We couldn't be happier with our experience at N Family Club Reading. It's a beautiful nursery with fantastic facilities, and the staff are truly amazing.
Our son Logan is 10 months old and absolutely loves going-he gets so excited as we walk in and always has a huge smile when he sees his carers.
A special thank you to the lovely team in Bay and Wildwood, who take such great care of him and make him feel so happy and secure.
We've seen Logan develop in leaps and bounds since starting, which is a real testament to the nurturing environment. The nursery app is also fantastic, keeping us updated throughout the day with progress updates and photos of his activities, which is so reassuring.
The little extras, like the coffee bar and warm croissants in the morning, are such a thoughtful touch. We feel completely confident in the care Logan receives and would highly recommend.

Our experience with this nursery has been truly fantastic. The team creates such a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, happy, and excited to learn. It's clear that the staff genuinely care about each child as an individual and that they take the time to understand their
personalities, interests, and needs.
Every day is filled with creative and engaging activities, from arts and crafts to outdoor play, which keeps the children stimulated and curious. I especially appreciate how much time they spend outside and how they incorporate themes and learning into everything they do in a fun, natural way.
The atmosphere is always calm and nurturing, and communication with parents is excellent. We're regularly kept updated and made to feel involved, which makes a big difference. It really does feel like a supportive community rather than just a nursery.
I couldn't be happier with the care my daughter receives here and would highly recommend it to any parent.

Our son has been at N club for the last seven months and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice. The staff share daily photos and update his status regularly so we can have peace of mind that he is happy. His key person (Farah) is kind, caring and he now runs in to give her a cuddle when he
sees her.
We have been amazed to see how much his development has come on since he started, and it's clear how much care the team put into every child. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend N Club to other parents.

I can't speak highly enough of N Reading. Our son is so happy there and the care and support he (and we!) receive on a daily basis is just wonderful. We really feel he's having the best start to life and are enjoying seeing all that he is learning to do along the way. N Reading should feel proud of
the environment it's creating for our children!

We're really happy with this nursery. Our child is always excited to go in each day, which says a lot about how comfortable and supported she feels there. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming and they've created such a positive environment for the children.
We especially appreciated the
thoughtful touch of gifts for my daughter's birthday. It made her feel really special. We've also noticed a big difference in her development and confidence since starting here. Thank you to all the staff for the care and attention you give!

My child has learned a lot at N Family Club, and his deputy room leader is warm, attentive, and provides detailed handovers, which we really appreciate.
However, our overall experience has been affected by three incidents: 1. A series of accidents, one resulting in a hospital visit and permanent
scar. These all happened when he started to walk & run. 2. While practicing animal sounds at home, our son (then 18 months) identified them correctly, but when asked what a monkey does, he repeatedly pointed to himself and said "me." Management investigated but could not determine the cause. 3. An incident in which our son became very upset, crying and vomiting twice, requiring us to collect him due to policy. We explained that this can happen when he cries excessively and asked staff to help settle him before it reaches this point.
Overall, while we have serious concerns that we have raised, our son seems happy and has a strong bond with his room leader and some of the staff and management.

N Family Club Reading is a wonderful nursery! The staff are dedicated, know my child well, and clearly enjoy their jobs. They do multiple arts and crafts activities every day that are linked to a theme, book, season etc, spend lots of time in the garden, and are calm and supportive all of the time.
The food is healthy and varied. They definitely live up to the 'family club' aspect as well, with lots of events, support, and care for parents, too.

We have had a very positive experience with the nursery. All the staff have been friendly and so supportive of my two year old who has just started at the nursery and is experiencing separation anxiety. Regular communication from the staff in the room really helps us feel confident about the care
our daughter receives while at nursery.

I am impressed by almost everything in the kindergarten, but in particular quality and the variety of the food, and also the professionalism of the very caring staff here. I am happy in the knowledge my grandson, aged 12 months, is enjoying his time here. High recommendation from me.

We absolutely love how incredibly personal the approach to kids is, like everyone truly knows our child and pays attention to the little things that matter. We've seen so much progress already, both in confidence and skills, and it's clear that comes from how attentive and caring the staff are. It's

My child started nursery in September and I have to say that the team at N Family Reading has been nothing short of fantastic. From drop off to pick up, I believe my child has improved significantly in regards to his milestones and personality. He is also learning a lot from his time at nursery. The
amenities at N Reading are also great alongside the weekly menu which my child really enjoys. Kudos to the team and looking forward to even more milestones and memories ahead.

The team at N have been nothing but welcoming, friendly and profesional. From our first look around with Rhys, our daily welcome from Cat and the amazing team (Rosa and Brit) around our boy. We could not recommend these guys more. The coffee and croissants help too.

We started at N Family Club in July 2025 after a long search for the right nursery. Initially hesitant about choosing a chain due to a past experience, we were impressed by the warm welcome from the front-of-house staff, who were always ready to assist. The smaller rooms for children of similar ages
provide a comfortable, spacious environment, and the staff's support during our son's settling-in process made the transition smooth. We've seen significant progress in his speech and development, especially with new words and sign language. The nursery offers a range of engaging activities that support his growth. The staff encourage healthy eating habits and handovers at pick-up are thorough, ensuring we're informed about his day. Overall, N Family Club has exceeded our expectations. The nurturing environment, caring staff and strong communication make it an excellent choice for our son's early education.

Our child has been going to N Family club in Reading for a few months now and he has settled in nicely, thanks to the staff support and patience. He has learnt so much in just a short period of time and he enjoys spending time with his little friends. A special mention to Antoinette and Evie for
being so caring and kind, to Cat and all the management team for listening to us and guiding us through this journey. So far, it's been an incredibly positive experience!

N Family Club Reading is a fantastic nursery. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring, nurturing and stimulating environment for their child/ren. The staff are excellent, the catering is excellent, the facilities are excellent! My son has attended since it opened in October 2023
and we've been very happy with the care he's received.

All the team has been amazing with my daughter, especially Antoinette and Evie, I feel they really support her during her development, I can't ask for better.

Since joining last year, our experience at N Reading has been exceptional. From Cat's warm daily welcome to the attentive support of Rhys and Morven, the team creates a family-like atmosphere. Our child's key workers, show genuine care and insight, while the rooms are beautifully set up for play and
learning. Daily updates and the healthy menu reassure us, and the progress in our child's confidence and communication has been remarkable. Especially with all the milestone achievements in our child's development. Truly a home away from home.

My Son has been at N Family Reading since March now and he loves it. He comes home happy and he eats at nursery which is a miracle. His nursery educator is Emily and he's in love with her and the rest of the team Farah (who he calls flower) and Clarissa. Sending littles ones to nursery is so
stressful and gives you lots of anxiety but rest assured N will do what they can to make you feel comfortable with leaving your everything with them.
Also Cat is super helpful and always around to bring light and love. As are Moven and Rhys.

My son has been attending N since April and settled in incredibly quickly. The staff are wonderful-so attentive, caring, and genuinely invested in his wellbeing. He comes home happy every day, and we feel completely at ease knowing he's in such a nurturing environment. Highly recommend.
