N Family Club - Reading

Wonderful place, amazing staff always going above and beyond to do the best for my daughter education and physical, emotional growth and wellbeing. I highly recommend this nursery, I cannot fault them. Very happy and fortunate we have them. Is as parents and our daughter feeling well take care of and the communication is great on every step of this journey

We are extremely satisfied with the total care environment provided by N Club Reading. Our toddler is thriving there. She is given numerous, varied and thoughtful activities, she eats ALL the delicious food which is provided, she naps better at nursery then at home (!). The overall experience and atmosphere is conducive to happy children, we love the emphasis on learning outdoors and recognise the impact of the clean, bright and airy rooms. Having recently moved nurseries, we are able to see the comparisons and are confident in the superb provisions provided. Thank you to the attentive staff (our daughter has bonded with someone and it's lovely to see!). And an extra mention for the positive "parent experience" which is fostered on site - little touches like a welcome pack, behavioural sessions, regular app updates and coffee!

Kids are involved in many activities which massively help with the growth.

Very pleased and looking forward to take our second child there when the time comes!

The nursery is very very good about updating and sharing details of the activities through the day which makes me feel comforted and in the know. I would highly recommend N if you are looking for an approach that combines science, social values as well as psychology. Also they value parents and each member of staff makes you feel like you and your child are the most important people there!

Our little boy is really thriving at N Family Reading. His development has come along so far since he started from his speech to his motor skills. The staff always have engaging activities prepared. His room manager, Antoinette, and Hannah always have smiles on their faces and seem genuinely excited to hang out with all the children. Their handovers are always thorough and they always share special moments or milestones. Would 100% recommend.

It's been amazing my daughter has been here for 4 months now and settled in so well. They've been so helpful with constant updates about what she's been doing and how's she's been. She's devolved so much since starting and I can't recommend n family enough.

Constant threat of details being transferred to Collection teams. Disappointed with extreme nursery behavior to threat the parents for dues. The revised invoice was immediately paid off but I never received requested monthly invoice breakdown. Staff apologized but it's unacceptable to threat parents and not to clarify their part as most of the parents blindly pay their invoices without checking the calculations. Frequent changes in key worker. No doubt the staff has been friendly and helpful but how would a 2 year old cope up with change in key worker 3 times in 6 months! No stable assistant staff or bank staff dedicated to the room. As a result it gets difficult for the child to settle down with different bank staffs on everyday basis. My little one also missed his friends throughout his time in nursery as they were being transferred to different rooms without him being transferred with them. All the above issues were raised to nursery on timely basis but no major improvements being made.

Drop-offs can be stressful, but the team makes each morning a joy. A particular member of staff's bubbly greetings brighten our day, while staff help with doors and share warm hellos. Another member of staff has a special magic touch that transforms tearful goodbyes into happy transitions, making my heart so much lighter. We're always in the loop with classroom updates and can message directly when needed. What truly makes N Reading special is how she cares about the whole family. She's a ray of sunshine, always checking in on both my daughter and us with genuine interest, making us feel truly part of the N family. We're pleased with our daughter's learning journey. She's exploring cultures, creating art, and discovering the world in ways that excite us all. She is our blessing. She understands our daughter's personality and needs perfectly, providing updates that help us support her at home. Her nurturing approach and connection with our little one confirm we chose the perfect place at N Reading.

I'm very pleased with the care my daughter has received. The environment is clean, and the balanced diet has supported her growth and helped her hit all her milestones seamlessly. The staff, from reception onward, are personally involved in her care and are always flexible with extended hours when needed. It's been a wonderful experience overall, and I truly appreciate the team's dedication. Wishing them continued success!

I've been so impressed with N Family Reading. For me, the most important part of choosing a setting is trusting the staff and it's so clear that extra care and attention is taken with training as they all do a brilliant job and seem so happy at work, so the children benefit from a really positive atmosphere. Food and nutrition are obviously a priority, as is having structure and curriculum even in a baby room. Communication is also fantastic with very regular updates (pictures and videos) to the app.

My daughter has attended N Family Club Reading for a little over a month now and I can't rate it enough. The staff are so lovely and friendly and have made the settling-in process for our daughter as smooth as possible. The facilities are clean with lots of toys available for the kids and we love the regular updates through the app including the balanced and healthy food menus we receive ahead of each week. This is our first experience of a nursery and we are very happy.

The staff are caring and attentive, even to the parents' needs. We have been made to feel welcome and a part of a very special community.

N Family Club Reading is such a great nursery, our daughter is so happy here, learning new skills and always having fun, I've often been told off for coming to get her too early because she she wants to stay and play outdoors for longer! All the staff are lovely and super helpful too.

Just started at this nursery and my little one seems to really enjoy it. The staff are very friendly and professional, taking in account when he's been under the weather or trying to facilitate two naps (although him wanting to take them is another matter!). The food offered is top class and my little one always finishes his meals. The receptionist always has a happy face to start the day, I hope we will be very happy here!
