Overall Experience

Since I first walked into the nursery, I was so welcomed by all the staff. Allowed me to ask all questions and showed me about. My son has settled in so well and has so much fun, and the staff get him involved. The nursery is very well kept, cleaned and modern. I don't worry when I leave my son in nursery

because he is in very good hands. :) x

My 3 year olds, started with you in June 2025 and I could not be happier. All the staff in all the rooms seem to know my daughters and understand their needs. My daughters are thriving under your care.
You support them, encourage them and my daughters literally run into Nursery to spend their day

with staff and friends.
Your Nursery continues to be inventive, creative and bring new facilities to the Nursery including a new kitchen and sensory room. Im so glad my daughters are spending their early years with you all.

Overall Experience

Happitots Garrowhill is a wonderful nursery. The staff are so pleasant and have genuine care and concern for your children. My one year old daughter settled in so well. All the staff who have cared for her, three in particular, just to mention a few have been excellent. You get regular updates throughout

the day, sometimes including photos, letting you know how your child is doing which really puts you at ease. In addition, they give a good selection of healthy food, fruits and snacks. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Overall Experience

All of the staff are really friendly, they're happy to give advice and use their experience to help with any questions I have. As I first time parents, obviously first time putting a child into nursery, I've felt comfortable asking questions either in person or by email to understand the nursery process.

My child appears to get on well with the staff and has settled in well to the nursery. Some days the updates on the app are more complete than others but we usually get a quick run down of the day when we do pick up.
I like that my child is taken on trips to the neighbouring park as the outdoor space isn't the biggest.

My 1 year old has been attending the nursery since January 2025. She only goes 1.5 days but she's built up a brilliant relationship with some of the staff and is full of smiles on drop off and pick up and that's all I can ask for. The updates on the app are great.

Can't fault this nursery. My daughter has been in for the last 6 months and has come on leaps and bounds. She is always so happy to be attending and always has the best day. She has developed a great relationship with a lot of different staff; who are always happy and attentive. All so kind and can

tell they care about the job and the kids. Staff are amazing at keeping you updated throughout the day to limit any concerns while working. Any concerns I've ever had have been taken into consideration and dealt with quickly. Overall, a great place that I would definitely choose again.

Our son started a month ago in the baby room, it has been great so far! The staff is amazing, makes you feel very comfortable and are very patient with the children. The management team handles things very well, there are always events on for the kids & parents, I would highly recommend !

This was our daughter's very first nursery and I couldn't have asked for a better start. The transition into nursery life was so smooth, and that's all thanks to the lovely team who made us feel so welcome and reassured from day one.

The girls in the toddler room have been absolutely amazing! They're

All the staff have been amazing and have helped my boy settle in the past couple of months. The manager and depute manager went above and beyond to make the transition from our old nursery to this one seamless and as stress free as possible. My son's key worker has been wonderful too. It's so lovely

to hear my son come home and chat so excitedly about his day and when he wakes up in the morning and asks if it's a nursery day and I say yes his eyes light up! Such a great feeling dropping him off knowing that he is genuinely happy to be here and has lots of fun each and every day.

My daughter has been attending nursery since August 2022 she had a little break in 2023 when I finished university and was waiting to start work. The nursery has drastically improved since new management has taken over. All staff are very welcoming and approachable. My daughter loves attending nursery

and it's evident she has built good relationships with all the staff and made some good friends. My daughter can be a fussy eater and I'm always updated on how her eating has been and alternative they provided if she didn't want what was on the menu. Her learning and development has improved greatly throughout the years too. I would highly recommend using Happitots Robroyston.

Excellent nursery and excellent staff. Warm, friendly and make you feel so welcome. The staff have been a great help and support to myself and my son. My son attends Happitots Robroyston and he absolutely loves it. Since the new management took over, the nursery has improved significantly and I have no complaints at all about the service. I know my son is happy, well cared for, nurtured, and encouraged to reach his potential. The staff are absolutely

fantastic and make sure I am kept up to date on his development and what they are working on. My son will be going to school this year and is feeling very anxious about it, the nursery staff have been great and are going out of their way to help him prepare for the transition. I know he will be so sad when the time comes to leave Happitots.

I cannot praise the nursery enough. My son has been here since he was 1 and is now in his final few months in the preschool room. Every member of staff we have encountered in each room has been as good as the next.
He is thriving in all aspects of his learning and is more than ready for school which

Overall Experience

Deterioration of service. This is my third review of Happitots Nursery as I have been a customer for 9 years and was previously happy with the service received.
Happitots were previously operated by Bertram, in 2022 Bertram expanded to become Thrive. Since then, the Scottish sites have gone into decline

(please see Companies House annual return for Thrive which gives a clear picture). The photos currently displayed on Day Nurseries are not up to date and the manager resigned following a very poor Inspectorate Report in October 2024. The staff members who actually care for the children are brilliant, some have been there for decades, they are lovely and deserve only praise. However, the management, specifically the Area Manager is completely out of touch with reality and refused to meet with parents prior to Christmas to address our concerns. Ultimately, I removed my daughter who now attends another nursery - a world apart.

It's such a nice feeling as a parent knowing you're leaving your child in such a happy and safe place while you work.
