This is a very special nursery. The team are patient, caring, and organised. Our daughter has had a brilliant time and is so excited to tell us about all the fun she had when she gets home.
Sofia, the owner, has created a family atmosphere and some thoughtful touches for the parents like a coffee
machine for the morning runs. The new space, which is linked to a big terrace, means the children can move in and out and enjoy lots of fresh air and different activities.
We are very grateful to the team for all their help and would fully recommend the nursery who could not have done more for us.

Our daughter attended the nursery from the age of 6 months until she was 2.5 years old and we moved to another neighbourhood. The care has been excellent, with many various activities and the communication with the manager and the staff has been remarkable too. We are very sad leaving Hampstead Baby
Care and we would highly recommend the nursery to any parent who is looking for a professional, attentive and loving environment for a child to grow ! Thank you Sofia and team !

Hampstead baby care is an amazing nursery .Sophia is amazing , very accommodating and listens to every concern and puts her heart into ensuring the children are comfortable and happy. The staff here are very nice and really accommodating to and makes me very happy and assured that my daughter is in

We are very happy we found Hampstead Baby Care and would highly recommend it. Our daughter is 17 months and has been going there for about 4 months. The settling in process was very gentle and meant she was nicely settled before she started properly.
All of the staff are so warm and caring. Our
daughter is so well cared for and we feel very confident leaving her. She's very happy there and seems to really enjoy her days. There is always plenty going on to keep them occupied and they go out to the playground twice a day. The manager and the deputy managers are very professional and very nice and it is managed very well. We are often sent photos of our daughter doing activities which is great. There is lots of interaction with parents and frequent social events. The nursery has a lovely atmosphere. It's a perfect size and has a great open plan design so everyone can see everything that's going on.

Staff of Hampstead Baby Care are so nice and attentive. They take care of children and teach them to be independent.
My daughter joined when she was 9 months old and today she is 18 months old, has made close friends and she is very attached to the key person who takes care of her.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at the Hampstead Baby Care Nursery. After moving to London from the States, the staff were incredibly warm and helpful in making our son feel right at home. He absolutely loves going there and we're thrilled and relieved with how seamless of a transition

Our son started at Hampstead Baby Care in January at about six months old. We have been delighted with the care he has received. He is clearly loved by the staff and is excited to go to nursery. He has made a lot of progress as an eater, nearly all of which is thanks to the nursery. He clearly stays
busy and active with space and toys to explore. We would certainly recommend the Baby Room at Hampstead Baby Care to others.

Highly recommend Hampstead Baby Care. The staff are lovely, the kids always have a range of activities and get out and about. Most importantly, our daughter was very happy there. We had to leave as we are moving countries but would have loved to keep her there.

Our son attended Hampstead Baby Care for six months, and it was an amazing experience. The staff are incredibly warm and caring, always attentive to each child's unique needs. Our son quickly formed strong bonds with his caregivers, giving us great peace of mind.
The facilities are clean, safe, and
filled with engaging toys and learning materials. The outdoor activities are fantastic.
Communication with the nursery was excellent, keeping us informed and involved. Overall, Hampstead Baby Care exceeded our expectations, creating a loving and enriching environment for our son. We highly recommend them to any parents seeking a wonderful nursery experience.

We are really happy we found Hampstead Baby Care. Our daughter (2) has been going there for more than a year. We were amazed how quickly our daughter became comfortable with her carers and within her group. The atmosphere is lively and often times the kids get to enjoy live guitar music as well as
time outdoors. The nursery has just the right size, not too big, not too small, so that kids can socialize and still feel well protected. We found the staff to be very warm, patient and attentive. At pickup time, we would also always be able to briefly speak about our daughter's day. The nursery is very well run and managed. The communication is excellent and there is also support for a phone app with all relevant information in one place. My wife and I can highly recommend this nursery.

I feel so lucky and privileged that our twin children had the opportunity to join Hampstead Baby Care. The staff is absolutely wonderful and passionate about raising curious and active minds and dedicate so much time and attention to prepare amazing activities, both inside and outside the nursery.
We are always amazed by how many opportunities they have to learn about food, painting, culture, music and stories. Sometimes I think they might be having more fun at nursery than even at home! The dedication and attention of the staff to the individual needs of the children is also incredible and has truly made them feel part of the family for us, especially since we have no direct family in the area. I cannot imagine surviving toddlerhood without their help. Highly recommend!

I have twins attending the nursery since the age of seven months.
We consider the nursery and the staff as an extended home and family and know that our children are in the best care possible. Taking care of them is no easy task as they constantly wind each other up, but I daresay that I feel more
assured leaving them in the nursery than even with their grandparents! The staff know exactly how to love but assertively deal with the children and constantly give us ideas and feedback on how we together as a team can guide our children to a happy and balanced future! I just cannot recommend this nursery enough!

This nursery was highly recommended and we had to wait on a waiting list to get a place and I can really see why! It is really one of a kind (I saw 15 nurseries in the area before choosing Hampstead Baby Care). I have not come across another nursery that feels like a loving home away from home. I
love how cosy, bright and clean the space is. I could see straight away how happy the children were and how attentive, loving and caring all the staff are. I spent quite a few days there with my son during our settling-in period and could observe how content and genuinely cared for the children feel there. It is such a homely environment. The children go on two daily walks, do different activities, my son loves the food there. The staff have genuine smiles on their faces and the owner of the nursery is very friendly and is always there talking to parents and cares deeply about the nursery. We feel very lucky that we got a place here!

Cannot recommend Hampstead Baby Care enough, my daughter has been attending since she was 9 months and loves it. The staff are all so lovely and helpful. I love getting the photo updates and hearing about what she’s been getting up to during her day. Great food options (she eats better than me!) and

I highly recommend Hampstead Baby Care. My son (3) has been going there since he was 9 months old, and my daughter (1) recently joined too.
Their staff are like an extended family to our children. Their warmth, patience, and genuine love are evident. They take the time to get to know each child
individually, catering to their unique needs and personalities.
Despite the lack of outdoor space, they make up for it with frequent walks and park outings.
The children are constantly stimulated and encouraged to explore the world around them through sensory activities, arts, and crafts.
Communication is excellent, providing us with daily updates and peace of mind. Overall, I highly recommend this nursery!

I feel incredibly lucky to have found this nursery. After having a terrible experience with another nursery that's part of a big chain, I was desperately searching for a nurturing and caring environment and this is exactly what Hampstead Baby Care is. The communication is excellent, the
owner/manager is very hands-on and attentive and above all my baby is so loved by all the wonderful staff, he is thriving.
Hampstead Baby Care continues to amaze me with all the things they do for the kids. My son enjoys the daily trips to different local areas and the Spanish music lessons. When I recently collected my son, the staff and children were having a party and dancing to music. They also regularly hold events for parents to come in and participate with children.
I strongly urge you to visit Hampstead Baby Care and see for yourself how content and happy the children are. The manager has a keen interest in the welfare and development of kids and runs Hampstead Baby Care incredibly well which explains why the staff turnover is so low.

Our son has been at Hampstead Baby Care for the past two years, and we couldn’t be happier with the nursery, the staff, the curriculum and the setting. They genuinely care about our child, and we receive constant feedback and updates, which is very reassuring. They organise various activities,
including regular daily outings to the park (usually twice a day), music class, a host of creative educational activities and celebrate a wide range of cultural events. The staff are very friendly and attentive and care deeply for the children.

We love Hampstead Baby Care and all of the staff. My daughter joined Hampstead Baby Care when she was 22 months old, as her first nursery. In the beginning, she didn’t understand English and cried at drop-off every morning, but they cared for her patiently and lovingly. They learned her native
language and played such rhymes so that she felt calm. I was touched by their kindness. Thoughtful manager and staff create family-friendly atmosphere which helps us feel relaxed. Now she loves Hampstead Baby Care and her English is improving day by day. Via a great app, we can see how she enjoys various activities by many photos and comments. If you have any questions or concerns, you can communicate with staff quickly. I cannot recommend Hampstead Baby Care highly enough. Thank you very much!

My 24-month-old son started here in May 2023 when he was just under 18 months old.
We initially had to place him at another nursery close by (well-known chain) whilst we waited for a place to become available at Hampstead Baby Care.
It is immeasurable how much happier and more rounded he is at
Hampstead Baby Care. He enjoys going to nursery, never a tear and quite happily runs in when we drop him off.
The staff here are so very attentive, warm and caring, I think this makes such a difference to his confidence. He is also a very outdoorsy boy and the nursery takes them out for a very good length of time everyday. His meals are balanced and they’ve always encouraged him to be independent and hit or surpass his milestones but also offer support to us if he is taking his time with certain things.
I’ve been so happy with Hampstead Baby Care that I’ve elected to keep him here instead of sending him as planned to an independent nursery school!
