This is my first experience with this nursery and i must say my child never say no to go to the nursery in the morning even if he's sleepy or tired but he always go that was my satisfaction for this nursery thats why i had a good experience with the nursery and staff is so kind and helpful . They always keeps you updated .

We enrolled our son at the end of May/beginning of June. As first time parents, there was so much to take into consideration, especially with the funding, it was really daunting. Sharon, Sam and the team at Twizzle Tops have really gone above and beyond for us. They have built up my son's confidence and ours. He has settled in so well and we couldn't be happier. Thank you all!

Despite being nervous to let my first child out of my sight, Twizzle Tops have been nothing but accommodating and welcoming. Sam and Sharon are incredible and the nursery staff are patient and attentive. Getting pictures to see what my child has been up to through the day is great and knowing he's in incredibly safe hands

I always had a good experience whenever I go to the nursery. The staff are welcome, friendly and caring. My daughter is being improving since she has started attending classes at the nursery. I will strongly recommend Twizzle top

Such an amazing experience with this nursery right from the very start, great communication and feel completely at ease dropping my daughter off. The facilities are brilliant, massive outdoor space and plenty of different learning experiences to be had in the sand and water that they have available at all times. The practitioners and managers are always so friendly and take the time to get to know your child and the family. So glad I've found such a wonderful nursery and will be forever grateful that my daughter is getting so many opportunities with all the activities that are planned throughout the day!

The manager and nursery team have been incredibly kind, supportive and understanding. He has required a significant amount of medical care and hospital appointments, and they have always shown understanding, support and kindness throughout and has always asked if there is any support they can give. It has made a real difference to us as a family knowing he is so well cared for and feels safe. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

While there are some genuinely caring and dedicated staff members at this nursery, their efforts are unfortunately overshadowed by serious concerns regarding SEND provision, communication, and safeguarding. In my experience, the nursery appears unable to adequately support some children with significant additional needs, resulting in repeated incidents where other children and staff have been hurt by SEND children displaying violent behaviours. Parents are not always informed promptly or transparently when these incidents occur, and concerns can sometimes be met with a dismissive attitude. Staff turnover is also extremely high, creating a lack of consistency for children and families. Although some staff work incredibly hard and clearly care about the children, the nursery does not seem to have the resources, leadership, or support systems needed to safely manage its current SEND requirements.

Really happy with the level of care and attention from his key worker and other staff in the room when it comes to hand over and telling us about his day and what he's done.

My daughter has been attending Twizzle Tops for 2 years now and loves it. She is always happy going into nursery and comes out beaming at the end of the day. I particularly like the time taken to settle and transition children into the nursery and other rooms - it is not a rushed process which really gives the children time to get to settle into a new environment. All the staff are friendly, approachable and supportive of the children and families and give you a detailed handover at the end of each day. The relationships the staff build with the children is a real strength - you can see how much they genuinely care for the children and in turn how much the children love them which is comforting as a parent to know they are surrounded by people who not only really care for your child but support and guide them to flourish. Highly recommend nursery!

It's a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow in confidence and have fun at the same time. We're so glad we chose this nursery for both of our children.

My son is 18 months, he is loving his nursery! The staff have really got to know him, his likes and dislikes and his speech is coming on leaps and bounds. The manager, Sam, is approachable and accommodating and his key worker is wonderful - we look forward to parents evening next month!

I love the app to see what my son is getting up, it helps me during the day knowing he's engaging and playing.

Excellent staff so co operative always helpful.im so happy with this nursery as this nursery make my child more independent social and good learner too. No issues occurred until now. My both daughters went the same place .i highly recommend this nursery.good job dilasha and a team.

We're so happy we chose this nursery it's having a very positive impact on his wellbeing and development.

Absolutely love the nursery, the ladies that work here are fantastic, go the extra mile for my children and have really helped my youngest feel comfortable when he was taking a very long time to settle in. My youngest is in the baby room and my eldest is in the preschool room. All of the staff are friendly, approachable and have helped us as a family (me included) with some big life changes. Concerns or queries are answered straight away, my children love going to nursery and that's a credit to the staff.

Free access to soft play is a big plus also.

This nursery is truly wonderful, offering a safe, clean, and nurturing environment where children feel happy and secure. The staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive, and the management is professional, supportive, and approachable. They provide a wide variety of fun and educational activities, combined with excellent teaching methods, which help children develop socially, creatively, and academically. Overall, it's the perfect place for young children to learn, explore, and thrive.
