N Family Club - Reading

Our son joined N Family Club- Reading in January 2024 and from the moment we enrolled him, we felt very welcomed and supported. The staff is very nurturing and attentive, and they take the time to get to know your child. We have noticed that our son's development in social skills and language has grown rapidly since joining and above all our son is very happy there! We receive regular updates from the team and we love receiving the photos as it gives us an insight into his day. The team respond quickly to any messages that we send on the app. The facilities are clean and well maintained which was an important factor for us when choosing a nursery. The food menu is varied, fresh and healthy, and this was a huge plus point for us. The management team took on board suggestions from parents to improve the overall nursery experience and we were pleased that they implemented one of our own suggestions. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery and would highly recommend it.

N Family is one of the best nurseries in the Reading area. I really liked the prompt updates on the app with the menu, activity updates and pictures of your child. The staff is courteous and pleasant. My daughter was the youngest when she joined and it took her a couple of weeks only to enjoy being in the nursery. Totally recommend.

Our baby joined N Family Club Reading a couple of months ago and we're really happy with our experience so far. It's been a challenging time for both baby and parents, but we have felt understood and supported all the way through. The team is beyond amazing. From the office team to the room staff. Everyone treats our baby and us with respect, always with a smile. We do love to see daily updates and pics on the app and to receive the key person summary at the end of the day. Really pleased so far.

We are so lucky to have found a nursery that puts our son first. We cannot wait to see him grow and develop with you.

Our son started this nursery in April following our move from London. The nursery have been so accommodating and so welcoming to us as a family. Our son is thriving there and always has a wonderful day, he's made good friends and really incredible relationships with the nursery staff. We have noticed he's a lot more confident, his speech has improved massively and his eagerness to go to nursery every day (even on the weekends). The nursery management team are all so lovely, they are able to accommodate early starts when needed and adhoc days. We really couldn't have asked for a better nursery! The warm croissants for parents in the morning is such a wonderful treat.

My grandson is extremely happy at the nursery. The staff are amazing. Keeping us updated daily with photos of what he is up to. It’s a very professional set-up. I feel very confident in recommending the nursery. The weekly menu sounds fantastic. I would love to eat there! I’m hoping the chef starts a takeaway service. My grandson is thriving in this caring environment.

My son started at N Family Reading from April 2024. For the past 4 months, we had fantastic experience. My son is really happy about going to the nursery. Everyday when I pick him up in the afternoon, he always told that he had a really good day and super happy. The staff at N Family Reading are really nice and helpful, taking care of my son with love. We absolutely love N Family in Reading. It is a wonderful environment, they have fantastic facilities and the food is excellent. All staff are welcoming, helpful and supportive and our little one absolutely loves them. It is so refreshing to see how much they care and how much effort they all make to know you and your child by name and stop to have a chat. Having your little one start nursery is a daunting time and making sure you have chosen the right place is so important. We could not be happier with our choice and with how well she has settled in. We are already noticing how much she is learning and how much of a positive impact her nursery is having on her development and social confidence. Thank you to the whole team for creating a truly wonderful environment.

As this nursery hadn't yet opened when we had to secure the place for our child, we were a bit nervous about the choice. But from the very first contact everyone has been very friendly and accommodating and now we feel, we couldn't have found a better place for our son. The nursery has a comparably big outside space, all the staff we met are really good and create a nice familiar atmosphere on the grounds. The food is prepared by an on-site chef, who creates fantastic-looking menus! There are regular photo updates on what your child is up to, which, especially at the beginning, is very nice but I am still loving them now as well.

Our experience with N Family has been outstanding. We had to find temporary nursery care with them when our daughter's nursery closed unexpectedly. N Family were responsive and supportive from the outset. When we arrived for our visit, we were super impressed by the cleanliness and whole experience at the nursery, the setting outside in particular is great. Staff have been very warm and put in extra effort to help our daughter settle in quickly.

Maybe other N Nurseries are better. However, Reading nursery still has a lot to learn.

N Family Reading has been absolutely amazing. The staff are kind and friendly and they act on the feedback given as well. My child loves it there and he has settled in very well. I am quite pleased and very comfortable with his care there.

My son loves the staff taking care of him and their approach in learning and development is wonderful because I have seen so much improvement in my son. The facilities are great as it is very child-friendly and safe.

Fantastic service all around. It is obvious that the staff care for the child’s well-being - physical and mental. We have seen visible improvements in our child’s learning since we came to N Family. The staff are very polite and friendly.

The garden at the back is very big, ideal for playing.

Outstanding nursery. Lovely staff and impressive facilities. Food consistently high quality and varied. Our daughter is very happy there. Would prefer if they were able to be more flexible with changing days. Love the pictures we received every day.
