Chestnut Nursery Schools @ Taverham

So brilliant.

I would definitely recommend Chestnut Nursery School @ Taverham. Staff are lovely and children are learning a lot. Since my son has attended, we’ve noticed lots of improvement. We are very happy with the nursery.

My child enjoys his time at the nursery very much. He talks about all of the staff with compassion, especially his key worker. He is offered a variety of activities to do. All the staff are very helpful, they listen to any concerns you may have.

My daughter started very recently at the nursery and enjoyed it straight away. She now wants to go every day. The staff are friendly and welcoming, showing a genuine interest in my child. Although it's very early days, a really good first impression. Great settling in process. My daughter in the past has taken a long time to enjoy childcare settings, she hasn't cried a tear or shown any reluctance at this nursery. She is happy there and really wants to go.

My daughter started her adventure with Chestnut Nursery School @ Taverham in January 2021 and she loves this place, loves all the ladies who work there. Everybody is helpful and so kind. If there is any concern I am contacted by the manager straight away. The parentzone is a brilliant idea so the communication between parents and teachers is clear and on a high level. I highly recommend this place as within a couple of weeks my child started to be more creative, communicative and open.

Since he’s started Chestnut Nursery not once has he cried; it’s been the complete opposite, and he’s been super excited to go, he loves his new school is what he says to us. He’s become a new boy. We’ve only been going for around about a month, but it’s been so lovely and the staff are brilliant. The manager has been very accommodating. Highly recommend this nursery. Thank you guys so much.

My child has attended this nursery for a long time and thoroughly enjoys it. He always looks forward to going and is happy on collection. The staff are friendly and are happy to answer questions or queries. The premises are quite small but I preferred that option. They have a lovely refurbished outside area. I like that they have routines and boundaries, and as far as I am aware the staff interact with the children a lot through play or storytime. They eat a variety of food which has helped my child try new things. I would recommend this nursery.

I have been very impressed with the nursery since it's been taken over. Chestnut has invested a lot of money on all aspects of the nursery. The outside space is great for little ones, and inside is well equipped. Kids seem very happy, and the staff are very friendly.

My granddaughter has been attending Chestnut Taverham for the past few months and has flourished since starting there. You can tell she really enjoys her days at the nursery, and also enjoys being around all of the ladies that work there too. It’s a lovely little nursery with a fabulous outside area. A real gem!

We have been really pleased with this nursery so far. Our little girl has been attending since lockdown restrictions eased, and settled in instantly. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming and can tell our daughter really enjoys being there. The outdoor area is great, as are the rooms inside, with lots of different toys and activities for the children to fill their days. The updates on the app are really good, and the variety of food offered is brilliant. Thank you Chestnut Taverham!

I can't recommend this nursery enough, including the great staff from there. My little girl made a huge improvement in her development after she started going to the Chestnut Nursery, Taverham. Even in her free days, she is bringing her shoes to me to get her ready for the Nursery and she is crying most of the times when I'm going to pick her up. We are lucky, is all I can say.

What a wonderful nursery. We have just completed our first week of settling in and we are excited and happy about our what lies ahead. Such friendly and caring staff who offer such a personalised experience for your children. Our little girl has had attention and love from the minute we arrived to when we pick her up at the door. Even with the restrictions due to COVID, we have been able to have a settling in experience which has been phased and at the right level for our little one. The environment is calming and the children are clearly happy. The rooms are bright and clean and the toys and resources are plentiful and growing all the time. It’s been a pleasure to meet the welcoming staff who take the time to say hello and introduce themselves. Our little girl has had her normal routine each time but most importantly, she has had new experiences and opportunities. Long may this continue. I highly recommend this lovely nursery.

Chestnut Taverham is such a warm and welcoming place. My daughter joined 18 months ago and she absolutely loves it there. She literally skips in and skips out every time. The staff are really experienced and friendly and management are kind fair and efficient. I would and have recommended this nursery to anyone.

My son started here in January and was very reluctant to leave me, to begin with. The staff were so patient and kind with him that he soon settled and even when he was a little bit wobbly, they would comfort him so well he soon gained the confidence to say goodbye without any distress. Since re-opening after lockdown, the staff have again made us both feel very comfortable and now he wanders in without hardly a look back. He comes home in such a good mood and loves telling us about all the things he's done that day and all the friends he's played with. I fully trust all the staff and if ever there is an issue (he's very clumsy and often falls over), they will contact us immediately just to let us know. He's tried food he wouldn't even consider at home and has grown into the most confident little boy thanks to all the socialising and activities he does. I would have no hesitation recommending this nursery to anyone and if I have any more children they will definitely be attending here.

My son has been at Chestnut Taverham for almost a year and in that time we have grown extremely fond of the nursery and its staff. Time was taken to ensure my son was settled and they took the time to understand his likes, dislikes etc. They have a web portal where they post daily updates about food intake, activities etc. They take time to tailor activities to the child's abilities and interests. My son has thoroughly enjoyed his time at this Nursery and I know the staff have given him the best care where I could not. They are all friendly and approachable and I would highly recommend this nursery for anyone considering it.

A really positive experience at Chestnut nursery in Taverham. The environment created, both inside and out is fantastic and clean. The staff are all wonderful, very friendly and approachable. Any queries are quickly and helpfully resolved and communication is really reliable too. We receive regular updates on everything the children are doing, I would highly recommend this nursery.
