We are extremely happy at Hampstead Baby Care! The staff is incredibly warm and caring, and our 2.5 year old son absolutely loves it there (he's been attending for a year now).

Sofia is a fantastic manager. You can tell she cares deeply about the nursery and the children and runs this place so well. We are so grateful and couldn't recommend them enough!

I have felt the communication and contact ability of nursery staff has been impeccable. I have never felt judged or pressured to fit to any sort of schedule. They have put my baby's needs first and have taken good care of me too as a first time mom. The nursery community of parents is also great and lively.

Our experience with Hampstead Baby care was amazing. Vicente was 9 months old when he joined this nursery, his development since then has been phenomenal thanks to all the nursery workers. They were all very caring & professional and Vicente was so happy to go there every day. A special thanks to Sofia, Mittal and Radia who have been crucial to Vicente's health, happiness and development.

I am so delighted with the care with which Hampstead Baby Care is run. The space is amazing, the staff are so dedicated and friendly, communication is fantastic, the food is top level too , it is so very well managed. Our son started when he was just 6 months old and stayed until he turned 2, when he moved on to a private school. The nursery provided such a warm, caring, and nurturing environment that he genuinely looked forward to going every day.

The staff created a place where he felt safe, happy, and supported, giving us real peace of mind as working parents. They played an important role in his early development and helped him build the confidence, independence, and social skills he needed.

We are having a fantastic experience with our son at Hampstead Babycare. The nursery manager is outstanding, and the staff are consistently diligent, caring, and supportive throughout his time there.

The facilities are among the best we've seen in the West Hampstead area - always clean, well-maintained, and conveniently all on one floor, which we really appreciate.

It is a testament to the care that Sofia and the lovely staff provide, that our daughter runs into nursery smiling every morning! She's brilliantly looked after by not only her key workers but the room staff, the menu is nutritious, and the activities are enriching. Communication between Sofia and parents is very good as well, both via the app, email, and in-person. We always felt heard by Sofia and the staff.

Our daughter attended Hampstead Baby Care from July 2025 - March 2026, in both the baby and toddler rooms. We are very sad to leave as we are moving country! My daughter will miss the staff and her friends at HBC very much.

Hampstead baby care is an amazing nursery .Sophia is amazing , very accommodating and listens to every concern and puts her heart into ensuring the children are comfortable and happy. The staff here are very nice and really accommodating to and makes me very happy and assured that my daughter is in good hands .

All of the staff are so warm and caring. Our daughter is so well cared for and we feel very confident leaving her. She's very happy there and seems to really enjoy her days. There is always plenty going on to keep them occupied and they go out to the playground twice a day. The manager and the deputy managers are very professional and very nice and it is managed very well. We are often sent photos of our daughter doing activities which is great. There is lots of interaction with parents and frequent social events. The nursery has a lovely atmosphere. It's a perfect size and has a great open plan design so everyone can see everything that's going on.

My daughter joined when she was 9 months old and today she is 18 months old, has made close friends and she is very attached to the key person who takes care of her.

Our son started at Hampstead Baby Care in January at about six months old. We have been delighted with the care he has received. He is clearly loved by the staff and is excited to go to nursery. He has made a lot of progress as an eater, nearly all of which is thanks to the nursery. He clearly stays busy and active with space and toys to explore. We would certainly recommend the Baby Room at Hampstead Baby Care to others.

Highly recommend Hampstead Baby Care. The staff are lovely, the kids always have a range of activities and get out and about. Most importantly, our daughter was very happy there. We had to leave as we are moving countries but would have loved to keep her there.

Communication with the nursery was excellent, keeping us informed and involved. Overall, Hampstead Baby Care exceeded our expectations, creating a loving and enriching environment for our son. We highly recommend them to any parents seeking a wonderful nursery experience.

We are really happy we found Hampstead Baby Care. Our daughter (2) has been going there for more than a year. We were amazed how quickly our daughter became comfortable with her carers and within her group. The atmosphere is lively and often times the kids get to enjoy live guitar music as well as time outdoors. The nursery has just the right size, not too big, not too small, so that kids can socialize and still feel well protected. We found the staff to be very warm, patient and attentive. At pickup time, we would also always be able to briefly speak about our daughter's day. The nursery is very well run and managed. The communication is excellent and there is also support for a phone app with all relevant information in one place. My wife and I can highly recommend this nursery.

I feel so lucky and privileged that our twin children had the opportunity to join Hampstead Baby Care. The staff is absolutely wonderful and passionate about raising curious and active minds and dedicate so much time and attention to prepare amazing activities, both inside and outside the nursery. We are always amazed by how many opportunities they have to learn about food, painting, culture, music and stories. Sometimes I think they might be having more fun at nursery than even at home! The dedication and attention of the staff to the individual needs of the children is also incredible and has truly made them feel part of the family for us, especially since we have no direct family in the area. I cannot imagine surviving toddlerhood without their help. Highly recommend!

We consider the nursery and the staff as an extended home and family and know that our children are in the best care possible. Taking care of them is no easy task as they constantly wind each other up, but I daresay that I feel more assured leaving them in the nursery than even with their grandparents! The staff know exactly how to love but assertively deal with the children and constantly give us ideas and feedback on how we together as a team can guide our children to a happy and balanced future! I just cannot recommend this nursery enough!
