Twizzle tops was excellent for my daughter. The facilities, learning and updates from the establishment was always excellent.


Two staff members in particular were absolutely outstanding. My daughter absolutely loved them and they always gave excellent feedback on her activities during the day.


The

manager always helped with any managerial and adminstrative related queries timely.


Overall, a wonderful experience.

Our boy has been going to Twizzle Tops for 1 Month. We have got to know the team and our son opens his arms wide when he sees them. He smiles to their voice. He enjoys the other children. We are updated daily with progress. It's a bonus we get free admission to the soft play next door for one child
and one adult.

My daughter starts nursery almost month ago and she really loved it. Every time she is comming home she's bringing some new skill or word. She start to eat more which I'm very pleased about. All staff members really care about my daughter and make sure she fell happy and safe.

The team at Twizzle Tops have given me the reassurance needed as a first time mum putting a baby into a nursery! Our son is only 8 months and is coming on leaps and bounds, and eating 3 meals a day which is amazing! He is socialising well, and the updates we get on the app are informative and the photos

My daughter has been going to twiddle tops from past few months she enjoys going to nursery. The staff were very friendly and engage kids in different activities. She improved her communication skills.
The school has newly built toy rooms and they maintain clean environments. They give education and
teach in a lively manner where kids can enjoy.

My son started here just after his first birthday and for the most part I couldn't fault the care he received and he absolutely loved his time at nursery. However, in the past 6-8 months this place has gone seriously downhill, so much so that we are moving him to a new nursery for his last year before
starting school. Firstly, I cannot remember the last time I had updates on the parent app. The room my son was in has no toys or age appropriate resources (arts and crafts materials for example). Nobody can ever tell us about his day because the person we drop him off with is never the same person we pick him up from. There are constant staff in and out and the children never go out like they used to - Park, shops, on the bus - Presumably because they don't have enough staff. The nursery itself is dirty and dingy and is not the same place we enrolled our son into 3 years ago. Avoid this place.

Overall my experience with the nursery was filled with stress. When I put my little one into the setting the nursery was great. They gave me a lot of reassurance and communication was excellent, however the change in management is where I attribute my experience of the nursery going downhill. The communication
was fractured and the reassurance disappeared. I tried to give this nursery some time to turn things around, but found the improvements to be small and not enough in the end. The updates on the app not coming through to parents and always being blamed on the internet or app. Staff that were there most of the day with my child not there for handover so the other staff member didn't know and being given contradictory information. Whilst I wish the nursery would have turned around with the care and information, it never did.

My son has been attending the nursery for almost a year now, since he turned 3. SENCo has been absolutely fab and really helpful and we feel Thoroughly supported, I can't thank them enough for the amazing support and encouragement she has given him with his fussy eating there are even a few new foods
that he will eat at home now! Another staff member is an absolute angel and my son absolutely adores her!
I don't have one bad thing to say about the nursery or any of the staff! I drop him off knowing that he is safe and will be well looked after, supported and will have fun. I'm really glad that I chose Twizzle Tops Day Nursery Ipswich for my sons' nursery journey.

All nursery staff go above and beyond for my son, they are absolutely fantastic.
I have never had a bad experience in the 2 1/2 years my son has been there.
My little boy loves it there, they are very understanding and great in regards to his additional needs.

An overall good nursery. However, there is room for improvement. Over the last 4/5 months, the daily logs for the children are rarely uploaded and if they are with minimal detail. Handovers when collecting children are okay.
However, I feel staff, don’t listen to parent's wishes at times. Whether
this being staff or management, and this has only been for the last year this has gone downhill.
There has just been a change to one of the entrances where desks are in the entrance room. I understand staff need to do work, but now it feels like an office and not a welcoming space for children
There has been a change to breakfast times, with it being 7 am - 8 am meaning needing to book the child in an extra hour, whereas before breakfast was until 8.30 am. I understand the staff want a good routine for the children, however, I just feel this is a money-making way and making it more difficult for parents to have an easy start to the morning before going to work as I have spoken to a few other parents, who agree.

We are very happy with the care and support provided by Twizzle Tops Ipswich nursery. Our son has formed good bonds with the staff and seems to enjoy his time attending the nursery twice a week.
The regular updates of his daily diary have been really helpful to know how he is getting on, and what he
has been up to.

From the very beginning, all the staff have been so incredibly friendly, helpful, loving and caring to me and my daughter. At one point we thought she may have had hearing issues because her speech was behind and the girls took it very seriously and started some one-on-one learning. Turns out it was
actually glasses she needed, as her speech has completely changed since having them. Any little thing I ask, the girls will accommodate for. They do go above and beyond for the children.
One thing I would like though is for there to be more communication on the app. I know there have been a few huge staffing changes, and the break-in over Christmas, but I do like to see photos of my daughter doing her activities and to know how she has done with food.
Overall, I'm very happy. My daughter loves it there, and because of that, my youngest daughter is starting in February.

I would like to thank the staff at the Twizzle Tops for looking after my daughter well. It is an amazing place with amazing staff, and until today I have never had to make a complaint. She loves the nursery and she has learned so much that I barely recognise her. She also loves all the activities, loves

Our 2-year-old settled in very quickly and loves going to the nursery every day now. The manager and the team are amazing; they go above and beyond with looking after the children, creating various themed activities and keeping the nursery clean and safe for everyone. We love the daily update on the
app, and weekend newsletters on what’s coming up next. Our child also loves going to the soft play area next door during the early morning too (what a plus!).

My son started here one day a week and has been attending for about 6 months now. It has taken him a little while to settle but the nursery staff have been fantastic. They are all patient, calm and always smiling. The communication is superb and emails are answered really promptly. Nothing seems to
be too much trouble and my son loves the food and the activities. Everyone seems to know him - not just his room staff but everyone smiles and welcomes him.
I highly recommend this nursery and am really pleased we chose this nursery.

Highly recommended Twizzle Tops. My daughter (who is 3) absolutely loves it and always comes home so happy telling me about her day. To begin with she struggled being left and would cry every time but now she happily waves me goodbye and off she goes. The staff are all so friendly and kind and I cannot
