I was really worried about my son starting in the baby room, but was very quickly put at ease by all staff members that he was doing amazing and he has settled in really well and is a joy to have in the room.
Since starting at the nursery he has come on leaps and bounds and constantly showing me a
new skill he's learned.
Really happy with the level of care and attention from his key worker and other staff in the room when it comes to hand over and telling us about his day and what he's done.

My daughter has been attending Twizzle Tops for 2 years now and loves it. She is always happy going into nursery and comes out beaming at the end of the day. I particularly like the time taken to settle and transition children into the nursery and other rooms - it is not a rushed process which really
gives the children time to get to settle into a new environment. All the staff are friendly, approachable and supportive of the children and families and give you a detailed handover at the end of each day. The relationships the staff build with the children is a real strength - you can see how much they genuinely care for the children and in turn how much the children love them which is comforting as a parent to know they are surrounded by people who not only really care for your child but support and guide them to flourish. Highly recommend nursery!

We are really happy with this nursery and couldn't recommend it enough. The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children, which gives us great peace of mind. Our daughter has settled in so well and always comes home happy, full of stories about her day.
The activities are engaging
and varied, helping with both learning and development, and it's clear a lot of thought goes into planning them. Communication with parents is also excellent, keeping us updated regularly.
It's a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow in confidence and have fun at the same time. We're so glad we chose this nursery for both of our children.

We have been with Twizzle Tops Nursery for 14 years this year, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. All three of my children have attended, and the level of care, support, and dedication has been consistently outstanding throughout.
The staff truly go above and beyond for every child.
They create such a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy, and encouraged to grow and develop. It's clear that they genuinely care about each child as an individual.
Over the years, we've seen firsthand the positive impact they've had-not just in early learning, but in building confidence and social skills. Leaving your child in someone else's care is never easy, but Twizzle Tops has always made that feel completely natural and reassuring.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful nursery, and we're so grateful for everything they've done for our family

Fantastic nursery! Our son is thriving here and often happily tells us about his day.
We love that the team take him out for walks in the lovely park, we feel it's so important he gets out in the fresh air to explore as much as possible.
We feel assured as parents as know if he's ever unwell or
not himself they will call and let us know, asking what we would like to do, or tell us if he's too unwell and needs picking up.
We also appreciate the team supporting us in the admin around the funded hours, even when busy they are happy to help.
We're so happy we chose this nursery it's having a very positive impact on his wellbeing and development.

Absolutely love the nursery, the ladies that work here are fantastic, go the extra mile for my children and have really helped my youngest feel comfortable when he was taking a very long time to settle in. My youngest is in the baby room and my eldest is in the preschool room. All of the staff are friendly,
approachable and have helped us as a family (me included) with some big life changes. Concerns or queries are answered straight away, my children love going to nursery and that's a credit to the staff.

Twizzle Tops is a wonderful nursery, and I feel completely at ease leaving my son here. The care and environment are so reassuring that I've already signed up my unborn child as well - I wouldn't want my children anywhere else.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, and it's especially refreshing to
have a visible manager who actively communicates with parents, something you don't always see.

Since my little one has started they have been nothing but great as a first time mum Kirsty the manager was so helpful in registering my little one, his key worked molly was great with him always up dating us and saying how great he was and progressing well, a new key worked Lucy gives us fantastic
reports about him and really listen to anything I say to her- my little one always leaves so happy after a fantastic day as well as a shout out to lisette, Charlotte and baby room group- your have made my little one's journey enjoyable and fun for him -highly recommend!

Molly and Lisette in the baby room are honestly the most amazing key workers for my twins. My daughter only started nursery back in Sept but she absolutely loves it!! The staff are brilliant and so friendly. Everyone has made her feel so welcome, she has settled in nicely! There are so many different toys to play with and they do lots of activities every day which helps the children learn
as well as have fun! They give the children lots of healthy nutritious food. Access to a large outdoor space too which my daughter loves. They have an app which is brilliant as it gives you updates while your child is at nursery so you know what time they napped, what they ate, etc. The app also tells you what they got up to and contains photos which is really nice for parents. Amazing nursery!!

My son has been going twizzle tops now for a year and a half. He loves it there. He does so many interesting and exciting activities there. All the staff are lovely and try to get my son involved in all activities (he is a shy boy) he has made lots of friends and has learnt so much. He enjoys all the
food they make for him.
Now we are looking at schools and he says he wants to stay at nursery forever!

This was my child first month at the nursery and so far we have a great experience.
The staff been lovely helping her settling in and incorporating her naps around the daily activities.
The staff also been great updating the app, so I can see how my child is doing through the day.

The staff there have been amazing from the baby room to the toddler room. Every transition is difficult for most babies / toddlers but the staff show amazing patience and clearly know what they are doing and are reassuring
My son (2) loves going in and has made some friends. They take them out pretty
much every day to the garden which is of a good size and keep them well entertained throughout the day with pictures to the parents

It's comforting to be able to leave my son in a happy safe environment where he enjoys playing and eats really well, if he's upset he is comforted and all his needs are met and the big garden is a massive plus. I wouldn't send him anywhere else.

Since our son started at the start of November he has been doing well, he has come along well and seems to be settling in slowly.
I think the only thing is that on the app there is no way to contact his key worker, we have to contact the nursery and sometimes this isn't possible with our busy schedule.
The staff all seem really friendly and welcoming. The nursery has always been clean and welcoming with lots of activities for the children to do when we have visited.
We can't wait to see how he gets on when he does more days.
