I'm beyond thrilled with my children's experience at Twizzle Tops!
My eldest, who's autistic, attended for over 2 years and was met with unwavering support and understanding. The staff didn't just help him thrive, they helped us navigate his diagnosis too. We've since enrolled my little one, and
I'm so grateful for the same level of care. The team is hands-on, builds strong relationships, and truly cares. Communication is seamless, and the facilities are fantastic! My daughter loves it, and I couldn't ask for more.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since May this year and she absolutely loves it. TTS offers a variety of activities which are both enjoyable and challenging which allows her skills to develop. The staff are also brilliant. They take great care of her and she feels comfortable around them
which is important. The nursery has an app which keeps you updated throughout the day with photos and a diary. I would recommend this nursery.

My son settled in quickly at Twizzle Tops and loves it there! The staff are kind and caring with the children, and we love being able to get regular updates through their app, along with photos of the activities he has been enjoying. My son loves being outdoors, so the visits to the park for outdoor
activities are perfect for him!
The staff always communicate how his day has been and charlotte, the manager has been great! She was very supportive during his settling-in period and always answers any questions we have.

They are very welcoming and settle my child if he's upset or needs comfort.
Always receive daily updates on food and activities.
Phone calls if something is wrong or if he is upset and they are unable to settle him (only happened once). When I called them back he had settled.
Management are easy
to contact and has good communication throughout everyone.
I already have my little one booked in for starting September.
The only downside is that 3-year-old funding is not stretched all year round.

My daughter goes to this nursery and I can’t rate it enough! Staff are so nice. My daughter always comes home very happy and always excited to go back. Lovely place!
The staff are always giving good feedback when we pick her up if any accidents, what she ate etc. always keeping us updated throughout

The nursery and staff are amazing, my son has really come so far with their help and support it was hard to find a nursery I could trust with my son as he is preverbal and autistic, so I worried because he can’t tell me about his day but the staff are great at letting me know and they have an app with

Utterly fantastic experience, my daughter settled in so fast, and the team were so kind and attentive. Twizzle Tops is a brilliant nursery with a huge range of play and learning activities - something new every day, it's such a joy to see the pictures that are sent through on the app. I also love that
they take the children out and about on walks all year round and the food is varied and nutritious and sophisticated enough to give kids an education in eating all kinds of flavours. Every single staff member I have met has been warm and friendly and my daughter just loves it. I recommend it very highly.

My little boy is just finishing his first week at Twizzle Tops, and I think it’s been tough for us both. Today was the hardest, he really wasn’t a happy boy, I had to leave with him being an emotional mess and honestly, I was too. But the team were so caring and understanding (I even got a very much-needed
supportive hug) and within minutes of me leaving, I received a reassuring phone call to say that he had settled and he was absolutely fine and playing with the other children.
We’re just at the beginning of our journey with Twizzle Tops and I’m so happy that I chose them. I’m so excited to see how my little boy progresses, I know he is being well looked after.

My daughter absolutely loves Twizzle Tops and all of the staff there. I was apprehensive about her starting nursery, however, she settled in very quickly, and this was due to the staff making such an effort with her. She is excited to see the key workers every morning and sometimes doesn't want to leave
at the end of the day as she has had such a lovely time. Activities are very varied each day, from exploring new words and sound to dancing, reading stories and exploring the local area. My daughter is now eating a much more varied diet due to the excellent variety of meals and snacks given to her. Her motor skills have also developed hugely due to all of the effort that her key workers have put into practising with her. I absolutely love looking at what she has been up to every day in the detailed information which is given through the app. I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a nursery.

My son loves coming here each day. The staff are amazing. Lots of different interactive activities that use the imagination and stretch my son's knowledge. He is encouraged to increase his language skills every day. The daily walks exploring nature are a highlight of my son's day, they then bring what
they saw outside into a learning activity about nature in the classroom through reading about caterpillars or growing plants in the classroom.
Would recommend this nursery to any parents looking to grow their child - every single colleague who works there really shows they care about the children.

Everyone who works at the nursery is kind, caring and compassionate. I never worry about my son going there because I know he is in safe hands. I receive regular updates throughout the day (including photos) of the activities my son is doing, what he's eaten and nap times. The staff always take the
time to give me a run-through of his day when I collect him. The activities set up for the children are amazing and allow them to learn key skills from EYFS curriculum in a play-based way. The outdoor space at the nursery is minimal but the children are always taken on a daily walk and are allowed to explore outside during that time. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who needs a space for their child.

My daughter has been with the nursery since she was a year old and has developed so much during her time there (she's now 3). She is advanced in her speaking, numbers and letters and is always coming home singing new songs she has learnt. The nursery have taken great care of her and she is delighted

Hi, I am Charlotte; I am the nursery manager of Twizzle Tops Day Nursery, The Willows. I have worked for the company since 2020.
I have been the Manager here since the summer of 2022 and helped facilitate our move to The Willows in January.
I have worked hard to ensure the nursery is a home from home environment for our children. I strive to create solid partnerships with our parents and really enjoy sharing all of the learning and fun we have at the nursery including parent and family events.
My staff team are amazing; they are enthusiastic and passionate about their roles as well as being qualified and motivated educators
