grateful to the entire team at Crouch End Day Fields for creating such a positive and nurturing environment. It's clear that they truly care about every child, and I couldn't be happier with our experience.

Our daughter has been attending Bright Horizons since she was 18 months after we started her at a different nursery we were not satisfied with. Our daughter seems very happy and attached to the staff and now to the other children too! The facilities are really good and it's all quite open plan with lots of windows. At pick up you can see how happy the children are which feels really reassuring when you are anxious about leaving them. The staff are all lovely, they know the children really well and have a really caring attitude. The communication with their parents is good too.

We have recently settled our daughter into Crouch End Fields and I could not be happier with the quality of the care provided to date. Our daughter (aged 22 months) had never been in a nursery setting before and the staff were extremely reassuring to both us and our daughter. The staff clearly go above and beyond by remembering certain quirks for each child and the outdoor space is wonderful. The management team are extremely accommodating and prompt at replying to queries. Would highly recommend this nursery.

I highly recommend Crouch End Playing Fields Bright Horizons. The staff are incredibly warm and professional. From day one, my son has felt safe and excited to go every morning and I have felt comfortable leaving him. The nursery environment is bright, welcoming, and clean with lovely outdoor space.

Our son has been attending this nursery since he was 11 months old and he is now 2 and a half. I am so so happy with his care. It is like a little family. When we arrive all of the staff from all of the rooms welcome him with genuine excitement. It is such a joy to drop him off in such an environment. Leaving him in childcare whilst I was working was tough but it was an absolute gift to feel whole heartedly he would be looked after and comforted in such a kind and compassionate way. I would mention particular names of staff but honestly they are all just amazing. I've had only positive experiences. On top of that, I am so happy with my son's development. Particularly his social development as a result of attending Crouch End Fields. He is much better with sharing and so kind. He skips in in the morning to see his friends which is just the best! Running out of space, but can't recommend this nursery enough!

My son has been attending Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields for almost 3 years. We absolutely love the nursery. The staff are so kind, nurturing and supportive. The children enjoy engaging activities throughout the day and I love the daily app updates on what the children have been doing. The children spend lots of time outside and are spoilt with good sized enclosed outdoor play areas and the cricket pitch next to the nursery.

Wonderful environment for our child to learn and grow. Individual learning plans focussed on advancing child at own pace. Unbeatable setting in the cricket club and grounds. Very good safe guarding environment. Staff are part of our family and care deeply for each child. Very well run by leadership on site.
