I strongly urge you to visit Hampstead Baby Care and see for yourself how content and happy the children are. The manager has a keen interest in the welfare and development of kids and runs Hampstead Baby Care incredibly well which explains why the staff turnover is so low.

Our son has been at Hampstead Baby Care for the past two years, and we couldn’t be happier with the nursery, the staff, the curriculum and the setting. They genuinely care about our child, and we receive constant feedback and updates, which is very reassuring. They organise various activities, including regular daily outings to the park (usually twice a day), music class, a host of creative educational activities and celebrate a wide range of cultural events. The staff are very friendly and attentive and care deeply for the children.

Fantastic nursery, led by an experienced manager and amazing staff. Our son has been attending since he was one (almost 3 now), and we’re extremely happy with our choice. They provide a child-focused and enriching learning environment, lots of activities and tips for parents as well all brought together by a motivated, friendly, and attentive staff. Our son is excited to go every single day.

We love Hampstead Baby Care and all of the staff. My daughter joined Hampstead Baby Care when she was 22 months old, as her first nursery. In the beginning, she didn’t understand English and cried at drop-off every morning, but they cared for her patiently and lovingly. They learned her native language and played such rhymes so that she felt calm. I was touched by their kindness. Thoughtful manager and staff create family-friendly atmosphere which helps us feel relaxed. Now she loves Hampstead Baby Care and her English is improving day by day. Via a great app, we can see how she enjoys various activities by many photos and comments. If you have any questions or concerns, you can communicate with staff quickly. We have sent our two sons to Hampstead Baby Care and couldn't recommend the nursery highly enough. The staff are so kind and supportive of the children and take such a keen interest in them as individuals. The children go on outings each day and they do such fun and interesting activities. The food is great and varied and the space is very welcoming. The boys are so happy there, it's a really lovely nursery!

I couldn’t have asked for a nicer, more nurturing environment for her. The staff are caring and kind, and have been reassuring from the first day. We find the small setting means individual care, personalised to each child. We know that she is safe, happy and well taken care of. We are kept well informed by management and look forward to seeing our daughter progress through their approach to learning.

We couldn’t be happier with the nursery. We sent our first son there just after it had opened and before any Ofsted inspections. We couldn’t have been happier, with very attentive caring and friendly staff, excellent food and outings to the local park. Our younger son has now also joined. 10/10.

My 3-year-old has been attending for over 2 years and my 1-year-old has recently started at the nursery and we could not recommend it enough! The management and staff are wonderful - so friendly and caring, and my daughter loves attending. There is no outside space but, with our permission, the children are taken on walks, to the playground, to the shops, library, and on the bus, at least once a day. There are regular events for Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, Halloween, Christmas etc, which are a great chance to meet other parents and get to know the staff. My daughter is confident, social and has great communication skills and I believe that the nursery has played a significant role in her development, and I am excited for my son to experience the same.

Hampstead Baby Care is possibly the best nursery in Camden. The staff is attentive and deeply cares about every single child. They always organise activities and days out to make them learn and explore. Their manager is always present and extremely supportive. I could not dream of a better nursery for my son. He absolutely loves going to nursery every single day!

We highly recommend Hampstead Baby Care. Our son attended the nursery from 10 months old for about one and a half years, and he was well taken care of from the start, with the setting adapting well as he grew older. Foremost, the staff are caring and attentive, and our son formed good bonds with them - it was sad to move on. The children go on outings to the park every day and the nursery organises various regular activities, including musical classes, storytime, and art. They also have a great app which facilitates messages, updates, observations, and photos, and gave us considerable reassurance, particularly when our son was very young. We are so pleased about how our son developed during his time at Hampstead Baby Care.

My daughter was at Hampstead Baby Care from July 2022 to September 2023. We had the most wonderful experience and were very sad to leave when she moved on to a new school. From the start, our daughter was so well cared for and we knew she was in the very best hands. The settling-in process was fantastic, we settled in over three weeks so by the time my daughter started (she had just turned one), she wasn’t crying at drop-offs which were so helpful for me when I had my first day back at work! The nursery is also very thoughtful in all the activities, and my daughter learned so much during her time there. They keep parents updated on what is happening and are also very accommodating to the child’s routine. They take the children to the park every day and also arrange special events for the parents to join the kids at nursery - e.g. a Christmas party. Overall I couldn’t recommend Hampstead Baby Care highly enough! Also, a big thanks to the team for everything they did for us in the last year.
