Any minor issues raised have always been dealt with immediately.

Our twin daughters have attended Shooting Stars Nursery since they were 18 months old and are now leaving for school in August. They have both progressed so much during their time there, from learning to walk to becoming confident little girls. Most importantly, they've always loved going to nursery.

One of our daughters has SEN needs, and the support from the staff has been amazing. SENCO has been especially fantastic, helping us through the EHCP process quickly and smoothly. Without her guidance and support, we would have felt completely lost.

The staff go above and beyond for the children and families, and we'll always be thankful for everything they've done for our daughters. We highly recommend Shooting Stars to any parent looking for a caring, supportive, and nurturing environment for their children

I went to visit the nursery for my little one. The staff is amazing and friendly. Very good vibes and the atmosphere so familiar and relax.I received any information possible, during my visit. The place is very big and the garden too. They do a lot activities indoor and outdoor. Very happy to found this place.

If you are looking for a daycare that truly cares about child development, this is it. The facility has an excellent setup-clean, engaging, and well-organized. My son is 3 and has been flourishing here. It's been wonderful to watch him hit new milestones and grow more confident every day. It gives us such peace of mind knowing he's in such a supportive environment.

My daughter started in Sept 2025 in toddler room she was already communicating & doing really well but from that first day since starting the change in my daughter has been amazing from holding full sentences, social skills, more manners & more greatness has came from her.

All staff in toddler have been amazing with her the three days she is in nursery she always comes out with a happy face, happy mood & amazing feedback.

My oldest daughter all so came to this nursery & I loved it she done amazing and the staff really worked with her and made her achieve all her steps she needed too.

My two children both attend Shooting Stars Kings Norton and they continue to develop and grow everyday. All staff genuinely have the greatest care and consideration for our children.

Our oldest is 2 and is in preschool and is well on her way to reading and beginning to attempt writing. Her language and confidence is brilliant and this is encouraged fully by the staff.

Our youngest is 1 and in the baby room. Their hand overs are thorough and honestly our baby is thriving and loving every moment!

Selina, Cara, Annie, Chloe, Nadia, Jo, Amy, Haleeka, Riffat are major shout outs for us. And Chef Violetta who works so hard to provide tasty, nutritious food that out kids love!

My baby has just started using Shooting Stars and I am so pleased we decided to send him here. Every single member of staff I've spoke to is kind friendly and knowledgeable. They're all so attentive and supportive. As a first time mum using a nursery for the first time, I didn't know everything needed and all the team helped me and my baby settle in well. Would recommend!

On her second settle my daughter literally dragged me up to the front door, I've never seen her so enthusiastic about going to nursery and it put me at ease completely! If this introduction to Shooting Stars is anything to go by I am so pleased to have chosen this nursery for my daughter. I know she will flourish here.

My child has been attending the nursery since July 2025 and has settled brilliantly into nursery. He has moved to the next room and is thriving in his development and built strong bonds with staff and peers in his room having also made a best friend!

The nursery is big with a lovely outdoor space.

My daughter has been in baby room since September last year and all staff have been so caring towards my daughter making her happy and settled at nursery and attending to her needs it's lovely to see the bond they have all made with her. I am so happy and grateful for all the staff making her feel so welcome and I can see that she really enjoys coming to nursery :)

Our little boy has been with shooting stars since he was 9 months old and I could have asked for a better environment for him. Everyone knows him by name, he loves going in every day and the support the team offer is invaluable.

The team at Shooting Stars have been phenomenal. We were very nervous to drop our daughter off because she would be starting earlier than most however from the moment we had the settling in sessions we knew she would be in very capable hands. Not only have the team been a wonderful support for our daughter, who is developing at an incredible rate, but also us as a family. We couldn't have wished for a better place for our daughter to start her educational journey. Thank you so much to the team, particularly Tessa, April and Sam!

Shooting Stars have been so nurturing, caring and fundamental in our son's development and happiness. He has been there since he was 9 months old and as he nears the end of his journey at the nursery, we have nothing but praise for the staff who have worked with him and encouraged him to become the best version of himself. Every single staff member has the best interest of the children at heart and the happy, loving environment is a wonderful place for our son to have (literally)taken his first steps towards his independence. What happy memories we all have and I cannot thank Shooting Stars enough-especially Emma who has been in each room with him and her never-ending patience.

My little boy has started here this year and we honestly could not be happier with our choice of Nursery! As first time parents, finding a nursery right for you is not the easiest process. We both have intense careers too so it was really important that we found the right place to be worry free whilst at work!

The staff have been nothing but wonderful ! My little boy has been in the baby room for a few months now and he is thriving! The staff are so friendly, caring and helpful offering advice when needed. We have a lovely amount of updates which provide us with reassurance throughout the day! I was worried about sending my little boy for four days a week but in actual fact, it was the best thing we've done as he just absolutely loves it! I can't recommend the nursery enough and I am so thankful that we chose shooting stars as our nursery.

She comes out so happy and excited can't wait to tell what she has been upto that day.

Shooting Stars is an amazing nursery. My son absolutely loves going to nursery and is always so happy when I come to pick him up. The staff know him extremely well and seem to really enjoy working there. There is always a variety of activities for him to do and he loves playing outdoors. The staff are really sensible in terms of managing sickness- on the very rare occasion I'm called to pick him up it's been completely appropriate. Nursery has really helped his speech development and the staff are great at posting updates on the app for me to see his progress. Would definitely recommend and have got baby number 2 booked in!

My son has been attending this nursery since it opened in January 2026. He was just 9 months old when he started and I was very anxious about him starting nursery. I can honestly say sending him to this nursery was the best decision I ever made. He has become so independent and confident in everything he does. He absolutely loves going to nursery and is always so content throughout the day. The staff go above and beyond for the children and even the parents. They are so caring and nurturing. My son has very dry skin and they apply cream on his whole body multiple times a day and really look after his skin. They have also helped so much with his weaning and with the process of reducing his bottles. The management and staff are very knowledgeable and clearly have had the best of the best training. I just can't fault the nursery at all and have nothing but praise for it and the staff.

The nursery has fab facilities and toys and just feels like a lovely place to be.
