Hampstead Baby Care Nursery provides a great environment for my toddler to learn and play. He’s always happy and smiling when he attends and the staff are very professional and caring. It’s also very nice to hear everyone say hi when my son is dropped off, and goodbye to him when it’s time to go home.
On a few occasions when he has had a slight cough, temperature or feeling unwell, the staff have monitored him to ensure it’s nothing serious. The experience and judgement of the staff are notable (and very appreciated) as on each occasion they have advised that ‘Medicine will likely help’, so they administer it and sure enough, he’s bounced back fine each time, saving us a panic and having to rush back to pick him up during work.
I am very happy with the care and attention my son is given.

Carers are great. Have had both my kids there for about two years now and they love it.
Constant walks to the nearby playground are a favourite and fill in greatly for the need for contact with the outside world.

My daughter has been with Hampstead baby care since last June and we are very happy with the nursery. The manager and all the stalls are caring and helpful.
My daughter loves it there and she made wonderful friends.

Our 18-month-old son joined Hampstead Baby Care 6 months ago and is absolutely loving his time there. He always enters the nursery with a smile and has been learning loads since joining. The staff is lovely and we trust them completely.

Have sent my son here for 6 months now after a really bad experience elsewhere. It’s been such a fantastic experience. The staff are so caring and my son loves going. We get regular updates and he gets a lot of time to get out as well.

We have sent our two sons to Hampstead Baby Care and couldn't recommend the nursery highly enough. The staff are so kind and supportive of the children and take such a keen interest in them as individuals. The children go on outings each day and they do such fun and interesting activities. The food
is great and varied and the space is very welcoming. The boys are so happy there, it's a really lovely nursery!

My daughter has just started at Hampstead Baby Care Nursery.
I couldn’t have asked for a nicer, more nurturing environment for her. The staff are caring and kind, and have been reassuring from the first day. We find the small setting means individual care, personalised to each child. We know that
she is safe, happy and well taken care of. We are kept well informed by management and look forward to seeing our daughter progress through their approach to learning.

We couldn’t be happier with the nursery. We sent our first son there just after it had opened and before any Ofsted inspections. We couldn’t have been happier, with very attentive caring and friendly staff, excellent food and outings to the local park. Our younger son has now also joined. 10/10.

My 3-year-old has been attending for over 2 years and my 1-year-old has recently started at the nursery and we could not recommend it enough! The management and staff are wonderful - so friendly and caring, and my daughter loves attending. There is no outside space but, with our permission, the children
are taken on walks, to the playground, to the shops, library, and on the bus, at least once a day. There are regular events for Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, Halloween, Christmas etc, which are a great chance to meet other parents and get to know the staff. My daughter is confident, social and has great communication skills and I believe that the nursery has played a significant role in her development, and I am excited for my son to experience the same.

Hampstead Baby Care is possibly the best nursery in Camden. The staff is attentive and deeply cares about every single child. They always organise activities and days out to make them learn and explore. Their manager is always present and extremely supportive. I could not dream of a better nursery for

We highly recommend Hampstead Baby Care. Our son attended the nursery from 10 months old for about one and a half years, and he was well taken care of from the start, with the setting adapting well as he grew older. Foremost, the staff are caring and attentive, and our son formed good bonds with them
- it was sad to move on. The children go on outings to the park every day and the nursery organises various regular activities, including musical classes, storytime, and art. They also have a great app which facilitates messages, updates, observations, and photos, and gave us considerable reassurance, particularly when our son was very young. We are so pleased about how our son developed during his time at Hampstead Baby Care.

My daughter was at Hampstead Baby Care from July 2022 to September 2023. We had the most wonderful experience and were very sad to leave when she moved on to a new school. From the start, our daughter was so well cared for and we knew she was in the very best hands. The settling-in process was fantastic,
we settled in over three weeks so by the time my daughter started (she had just turned one), she wasn’t crying at drop-offs which were so helpful for me when I had my first day back at work! The nursery is also very thoughtful in all the activities, and my daughter learned so much during her time there. They keep parents updated on what is happening and are also very accommodating to the child’s routine. They take the children to the park every day and also arrange special events for the parents to join the kids at nursery - e.g. a Christmas party. Overall I couldn’t recommend Hampstead Baby Care highly enough! Also, a big thanks to the team for everything they did for us in the last year.

We are incredibly lucky to have Hampstead Baby Care looking after our daughter who joined at 9 months old and is now 29 months old. They were extremely patient with the settling-in phase which was really reassuring for parents. The nursery is led by a thoughtful and capable founder/manager with a team
of caring and supportive staff. They really take the time to understand every child’s needs and personality.
The days are fun-packed with activities such as games, story time, nursery rhymes, and outings to parks and supermarkets. Our daughter loves the Spanish teacher who sings and dances with her guitar. Parents have also been invited to mealtimes and celebrate special occasions such as Mother's Day and Christmas. Hampstead Baby Care are excellent at updating us with lovely photos and videos. They write personalised progress reports and give us tips on how to help our children at home.
It's heartwarming to see the children happy there. We would strongly recommend Hampstead Baby Care!

Hampstead Baby Care has been an amazing space for us. My daughter started when she was 1 and stayed there for 2 years. The caring staff demonstrated a great ability to deal with her from day one, providing me with advice to encourage her development and autonomy. She loved going to the nursery, her
teachers, friends, and learn many many things there. The owner keeps the parents informed all the time and helps us navigate the challenges of parenthood sharing materials (articles, links) and even organising talks with experts in different fields. While the nursery doesn’t have an outside space, they go out twice a day, which gives them the opportunity to explore the area (playgrounds and shops).

My daughter attended Hampstead Baby Care for 1 year, it was her first nursery (she started at 11 month old). She had the absolute best year there and was so happy to go there every morning to spend the day with the amazing team and her friends. We knew she was very well looked after - all the team is
genuinely caring for the children and always understanding and supportive to the parents.
We received regular updates and photos of the activities and plays she was being part of (the nursery is offering a lot of different educational activities, messy plays, outdoor time, and art sessions! She loved it). We were also invited (the parents and family/friends) to lovely gatherings for special events during the year - it was great to get to know the other parents and for the children to spend quality time all together. I cannot recommend Hampstead Baby Care enough - we moved out of the area so had to change nursery but we will always keep very fond memories of it. Thank you again!

I was lucky to get a spot for my son in Feb 22 at Hampstead Baby Care. When we visited the nursery, I felt a sense of comfort- the staff seemed nurturing. Made me feel like my 7-month-old would be well taken care of. He is 2 now and it’s hard to express what the nursery means for our family. The staff
pays attention to individual needs from food requirements to sleep schedules; they work closely with parents to customize needs. Food is excellent and caters to dietary requirements. Parents can track their child’s daily routine on an app. The children spend time outdoors, learn social and fine motor skills through planned activities and have Spanish singing. The staff send pictures/ updates on app. My son is happy during drop off. He is talking non-stop now and thriving developmentally. A special mention for his carer whom he adores and for the manager who runs the nursery impeccably and provides support for both parents and staff. I can confidently say that they are his extended family.

My son attended Hampstead Baby Care for just over a year, only to leave because we moved abroad. For a nervous new parent and an active little one we could not have wished for anything better. All of the staff were so caring, affectionate, and professional. They arranged lots of stimulating activities,
including messy play, cooking, Spanish song classes, and hatching chick eggs. And outdoor time every day. Best part was though how caring all of the staff were, it was obvious they really cared for the children (eg I heard some saying to my son I love you and they meant it) and it was so heartwarming to see. My son loved going to the nursery. We also got great advice on education and when we started expecting our second child, the nursery was incredibly supportive and flexible with us. We feel so grateful and couldn't have been happier with our decision.

    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 35 number of registered child places is 7, which has been reached with 32 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
