N Jewellery Quarter is conveniently located within Birmingham’s business districts and residential quarters, and is just a 15-minute walk from Birmingham New Street station. Set in a beautiful period building, the nursery was sensitively refurbished in 2022. The space is packed full of features, including huge play rooms, a dedicated pre-school floor, a specialist art room and a family lending library. The large garden space is perfect to explore during regular Forest School-inspired sessions. There is a parents’ breakfast area, a buggy park for those travelling on foot, and a large car park to help make early morning drop offs and after-work pick-ups that little bit easier.

N Family Club know that food is crucial to the development of children, so all meals are prepared fresh on-site and have been designed with the help of the former Head of Nutrition at Jamie Oliver. Parents can also check out The Family Hub: an online platform full of parenting advice as well as favourite N recipes for you to try out at home.

Dedicated to rethinking early years education, N Family Club have developed their own progressive curriculum, building upon the EYFS framework, which has been designed to be bespoke to each child, their needs and interests, and serves to prepare children for life in the modern world. A great nursery for kids! You can easily tell that the staff cares for the children. The facilities and the overall environment is great for their development. The nursery also organises events where parents are invited which gives families a great opportunity to connect and feel a sense of community.

We moved from abroad to Birmingham about 4 months ago. When we first came, we were very worried about our son's adaptation process due to did not speak English at all. However, the N Family team helped us get through this process very well as a result of their excellent approach. We have very well observed
the positive change in our son day by day. He did not feel like a foreigner, even though he had trouble communicating, especially since he never knew the language. Eventually, we were also happy to see that he started to communicate in English after four months. We are very pleased with the importance of N Family attaches to communication with parents. It's great that they use technology to communicate with us. We never look back after we drop our son off at the nursery. We know that he is safe there and has a very good team to watch over him.

The staff are very attentive and although there are lots of them, they all take on board your feedback at the collection and drop off, such as about any lost items or new skills you would like them to practise with baby eg using the Walker, trying new techniques for getting them to nap or eating techniques.


The

use of the app for photos is absolutely excellent for timely updates throughout the day, as well as the detail about nappies, milk/food and naps. A particularly great Interactive room and outdoor play area, which not many places have especially in the city centre. My child started here in January at 8 months old and she is all smiles with the various ladies who answer the door each morning. A lovely place.

My son attends Bright Minds Daycare when he was 1 year old then because of Covid so he had to stay at home for 1 year then now we are in again. We can't find any better nursery around the city centre, Bright Minds Daycare has very good facilities, a lot of spaces for kids to play, the generous room
and the lovely teachers and staff. All activities are posted in the app every day so the parent can be easier to see what are their children doing at the nursery. They have their own kitchen with various foods so the kids can enjoy lovely meals with all nutrition. They also have a performance room and sensory room to discover. My son from when he attend the nursery, he has been learning more skills, feel more confident and be easier to play with other kids.
I would like to say to the Bright Minds Daycare management team, teachers and staff, they are doing a really good job.

Bright Minds has really been a second home to my child, I always feel informed and know exactly what she’s doing and how she’s getting on during the day! She’s always busy doing all sorts of activities, abs having fun and interacting physically, emotionally and mentally.
I feel like my child is safe
when I’m not around and know that they treat her with the utmost respect and care!

Is a fantastic nursery. My little daughter loved it from day1. The staff is amazing and really helpful. They are taking time, whenever my daughter goes in, to give some feedback. The activities are excellent and my little loves all of them. My wife and I are feeling very comfortable leaving our daughter

BRIGHT MINDS JEWELLERY QUARTER is Amazing! All the staff are TOP TOP and so caring. I love how they give you all the updates with the activities they have done throughout the day and their approach to learning The facilities are also incredible and so well looked after. My son is loving his time
here. For me it was so important to leave him with someone/somewhere we could trust and this nursery and all the staff has definitely surpassed my expectations. I could not be any happier and neither could he. I 100% Recommend them.

I liked this nursery since I saw it for the first time. The staff are very communicative and very professional, they treat the children’s and parents very warmly. The place is very clean, tidy and very secured. My daughter loved it since day one and I was very surprised because usually she doesn’t stay
without me but she was settled very quickly. I would highly recommend this place.

My family is a new immigrant and came to the UK at the end of March for the education of the children. My daughter was very happy to enrol in kindergarten. Since my daughter’s mother tongue is not English, I was worried at the beginning that she would not be comfortable, and the teacher took good care
of her. She, after 3 months, no longer needs to wear diapers, and can already use English to talk to her classmates and teachers in school. She has also made a lot of friends at school. I am very grateful for the teacher's patient guidance to her.

I cannot express anything but a big thank you to all members of staff for the way my daughter has been receiving support and help at the nursery.
My daughter has been attending the nursery for a few months and I must say it was not easy for her in the beginning. And only with the Nursery Manager’s
professional attitude and the preschool practitioners’ kind support, my daughter has settled easily.
As parents, we are updated throughout the day on how our daughter is spending her day at the nursery via Famly application with providing photos and detailed descriptions.
Activities are always organised with lots of fun and creativity. In addition, children are also engaged in ballet, yoga, Italian classes, and baking pizza, birthday cakes, cupcakes activities.
I am so glad we have chosen Bright Minds Daycare Jewellery Quarter for our daughter.

Extremely friendly and responsive staff. Our never-ending questions are always answered. The concerned teacher in charge of my children provides a daily snapshot of how the children were throughout the day.

My baby was only seven months when he began attending, I was super nervous given how the world is at the moment but I can honestly say I feel more than comfortable with my baby being at nursery. He is learning and having fun daily. His routine has stayed the same as they work around him. Every staff
member I have met have been warm and friendly. The setting is beautifully put together. I look forward to him growing up with Bright Minds Daycare (Jewellery Quarter) and I have no doubts that he will be even more amazing then he already is. Great Nursery!

Our twin girls attended here whilst we lived in Birmingham for almost a year. They loved it. The staff are all lovely, everyone of them is kind and caring. The space is great, the outdoor space is really great to have. The performance room is our girls favourite, it is such a fabulous space for a range

In the beginning, I have chosen Bright Minds over other nurseries due to the fact that in the small babies room, they had cot beds. It sounds particularly strange that this would be the first reason to go for, but knowing that your small baby has been held, nurtured and caressed for the last 4 months
and then all of a sudden he will sleep on the floor while everyone is walking up and down with their shoes, that is the opposite of being relaxed while your baby is being taken care of. Upon my visit to the nursery, staff have shown me the rooms, which were impeccable. When the little bug started attending, we have received so many messages from different practitioners, reassuring me and my husband that everything is fine and he is adjusting really well. We are daily receiving pictures of different activities that he is being part of, which is again fantastic. I am also working closely with the team through his weaning stage. I would not choose another nursery apart from Bright Minds!

I cannot express my gratitude for the way this nursery has helped my child. He has been attending for a few months now and he has grown to love it through the support of the brilliant staff who work there. I am frequently updated on his day through the app as I was very apprehensive at first.

I am extremely happy we chose this nursery for our son! They’ve been most welcoming from the start and regardless of the challenging times we live in they’ve managed to make it as easy as possible for us to adjust. Staff have been very supportive and have gone above and beyond to make our children’s
day to day experiences exciting. Our son is always happy to arrive at nursery to join his friends and engage in the fun activities staff have lined up for him. He talks about the nursery even on his days off. You get a regular and detailed feedback on your child’s development on the platform the nursery uses - Famly. It is very useful for simple things like keeping track of his food intake/preferences, booking a holiday or day off. You also get to see loads of pictures and what your little one has been up to every day. It’s very reassuring when you know they are busy having fun and being creative! You also get feedback from staff on pick up which is great! Overall I would highly recommend!

I have worked within the Early Years sector for nearly 6 years now, having initially started out as an Apprentice. I have loved every minute and this year achieved my BA in Early Childhood Studies!


I have a deep passion for delivering high-quality care and education to children with a large focus on supporting each individual child to thrive and flourish.
