The Little Academy is a truly wonderful nursery. The staff are brilliant - so caring, friendly and thoughtful. From day one I have been so impressed by the high level of care the staff have at The Little Academy, how they take time to build strong relationships with the children and support them physically, emotionally and with all aspects of their learning. The environment is very nurturing and my son has truly thrived. My son especially enjoyed the extra activities such as a visit from the fire brigade and farm. The nursery is run very effectively and the management team are always engaged and approachable. My son had issues with his hearing and the staff at the nursery were very helpful in making sure he received the support he needed. My son will soon be leaving the nursery to start school and I am so thankful for how the team at The Little Academy have looked after him with such care, supported him and prepared him so well for school. We have loved seeing his confidence grow and watching him enjoy all the experiences and activities we provide, from our wonderful visitors to the everyday adventures he has shared with his friends and teachers. My son has been with Little Academy since he was a year old and has settled into nursery life very well. At drop off and pick up, walking through the nursery any staff member we meet says hello to my son and calls him by name which I think is lovely and welcoming. My son loves all the activities and playing in the garden. I feel I am kept up to date about what he gets up to through the app and at pick up. He is a fussy eater and the toddler room are really supporting him trying new things and offering different textures for him to explore. All staff are friendly and very approachable. The theme days and extra activities are really well organised and thought out. For example recently Mother's Day stay and play, chicks hatching in reception and an Easter party for everyone to attend. I'm really grateful to everyone at little academy for making my son so welcome and putting my mind at ease. Dropping him off knowing he's going to have a fun day is so reassuring.

My son is now 3 and has been attending the nursery since he was 1, and I couldn't be happier with the care he receives. The staff genuinely care about him and have created such a nurturing, supportive environment. It took him a little while to settle in at the beginning, but the team were incredibly patient and reassuring, helping him feel comfortable and confident.
He has learned so much during his time there and is truly thriving. They potty trained him wonderfully, and I'm so grateful for the guidance and consistency they provided throughout the process. He enjoys going every day, which says everything about how positive his experience has been.

Excellent child focused nursery. My little one struggles with eating and they are so good with telling me which meals he eats lots of and which ones he doesn't. They also helped with his potty training and always communicate how things are going during the day.

We completely understand your concern, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. The items your daughter noticed are part of a recent clean-up and maintenance of our outdoor play area. Some older or damaged equipment has been temporarily placed there while we arrange for proper disposal or recycling.Please be assured that we are mindful of the environment the children see and interact with, even beyond the nursery grounds. We're currently working to have that space cleared as soon as possible to keep everything looking tidy and safe.Thank you once again for your support.
