Overall Experience

Happitots has been absolutely phenomenal when it comes to my son, JJ. They update me every day on what he has to eat, tasks he's done and targets he meets. Ashleigh has been really supportive as JJ is on the waiting list for Autism, so she helps me on all of JJ's targets. I can't fault Happitots; they are an incredible team, and I'd recommend the nursery to everyone!

i have been in connection with the nursery for a number of years. my son and daughter both attend. however my son who is in the pre school room, who is on the neuro pathway, i feel he's been let down, due to the lack of care, communication and lack of understanding of his needs. i feel that he deserves more support and respect. a child who is on neuro pathway should have a care plan that reflects them and there needs. yet however my son hasn't got that. i also feel that staff should have more training and understanding of ASN as this is a wide spectrum. certain staff members have an attitude towards family members and don't take the time to offer feedback. son is due to go to school and it's taken weeks for a meeting to be set up to discuss this matter. the pre school staff are not supportive or helpful. i feel let down and very disappointed in this situation. and my son too.

my daughter who is in toddler room i've no issues or concerns with the staff are brilliant.

My little boy has been going here for just under 1 year and has came on leaps and bounds! Putting him into nursery wasn't something I wanted to do but when I visited Happitots Cumbernauld I knew it was the right decision for him. Only 1 day a week for my little one but it has a huge impact. He is excited about going to nursery in the morning, he usually dances out the lift. The workers who care for Jack are amazing! I feel so safe leaving him there. I absolutely love the wee pictures I come home with, I love the updates on the app during the day so I can keep up with what's happening and I love that when I said we have been practising colours at home the pictures from that day showed they focused on books for learning colours to continue our at home learning. He is now moving into the Toddler Room and has already been doing a book program with them which I know he loves! I can't thank the staff enough for the care, love and attention they show Jack. I am so glad I chose this nursery!xx

Overall Experience

The staff here are all friendly and informative. Im a first time mum and it was very overwhelming bringing my son to a nursery for the first time when i went back to work but they made the process so easy and nothing was too difficult to sort out. They are flexible when I ask questions. I enjoy the app too which provides updates of when my child eats, sleeps, changes his nappy. I feel he is safe and happy here.

Overall Experience

My little girl settled in so well in the baby room the the toddler room! The staff have been lovely and so supportive of my little girl and have been helpful in what I'm teaching her at home they are continuing to teach her in nursery. My daughter comes home with a smile and runs into the nursery with a smile. Watching her grow and learn in an amazing environment has been one of the highlights she's being doing so well and has formed attachments to the staff. They have been consistent with feedback and updates on how my daughter gets on in nursery.

Happitots was always my 1st and only choice when choosing a nursery for my 2nd child, my daughter.
The staff are inclusive, caring, nurturing, supportive and kind.
They always go out of their way to accommodate the needs of every child in their care.

My daughter has been attending the baby room for a month and loves it. She is well cared for and happy to be there.

My son has been going to hapitots nursery for 6 months now and he absolutely loves it.
The staff are so lovely and welcoming even after a long day, it's insane the amount of work they do but they always have a smile and connections with the kids as my son will mention their names when we're at home.
He's always excited to go in, has all the healthy foods and is encouraged to play with other while also having teachable moments as he's going through his terrible twos.
If he's ever had any accidents or injury I get told about what happened and gives me security that he's happy and safe as it's still hard to have him away from me, but the staff always give me reassurance and I can see how happy they make him.

Overall, me and my son are so appreciative of their professionalism and overall care for their job :)

Could not recommend happitots nursery enough, my daughter joined the toddler room in August 2025, the staff are amazing and very attentive, my daughter had delay with speech and since joining the nursery her speech is coming along. My daughter also settled right into the class and loves all the nursery teachers.

My son has been attending Happitots for a year now. He is in the Toddler room. Initially he struggled to settle as he is quite a shy little boy and he only attends 2 half days per week. However, the staff were great with him and within a matter of weeks there was a huge difference in him. He now looks forward to going to nursery and goes in with no issues at all.
He is a much more confident boy now and I believe his nursery environment has played a huge part in that.

The staff working with Noah are always very friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend Happitots to anyone looking for care for their children.

My daughter has been going to the nursery for the past two years in room 3-5. She absolutely loves it and is always excited to see friends and staff every day. I must say I am delighted with the whole team and the way they help my little daughter since she joined this nursery. I picked up the nursery based on the reviews other parents and I think I made the best decision. She started when she was a baby and the girls had helped her to settle in. Is not easy for a parent to leave their child with someone you don't know but the staff here are absolutely amazing, gentle and kind. My daughter loves going to nursery and she is enjoying it every day and I am more than grateful for the care, devotion and passion that they have with children.

Thank you very much Happitots for giving the reassurance than my little one is having best of care every day.
