Located just opposite the Royal Berkshire Hospital, the beautiful new N Family Club nursery is set in an impressive period property. N Family Club specialise in sensitively restoring buildings so that they remain full of character, while being purpose-built to provide modern learning environments that support the delivery of N's bespoke early years curriculum.

The Reading nursery features a large garden that comes complete with an adventure playground, messy play spaces, a sandpit and plenty of space for outdoor games and learning. To support children as they unleash their creativity, there is a specialist art and cooking room. The playrooms are bright and spacious, and are flooded with natural light. There is a dedicated parent area, featuring a breakfast bar serving fresh coffee each morning, and a large car park perfect for commuting parents.

N Family Club are striving to rethink early years, offering a fresh educational outlook to prepare children for life in the modern world. They were named the UK's highest quality nursery group by Nursery World in 2023, and believe that their approach to early years education supports children to become curious explorers, life-long learners and critical thinkers. The bespoke curriculum that is delivered every day through play-based experiences is designed to be unique to each child, based on their development and their interests.

Laura Matthews, former Head of Nutrition at Jamie Oliver, has also partnered with N to ensure that the balanced, nutritious menu supports every child’s developmental needs. In-house chefs prepare fresh meals every day in the nursery café kitchen.

Constant threat of details being transferred to Collection teams. Disappointed with extreme nursery behavior to threat the parents for dues. The revised invoice was immediately paid off but I never received requested monthly invoice breakdown. Staff apologized but it's unacceptable to threat parents
and not to clarify their part as most of the parents blindly pay their invoices without checking the calculations. Frequent changes in key worker. No doubt the staff has been friendly and helpful but how would a 2 year old cope up with change in key worker 3 times in 6 months! No stable assistant staff or bank staff dedicated to the room. As a result it gets difficult for the child to settle down with different bank staffs on everyday basis. My little one also missed his friends throughout his time in nursery as they were being transferred to different rooms without him being transferred with them. All the above issues were raised to nursery on timely basis but no major improvements being made.

Drop-offs can be stressful, but the team makes each morning a joy. A particular member of staff's bubbly greetings brighten our day, while staff help with doors and share warm hellos. Another member of staff has a special magic touch that transforms tearful goodbyes into happy transitions, making my
heart so much lighter. We're always in the loop with classroom updates and can message directly when needed. What truly makes N Reading special is how she cares about the whole family. She's a ray of sunshine, always checking in on both my daughter and us with genuine interest, making us feel truly part of the N family. We're pleased with our daughter's learning journey. She's exploring cultures, creating art, and discovering the world in ways that excite us all. She is our blessing. She understands our daughter's personality and needs perfectly, providing updates that help us support her at home. I've been so impressed with N Family Reading. For me, the most important part of choosing a setting is trusting the staff and it's so clear that extra care and attention is taken with training as they all do a brilliant job and seem so happy at work, so the children benefit from a really positive atmosphere.
Food and nutrition are obviously a priority, as is having structure and curriculum even in a baby room. Communication is also fantastic with very regular updates (pictures and videos) to the app.

I'm very pleased with the care my daughter has received. The environment is clean, and the balanced diet has supported her growth and helped her hit all her milestones seamlessly. The staff, from reception onward, are personally involved in her care and are always flexible with extended hours when needed.

We highly value and recommend N Club Reading. From the first impression of the high-quality facility, including provisions for children and cleanliness, to the comprehensive information provided during the first visit and open day, our expectations have been exceeded. The settling period and day-to-day
care our daughter received from every staff member, from day one, along with the nutritious and delicious menu, have been exceptional.
We take great comfort in knowing our daughter eagerly looks forward to going every day, even packing her little N backpack and waiting by the front door on weekends. She has been thriving in the nursery through a variety of enjoyable activities and developing friendships in her group.
In addition, the transparent policies, timely communication for parents, and abundance of additional resources make it all worthwhile. N Club Reading truly has a family vibe, and we couldn't be more grateful to the entire team!

Just started at this nursery and my little one seems to really enjoy it. The staff are very friendly and professional, taking in account when he's been under the weather or trying to facilitate two naps (although him wanting to take them is another matter!). N Family Club Reading is such a great nursery, our daughter is so happy here, learning new skills and always having fun, I've often been told off for coming to get her too early because she she wants to stay and play outdoors for longer! All the staff are lovely and super helpful too.

Sending our younger daughter to a nursery was the hardest thing to do, but after doing some research and visiting the N Family Club it was above our expectations.
From the beginning, we've noticed that all the staff are so friendly and highly professional.

Overall we have been very impressed with the first few weeks of our experience with N Family Club and any anxieties or worries I have had about leaving our child there have quickly disappeared.
I look forward to seeing how they are progressing and learning new skills with the interactive app. The
room and space for the children is lovely and the food menu is honestly envious!

My daughter has attended N Family Club Reading for a little over a month now and I can't rate it enough. The staff are so lovely and friendly and have made the settling-in process for our daughter as smooth as possible. The facilities are clean with lots of toys available for the kids and we love the
regular updates through the app including the balanced and healthy food menus we receive ahead of each week. This is our first experience of a nursery and we are very happy.

Our son joined N Family Club- Reading in January 2024 and from the moment we enrolled him, we felt very welcomed and supported. The staff is very nurturing and attentive, and they take the time to get to know your child. We have noticed that our son's development in social skills and language has grown
rapidly since joining and above all our son is very happy there! We receive regular updates from the team and we love receiving the photos as it gives us an insight into his day. The team respond quickly to any messages that we send on the app. The facilities are clean and well maintained which was an important factor for us when choosing a nursery. The food menu is varied, fresh and healthy, and this was a huge plus point for us. The management team took on board suggestions from parents to improve the overall nursery experience and we were pleased that they implemented one of our own suggestions. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery and would highly recommend it.

My son is a very outgoing character with no fears I feel like the nursery has really enabled him to be himself and embraced him. He joined as a minimal eater but since joining in July he's become far more adventurous with food. Whilst it's impossible to create such a great diet and menu at home it has
enabled us to try and test new foods without the added risk of him not trying or eating it.
Staff are so friendly and understanding. It is definitely a great learning environment for all kids and babies.
The app really helps keep parents at ease I know what my son eats daily and when he naps and it enables me to plan our evening before I've even collected him. And photo updates make it that much easier when you're missing your baby.

Cannot sing N Family Reading praises enough. My son has been there since February this year and the thought of leaving him was very hard for me. Along with regular updates and a sense of community at N Family, I haven't looked back. My son loves it there and gets visibly excited every time we walk through
the doors. Incredible staff, gorgeous play rooms and lots of love and attention for my son.

Our baby joined N Family Club Reading a couple of months ago and we're really happy with our experience so far. It's been a challenging time for both baby and parents, but we have felt understood and supported all the way through. The team is beyond amazing. From the office team to the room staff. Everyone
treats our baby and us with respect, always with a smile. We do love to see daily updates and pics on the app and to receive the key person summary at the end of the day. Really pleased so far.

Brilliant and caring staff. My son is going to the CAMP room he started in July and got settled so quickly. They take care of each and every small thing we say and very quick response from the staff members for any questions or messages we send through the app. I am very pleased to send my son and one
of the parents at N family. I am so glad I got a space here.
Each and every time he spends there is worth, his activities and new learnings everything is good. As a parent, I am very happy.

Our son started this nursery in April following our move from London. The nursery have been so accommodating and so welcoming to us as a family. Our son is thriving there and always has a wonderful day, he's made good friends and really incredible relationships with the nursery staff. We have noticed
he's a lot more confident, his speech has improved massively and his eagerness to go to nursery every day (even on the weekends). The nursery management team are all so lovely, they are able to accommodate early starts when needed and adhoc days. We really couldn't have asked for a better nursery! The warm croissants for parents in the morning is such a wonderful treat.

Her passion lies in helping children grow and achieve their full potential! She prioritizes working closely with parents to ensure harmony between home and nursery life. The most rewarding aspect of her role is the joy of seeing a new understanding spark in children's eyes and the pride they feel in their accomplishments. She is a proud parent of two boys and is happily married. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, hiking, and spending quality time with friends over meals or enjoying a good movie together.
