Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields Day Nursery and Preschool offers nurturing care and early education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Conveniently located near Crouch End station and Highgate tube, the nursery is set within the scenic grounds of Hornsey Cricket Club.

The staff are wonderful, loving and caring for the kids. They have been exceptional during the craziness of the last year. The pictures we get (haven’t been allowed in yet, due to govt rules) show a wide range of fun, interactive and educational activities. Our little one regularly comes home in a change
of clothes as he’s been outside getting dirty or inside splashing about - love it!

Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields has been a very happy nursery for both my children. My son has moved on to school but my daughter has been there for the past two years and absolutely loves going in every single day! The staff are wonderful and really care about the children and make sure they are

I have recommended the nursery to quite a few parents already as I love the way the nursery is run. Good management and staff is hard to come by when talking about early years settings, but Bright Horizons under the management of the manager and her team has been exceptional even in the difficulty of

Very good nursery run by caring crew under the manager's stewardship. Staff really care, have good diversity amongst them and get involved in all manner of games and activities. Also have shown good amount of flexibility on the odd occasion we have needed help as parents having being delayed by work

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough. The staff are incredible. They are dedicated to the happiness of the children and their wellbeing. The kids are always happy to arrive in the morning and do so many varied activities. The garden and playing fields are lovely and being away from the polluted

Active Learning Crouch End is a lovely nursery. The children are extremely well kept and made to feel at home. The staff give the utmost support to parents and children. They are always doing exciting activities and learning something new. The children are supported to express themselves and at the

A great nursery with a warm and friendly atmosphere thanks to the lovely staff. The art teacher is brilliant and creates really imaginative activities, as does the music teacher. There are also classes in Zumba and street dance that my son loves. The home cooked food is really good and I feel they get
healthy balanced meals and snacks. The whole nursery was refurbished recently so it feels fresh and clean. But this hasn’t deterred messy play which the kids all love! It’s one of the more expensive nurseries in the area but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Nursery staff and very personable and I really feel like they really know our toddler well. She talks a lot about the adults in the nursery and they all know her name, even if they don’t necessarily work directly with her in her room. The feeling of knowing that your child belongs and is part of the
nursery community is very reassuring as a parent.
The only potential barrier is the fees, which are very costly (particularly in comparison to other local nurseries) and are due to rise again, making the long-term affordability of sending one or more children there more of a factor to consider.

Great staff and a great range of activities for the kids. Love the use of music, art, dance and sport specialists. Fantastic food from the two on site chefs. My daughter is thriving here. Quiet and green setting with children often accessing the huge cricket field.

Both my children have attended this nursery and my youngest is here at the moment.
This nursery is a safe and fun environment where children are engaged in lots of stimulating activities. The teachers and management are nothing short of wonderful.


We’ve always been happy here and so are our children.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

I began my Bright Horizons journey in January 2016 as Room Leader at Active Learning West Hampstead and was promoted to Third in Charge shortly after. I have had experience working in all rooms across the nursery and helping to support room leaders to excel in their roles. I then transferred to Active Learning Crouch End in September 2018 after returning from maternity leave to start a new adventure as Deputy Manager.


I have had experience in many different senior roles such as being Room Leader, Third in Charge and Deputy Manager in other settings. I have also been the Lead SENCO in my past nurseries.


I am passionate about childcare and thrive on providing a safe, educational, home away from home environment where children can learn and develop whilst enjoying their time at nursery. I thoroughly enjoy my interactions with children and will often be found with a group participating in an activity, whilst supporting and motivating my staff team in providing exceptional experiences for the children within our care.

My name is Kashca and I am the Deputy Manager of Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields. I began my journey with Bright Horizons in 2019. I am the Designated Safeguarding Lead, Paediatric First Aider, and Nursery SEND Co-Ordinator. I have worked in education for 11 years across both primary and Early Years settings.


I achieved my BA Hons Degree in Education Studies covering areas such as Children’s Thinking Skills and Cognition development to Therapeutic Approaches and how we can support children with Special Educational Needs and disabilities through mediums such as Art and Music.


I thrive working alongside the Local Authority for a great partnership and working alongside other professionals.


I have a passion for developing parent partnerships and strive to ensure children have the best possible starts in their lives and ensure both children and staff are happy whilst they are happy at our nursery.
