I cannot praise this nursery enough. All the staff, including the manager, have given my grandson so much joy and confidence that he will take with him to "big school". They are all so patient and clearly love what they do. Thank you for looking after him - I know he will miss you all

I always feel my child is well looked after at Chestnut. The staff really keep on top of the children's development and we get a report of our child's progress. They are continually setting up new activities and have a book of the month that they base activities around too. Meals seem to be of good quality and variety. My child has just had the graduation ceremony at Chestnut and they really made a fuss of the children which was very sweet. They seem to genuinely care about the children and I know my child has a good relationship with all of the workers at Chestnut.

The best choice to send out little girl to chestnut nursery . The staff are so polite and really do seems to care about all children, my daughter has gone since she was 7 months old and has really come out of her shell and has such bubbly personality. The handovers are lovely and detailed and the acactivies I see in pictures look lovely. I cannot extend the professionalism that all staff bring to the table.

Excellent nursery, friendly and welcoming staff, and an inspiring setting for littles to grow and learn. Our little girl has been attending for 3 years now and has loved her time there, she'll definitely miss it when she moves on to big school! Would highly recommend

Chestnut Nursery is an extremely friendly nursery, they do their utmost to comfort your child at drop offs when they are difficult and you never feel rushed. They will update you and always happy to take a call to give you progress of the day. They have some very lovely play areas to explore. All in all a very lovely nursery

After moving our daughter from a bigger nursery setting last year, she settled into Chestnut almost immediately. I was really worried moving her away from her friends and at 3 years old I thought it would have been challenging for her, but honestly it was the best decision we made. Our daughter has really thrived at Chestnut and that is down to the caring and amazing staff. I was so impressed with the additional activities they do with the children such as baking which bigger nurseries can't accommodate. My son now attends the nursery also in the baby room, and he settled in very quickly and now loves it as much as my daughter. He always walks away with a beaming smile and I feel very confident when both my children are in the nurseries care. Recently the nursery also hosted a family social Bingo night which was a lovely opportunity to see your child with their friends within the nursery setting. Chestnut is just brilliant, thank you to the manager and your amazing Team.

Staff are always responsive and understanding. They seem to genuinely care about the children. There are other nurseries with better onsite facilities eg larger outdoor space however it's more important for me to feel comfortable with the people caring for my children which they do.

The best decision we made was sending our little girl to Chestnut nursery, she absolutely adores all the staff and has developed leaps and bounds! Could not recommend enough, the loveliest staff who she truly loves spending the day with! :)

My Son has been going to this nursery for the last year, since he was 9 months old. All I can say is how great it is. The staff are excellent, he absolutely loves going in. They keep you up to date with what is going on and are clearly helping him develop onto a fine young man. All I can say is thank you.

Having recently moved our little one to chestnut, like with any new transition we were worried, but we are so pleased with how things have gone. Our little one is enjoying nursery and we love seeing the progress updates, how mealtimes go and naps. Drop offs and pick ups are simple, plenty of parking and always nice to see a little smile walking up to you at the door each day! Overall, we are very happy, the team are great and thank you for all you do.

Our child attended from 18 months until starting primary school. We would highly recommend Chestnuts Taverham. The play areas are lovely, the food is varied and healthy and the staff are amazing. Our child loved going there and was sad to leave, lots of moist eyes at the thoughtful graduation ceremony the staff held.

When my daughter started at the nursery she was sometimes a little hesitant in going in but as time went on these feelings soon vanished. The staff were always very calm and friendly, either in the mornings or in the afternoons on pickups.

This nursery is absolutely amazing, the staff are kind, considerate, and passionate and my son has come on leaps and bounds since starting here. I can't thank them enough for all the support and kindness they've shown my son and my family.

Our son had an absolutely fantastic experience whilst attending Chestnut Nursery @Taverham. He was always so happy and settled, which was very reassuring for us, and spoke so highly of all the staff members, both in his room, and the rest of the team. The nursery always strives to create a fun and inviting place to go, especially with the recent additions of a role play and Pizzeria mud kitchen! A big thank you to the Management team, room staff, and kitchen staff for such a fab experience and we will miss coming.

My daughter started attending this nursery in September 2023 and the whole process has been great. From the initial introduction sessions to now where she is fully settled and loving every moment! My daughters speaks so highly of the staff and has made lots of friends. She leaves nursery so calm and content which is lovely.

My daughter (my first child) started at the baby unit at seven and a half months old and was the youngest one there at the time. Being a new mum I was super anxious about the whole process, but the staff are absolutely incredible, they made me feel so comfortable and are all genuine, caring people who have your child's best interests at heart. My daughter has been going there for 8 months now and I don't have one negative thing to say. They do really creative, interactive activities that help your child develop their skills and I love that they upload snapshots so you can see whilst at work. They consistently follow procedures (e.g. paperwork for acute medicines) which makes me feel safe as the parent. It is very clear my daughter loves this nursery and all the staff there and it has been a pleasure watching her grow and develop in such a positive environment.

Absolutely lovely nursery. All staff are friendly, regular communications are received. If you do have any issues or need to contact, a quick response is always received. I feel our child has developed amazingly in their care. Great support during potty training.

The Chestnut staff are kind, caring and take the time to really get to know the children. Our child is so happy there, she comes home bubbling with stories about the fun things she's been doing and has got a strong, positive relationship with her key worker. We are kept fully informed about her well-being and have complete confidence in leaving her in their care.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My daughter is very happy there. All the staff are so friendly and caring and go above and beyond for all the children. They really know each child so well and it's lovely to see how happy my daughter is to go in with each member of staff. They have really helped with her toilet training too, being very patient and encouraging towards her. Couldn't ask for a better nursery for my daughter.

Chestnut Nursery are incredible. The staff are all incredibly welcoming and nurturing. They supported us with the transition wonderfully and we couldn’t have been happier. My child absolutely loved going to nursery and we will be eternally grateful for their kindness and support. My child has learnt so many incredible skills from his time at chestnut and their food is nutritious and wholesome. My child has created some wonderful memories and friends that will last him a life time. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough, they will support you with compassion and understanding every step of the way. Thank you for everything Chestnut Team!
