My daughter started in Sept 2025 in toddler room she was already communicating & doing really well but from that first day since starting the change in my daughter has been amazing from holding full sentences, social skills, more manners & more greatness has came from her.


All staff in toddler have

been amazing with her the three days she is in nursery she always comes out with a happy face, happy mood & amazing feedback.


Amy, Melody & Jo thank you for working with her as now she taking the next step and going into preschool already before she 3.


Thank you to Selina & Fariha for everything when it comes to my daughter they really helped when she was settling in and everything else they do everyday.


My oldest daughter all so came to this nursery & I loved it she done amazing and the staff really worked with her and made her achieve all her steps she needed too.


Thank you to everyone in shooting stars that works my daughter. I love seeing her on the camera happy and playing.

My two children both attend Shooting Stars Kings Norton and they continue to develop and grow everyday. All staff genuinely have the greatest care and consideration for our children.


Our oldest is 2 and is in preschool and is well on her way to reading and beginning to attempt writing. Her language

and confidence is brilliant and this is encouraged fully by the staff.


Our youngest is 1 and in the baby room. Their hand overs are thorough and honestly our baby is thriving and loving every moment!


Selina, Cara, Annie, Chloe, Nadia, Jo, Amy, Haleeka, Riffat are major shout outs for us. And Chef Violetta who works so hard to provide tasty, nutritious food that out kids love!

My baby has just started using Shooting Stars and I am so pleased we decided to send him here. Every single member of staff I've spoke to is kind friendly and knowledgeable. They're all so attentive and supportive. As a first time mum using a nursery for the first time, I didn't know everything needed
and all the team helped me and my baby settle in well. Would recommend!

My daughter is settling at Tettenall after moving from another nursery. The enrolment process is thorough and detailed. It is good that they want to get to know my daughter as much as possible before she first attended for her settle. Communication between myself and the manager and deputy was also
highly effective with emails being responded to promptly.
On her first settle all staff were welcoming and friendly toward both me and my daughter, this gave her the confidence to explore her surroundings which were extremely well resourced.There was a key focus on healthy eating that was obvious in the activities on offer (it was explained to me that this was a focus topic).
On her second settle my daughter literally dragged me up to the front door, I've never seen her so enthusiastic about going to nursery and it put me at ease completely! If this introduction to Shooting Stars is anything to go by I am so pleased to have chosen this nursery for my daughter. I know she will flourish here.

Moving my son to a new nursery in January was a decision we did not take lightly. Especially as he had been at his previous setting since he was only a few months old. However, it has turned out to be one of the best decisions we've made this year.
The staff have been incredibly warm, welcoming, and
supportive. But most importantly, my son absolutely loves it here. He loves it to the point he will randomly mention how much he likes nursery. Knowing he is happy and settled is the reassurance any parent needs when trusting others to take care of their child.
I also really value the app, which allows me to check in on him during the day. The updates and observations are both reassuring and informative. I love being able to speak to him about his day and show him photos from his observations. Even the food gets a big thumbs up from him!
I can't recommend this nursery enough.

Shooting Stars have been so nurturing, caring and fundamental in our son's development and happiness. He has been there since he was 9 months old and as he nears the end of his journey at the nursery, we have nothing but praise for the staff who have worked with him and encouraged him to become the
best version of himself. Every single staff member has the best interest of the children at heart and the happy, loving environment is a wonderful place for our son to have (literally)taken his first steps towards his independence. Shooting Stars is an amazing nursery. My son absolutely loves going to nursery and is always so happy when I come to pick him up. The staff know him extremely well and seem to really enjoy working there. There is always a variety of activities for him to do and he loves playing outdoors. The staff are
really sensible in terms of managing sickness- on the very rare occasion I'm called to pick him up it's been completely appropriate. Nursery has really helped his speech development and the staff are great at posting updates on the app for me to see his progress. Would definitely recommend and have got baby number 2 booked in!

My son has been attending this nursery since it opened in January 2026. He was just 9 months old when he started and I was very anxious about him starting nursery. I can honestly say sending him to this nursery was the best decision I ever made. He has become so independent and confident in everything
he does. He absolutely loves going to nursery and is always so content throughout the day. The staff go above and beyond for the children and even the parents. They are so caring and nurturing. My son has very dry skin and they apply cream on his whole body multiple times a day and really look after his skin. They have also helped so much with his weaning and with the process of reducing his bottles. The management and staff are very knowledgeable and clearly have had the best of the best training. I just can't fault the nursery at all and have nothing but praise for it and the staff.

Our experience has been great at Shooting Stars, the staff bring the heart to the nursery, always welcoming my little one with a smile and finding ways to support him into a calm, settled start to the day. The environment is always influenced by the little ones interests which means that they get the
very best out of their nursery experience. Play always looks fun and it is lovely to see the children's work on the walls in their rooms showcasing their individuality and creativity. They are always looking for opportunities to enhance the children's experiences for example recently bringing the Gruffalo story to life with their enchanting set up at nursery, their role play areas and the range of related activities. This really develops children's interest in the topic and in this case their love for reading. Additionally, they involve parents well within partnership meetings and the fabulous stay and play opportunities that happen on a regular basis. Thank you for all that you do!!

My child has been with Shooting Stars for 6 months now and the progress he has made is phenomenal. The staff work so hard with him to ensure he is always able to achieve his personal best. The staff always provide very informed feedback at the end of each day. The use of their app to show events throughout
the day is always useful as well as the option to log in to the cameras providing transparent care. My baby is about to start at the nursery also and I have every confidence he will thrive from the very beginning. I honestly can't recommend this nursery enough.

I would like to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team at the nursery for the wonderful care and nurturing environment you provide for my son.From day one from February 2026, we have felt reassured by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by all the staff.
My son looks forward to coming to nursery each day, which speaks volumes about the trust and comfort he feels there.We have noticed positive development in his confidence, social skills, and curiosity, and we truly value the way learning is blended with play. The staff's patience, kindness, and attentiveness and the regular communication and updates are greatly appreciated. Best part is Camera access and we observed, how well they are organised with food and encourage kids for the food, space for the kids and toys which are so well aligned based on the age of the kids and my son loves to play inside and outside garden.We are very glad to choosing Shooting Stars.

My son has been coming to this nursery for two years.
His speech and confidence has improved, so much and he seems very happy there.
The girls are lovely and always keep me up to date with anything, I love when observations are put on the app. This happens quite frequently and I know the room he is
in can be quite hectic so it's great they make time to still do this.
Special shout out to Hannah, she has been amazing and always comforts my son when I drop him off if he needs it. Nothing is ever to much for her.
My son will be going to reception elsewhere in September, I will miss the nursery!

My daughter loves attending shooting stars! From the moment I drop her off she runs to her key worker, giving her the biggest hug and then settles at the breakfast table with her friends.
As a parent it is so wonderful knowing my daughter is happy and safe in a place that she loves!
The nursery staff
really do go above and beyond to ensure my daughter has the best learning opportunities with age-appropriate and stimulating resources. In particular, the gruffalo week has been well received by my daughter. The staff went to a large amount of effort to ensure it was a ' wow' moment for the children!
The outdoor provision is a brilliant area for the children to access and to meet developmental milestones. My daughter first found her love for bikes at nursery!
I have to also mention the weekly menu and food choices available, it really is fantastic!
Toddler two staff are extremely aware of my daughter's needs and have supported us with her potty training

My son started in the baby room and is now in the toddler room. The staff have always shown him real affection and warmth, which has helped him settle and thrive at this nursery. Like anywhere, staff changes do happen, but we've never had any issues during transitions. The management team - especially
the deputy manager - has been excellent. Whenever we've raised a concern or had a query, they've been supportive and responded promptly. I would happily recommend this nursery. Keep up the great work!

I honestly can't fault this nursery. My child has been attending since February and in such a short space of time I've already seen such a big difference in their confidence and development.
The staff have been amazing from the very beginning. They have given so much support and helpful advice on how
we can help our child settle in, which made the whole process much easier for us as parents. They are always approachable, kind and genuinely care about the children. There are daily detailed feedbacks at every pick up which is amazing, they really take time to understand each child.
The nursery itself feels very secure, well looked after. Has various different spaces/activities for the children to explore. Meal times are well organised and clean. The children are encouraged to try different foods and build habits.
Overall, it's a warm, supportive and caring environment and I'm so glad with our choice for our child.

A fantastic nursery and would highly recommend to all. My daughter has thrived since joining shooting stars. The team are caring, kind and fun. The team are very adapting to my daughter's individual needs. The nursery does a lot of events/celebrations which my daughter thoroughly enjoys. Shooting stars
is her home away from home and her safe space with friends. As a first time mum I was reassured from day one and made comfortable with the transition which is highly appreciated.

Overall a lovely nursery setting for children. My daughter has been here for the past two years and as she's transitioned through the rooms we've all been very happy. The staff and carers are great, very personable and get to know our family. I feel like my daughter is having the best care whilst I'm
at work, the food menu is brilliant and chef Peter is great with adding variety and different cuisine types too. The staff in the rooms are so engaging and I know from my daughter she really loves it here. We've been recommended and continue to recommend to friends and family.
