N Family Club - Jewellery Quarter

My little one is 10 months old and joined the nursery three months ago. The staff is very friendly and helped us a lot through the first very difficult days. Now my little one is adapted to the environment and she is enjoying the time there. The activities are well designed and entertaining. As for the food, we would like to see red meat included in the meals because of our baby's increased needs in protein. The app is very helpful to know what she is doing all day. It's a nice environment for my little one when I am at work. She is well taken care of when she is there.

Excellent staff, my daughter loves the nursery and always looking forward to go. Will definitely recommend this yourself any day. The environment is always clean.

Overall I am very happy with the services and care provided at N Family Jewellery Quarter. I have seen such a big difference on how my child now interacts and communicates with both adults and children and they are learning new things every day. And they have some fun and creative activities that my little one absolutely loves being a part of. There have been quite a few changes in staffing and the operational side of the nursery in the last 3 months since my child has started attending, but I can already see the progress made by the new management team to ensure that things run smoothly. I have definitely made the right choice by choosing this nursery.

We are happy overall with the quality of the nursery. Teachers are kind and hardworking. Activities are creative and stimulating. Kids feel safe and happy. There are still some areas that could improve like the amount of protein included in meals (not enough some days), the safety of the gate door which is sometimes broken, and some updates in the app in terms of including meals (sometimes these are forgotten but it is getting better at the moment). Also, when children eat or play with colours they should wear a clothes protector to avoid getting clothes as dirty as they get at the moment. Thanks.

A great nursery for kids! You can easily tell that the staff cares for the children. The facilities and the overall environment is great for their development. The nursery also organises events where parents are invited which gives families a great opportunity to connect and feel a sense of community.

We moved from abroad to Birmingham about 4 months ago. When we first came, we were very worried about our son's adaptation process due to did not speak English at all. However, the N Family team helped us get through this process very well as a result of their excellent approach. We have very well observed the positive change in our son day by day. He did not feel like a foreigner, even though he had trouble communicating, especially since he never knew the language. Eventually, we were also happy to see that he started to communicate in English after four months. We are very pleased with the importance of N Family attaches to communication with parents. It's great that they use technology to communicate with us. We never look back after we drop our son off at the nursery. We know that he is safe there and has a very good team to watch over him.

My daughter has developed a lot since she started going to this Nursery. And every morning as soon as she wakes up she just can't wait to go there and meet her friends and the lovely and caring staff

The staff are very attentive and although there are lots of them, they all take on board your feedback at the collection and drop off, such as about any lost items or new skills you would like them to practise with baby eg using the Walker, trying new techniques for getting them to nap or eating techniques.

The use of the app for photos is absolutely excellent for timely updates throughout the day, as well as the detail about nappies, milk/food and naps. A particularly great Interactive room and outdoor play area, which not many places have especially in the city centre. My child started here in January at 8 months old and she is all smiles with the various ladies who answer the door each morning. A lovely place.

The staff at Bright Minds Daycare are very helpful and friendly, my son had a great experience there. Since the start, they have welcomed him like a member of the family which is very hard to find nowadays.

I would like to say to the Bright Minds Daycare management team, teachers and staff, they are doing a really good job.

I feel like my child is safe when I’m not around and know that they treat her with the utmost respect and care!

Is a fantastic nursery. My little daughter loved it from day1. The staff is amazing and really helpful. They are taking time, whenever my daughter goes in, to give some feedback. The activities are excellent and my little loves all of them. My wife and I are feeling very comfortable leaving our daughter with them. She is in very safe hands. Better nursery ever highly recommended.

BRIGHT MINDS JEWELLERY QUARTER is Amazing! All the staff are TOP TOP and so caring. I love how they give you all the updates with the activities they have done throughout the day and their approach to learning The facilities are also incredible and so well looked after. My son is loving his time here. For me it was so important to leave him with someone/somewhere we could trust and this nursery and all the staff has definitely surpassed my expectations. I could not be any happier and neither could he. I 100% Recommend them.

I liked this nursery since I saw it for the first time. The staff are very communicative and very professional, they treat the children’s and parents very warmly. The place is very clean, tidy and very secured. My daughter loved it since day one and I was very surprised because usually she doesn’t stay without me but she was settled very quickly. I would highly recommend this place.

My family is a new immigrant and came to the UK at the end of March for the education of the children. My daughter was very happy to enrol in kindergarten. Since my daughter’s mother tongue is not English, I was worried at the beginning that she would not be comfortable, and the teacher took good care of her. She, after 3 months, no longer needs to wear diapers, and can already use English to talk to her classmates and teachers in school. She has also made a lot of friends at school. I am very grateful for the teacher's patient guidance to her.

Extremely friendly and responsive staff. Our never-ending questions are always answered. The concerned teacher in charge of my children provides a daily snapshot of how the children were throughout the day.

My baby was only seven months when he began attending, I was super nervous given how the world is at the moment but I can honestly say I feel more than comfortable with my baby being at nursery. He is learning and having fun daily. His routine has stayed the same as they work around him. Every staff member I have met have been warm and friendly. The setting is beautifully put together. I look forward to him growing up with Bright Minds Daycare (Jewellery Quarter) and I have no doubts that he will be even more amazing then he already is. Great Nursery!

Our twin girls attended here whilst we lived in Birmingham for almost a year. They loved it. The staff are all lovely, everyone of them is kind and caring. The space is great, the outdoor space is really great to have. The performance room is our girls favourite, it is such a fabulous space for a range of activities. I like how relaxed and fun they make it at nursery and how child led it is. Thank you to all the staff.
