While there are some genuinely caring and dedicated staff members at this nursery, their efforts are unfortunately overshadowed by serious concerns regarding SEND provision, communication, and safeguarding. In my experience, the nursery appears unable to adequately support some children with significant additional needs, resulting in repeated incidents where other children and staff have been hurt by SEND children displaying violent behaviours. Parents are not always informed promptly or transparently when these incidents occur, and concerns can sometimes be met with a dismissive attitude. Staff turnover is also extremely high, creating a lack of consistency for children and families. Although some staff work incredibly hard and clearly care about the children, the nursery does not seem to have the resources, leadership, or support systems needed to safely manage its current SEND requirements.

My daughter seems to really like her time at Twizzle Tops, and is always happy when I drop her off. Sometimes she doesn't want to leave! The staff are caring and calm, and the atmosphere welcoming. They provide a rich variety of early years activities which have definitely helped her development. I would recommend this nursery to any parents in Cambridge. Access to the local play centre is also a nice bonus which I can tell the children enjoy.

Really happy with the level of care and attention from his key worker and other staff in the room when it comes to hand over and telling us about his day and what he's done.

My daughter has been attending Twizzle Tops for 2 years now and loves it. She is always happy going into nursery and comes out beaming at the end of the day. I particularly like the time taken to settle and transition children into the nursery and other rooms - it is not a rushed process which really gives the children time to get to settle into a new environment. All the staff are friendly, approachable and supportive of the children and families and give you a detailed handover at the end of each day. The relationships the staff build with the children is a real strength - you can see how much they genuinely care for the children and in turn how much the children love them which is comforting as a parent to know they are surrounded by people who not only really care for your child but support and guide them to flourish. Highly recommend nursery!

It's a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow in confidence and have fun at the same time. We're so glad we chose this nursery for both of our children.

My son is 18 months, he is loving his nursery! The staff have really got to know him, his likes and dislikes and his speech is coming on leaps and bounds. The manager, Sam, is approachable and accommodating and his key worker is wonderful - we look forward to parents evening next month!

I love the app to see what my son is getting up, it helps me during the day knowing he's engaging and playing.

Excellent staff so co operative always helpful.im so happy with this nursery as this nursery make my child more independent social and good learner too. No issues occurred until now. My both daughters went the same place .i highly recommend this nursery.good job dilasha and a team.

We're so happy we chose this nursery it's having a very positive impact on his wellbeing and development.

My little girls development have improved (physically, speech, emotional and mentally). The nursery made the settling in of both of my girls easy and stress free. Also, it is very easy to communicate to staff and management and they tend to take suggestions of parent(s) on board. It is easy for my girls to interact with both staff and children. The nursery takes the interest of the children on board and they are very patient, calm and understanding towards the children. My little girls love attending the nursery.

Great staff, lots of enriching activities and real warmth and time given to individual children as well as group fun. Food is good and healthy. Ours has only ever had good days there and loves her key people; she's come home with lots of new skills too.

Absolutely love the nursery, the ladies that work here are fantastic, go the extra mile for my children and have really helped my youngest feel comfortable when he was taking a very long time to settle in. My youngest is in the baby room and my eldest is in the preschool room. All of the staff are friendly, approachable and have helped us as a family (me included) with some big life changes. Concerns or queries are answered straight away, my children love going to nursery and that's a credit to the staff.

Free access to soft play is a big plus also.

This nursery is truly wonderful, offering a safe, clean, and nurturing environment where children feel happy and secure. The staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive, and the management is professional, supportive, and approachable. They provide a wide variety of fun and educational activities, combined with excellent teaching methods, which help children develop socially, creatively, and academically. Overall, it's the perfect place for young children to learn, explore, and thrive.

I love the app so we can see pictures of what she's being doing throughout the day with her friends!

Very happy with the management the staff is also very good and kind my daughter is very happy to go there she learn new things too I recommend everyone too visit twizzle top nursery it's really amazing.

Members of staff are lovely and empathetic. They are very patient with my little one and have built an excellent relationship with her. She enjoys going to pre school because she receives fantastic support from the staff. Her key person, Louise, has been nothing but wonderful and caring. The management has been really supportive with regular catch up sessions with parents. I strongly recommend twizzle tops the willows.
