The staff at N Family JQ are just that, like a family. This is my first child and experience with any nursery and i had heard a lot of horror stories from people before looking, but I have had the best experience and I can tell that my child is excelling & feels safe with each and every staff
member. They make an effort to make every child feel special & comfortable. I couldn't see myself choosing a different nursery now.

I'm really happy with n family club jewellery quarter and I previously had two experiences with other nurseries with my older child, and my daughter has now been here for almost two years. I can honestly say that during this time I've seen my daughter truly thrive.
I really enjoy picking her up
each day and getting updates on how she's been, as well as being able to see what activities she's done - it really makes me feel involved in her day. Her key worker, Natasha, has been amazing and has such a special bond with my daughter.
Management have also been fantastic and very accommodating, and it's clear they genuinely love the work they do.
A massive thank you to Lauren, Kim, and Jo. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough to other parents.

My son started attending this nursery in early September. It was a difficult process because he was 16 months and not used to being in an environment with other children and without his parents. But he is already flourishing and really happy there. The staff are lovely, and treated both me and my
son with compassion and understanding. They clearly love their job and form very nice bonds with the children. I love that they send us photos of our son every day, as well as details about his nap and meals. My son has learned a lot there and is starting to form friendships with other kids. Most importantly, he is very happy to go there every single morning and I can tell that he has a great time participating in activities that are both fun and educative. Overall, I'm very happy with our choice of nursery and can't recommend it enough!

I'm very happy with our overall experience at this nursery. My child always comes home cheerful and content, which is the most important thing for me. I also really appreciate the wonderfully diverse and inclusive environment - it's lovely to see children from many backgrounds learning and playing
together.
If I had one small suggestion, it would be regarding the food. While it's generally fine, some meals are a bit different from what we're used to in a more Mediterranean-style diet. Personally, I would prefer slightly simpler dishes, with fewer sauces or spices, but this is just a minor preference and not a major concern.
Overall, we're very pleased and grateful for the care and attention the staff provide.

My daughter started at this nursery in October. I was obviously worried because it is my first daughter & her first time at nursery but those worries quickly disappeared. The staff are lovely, attentive to the children & they provide updates/photos every day which I love.
They are always available
to speak to if you're worried about your child, you just need to pick the phone up & they will help. I have noticed my daughter is growing in confidence & her appetite has increased & I would definitely credit this to the nursery & staff.
In short, I would 100% recommend this nursery

Well done on speedy enrolment (after our previous son's nursery was shut down by Ofsted) and helping our son settle in quickly and smoothly. He loves the nursery and the staff and we're happy to see him enjoy his time there

I'm really happy with my daughter's experience at this nursery. The whole team is so kind, caring, and always welcoming in the mornings. They create such a safe, friendly atmosphere, and I can see how much my child enjoys being there every day.
I really appreciate the transparency - through the
app, I can easily track her meals, naps, activities, and even little details in real time. It gives me great peace of mind to know she's well cared for, eating well, and in a clean, hygienic environment.
The nursery offers a variety of fun, educational activities and celebrates festivals like Diwali, Halloween, Eid and Christmas, which I love because it teaches children about inclusivity and respect. The regular newsletters and reading materials are also very helpful for parents.
Overall, I'm extremely pleased and grateful to the wonderful staff for making this such a positive, reassuring experience for both me and my daughter.

I fully recommend the N Family Club Jullery Quarter nursery branch.
We have our daughter at the same place since she was 10 months old and now at 3 and a half I can say that the journey was excellent, nothing to complain about and I am very sure that all this time will help her later in school
development.

My daughter has been attending N Family Club - Jewellery Quarter since April, and the progress in her development has been truly remarkable. The staff are not only warm and welcoming but also consistently professional, attentive, and communicative. They go above and beyond to ensure that each child
is cared for by passionate individuals who genuinely love what they do.
Since joining, we've had nothing but positive experiences. The team is incredibly supportive, always accommodating the individual needs of the children, and creating a nurturing environment that feels like a second home. The nursery also places great emphasis on supporting families, making us feel just as valued and included as our little ones.
The setting itself is clean, safe, and inviting-an ideal space for children to learn, grow, and thrive. I have complete confidence in the care my daughter receives and plan to keep her enrolled here throughout her nursery years.

We are so happy that our son is attending this nursery! Lauren, Jo, Kimrun, Laila, and Sanvir have all been incredible during his settling-in period. They not only helped our little boy feel comfortable and confident but also eased all of my nerves with their constant updates and reassurance (I must
admit, I called a few times-probably too many-but they were always so kind and patient!).
Our son has truly excelled in his confidence and overall development, and that's all thanks to the dedication and care of these amazing ladies. They have always met our son's and our family's needs, and we couldn't be more grateful.
Although it's only been a couple of months, we're so pleased with his progress and look forward to continuing this wonderful journey with the nursery

I have had a great experience so far with N family Jewellery Quarter. The communication from staff about my child has been very good via phone calls, on the nursery phone app and when meeting face-to-face. My child who is now 12 months old has settled well into the nursery. I have seen her interact
with the staff with a smile. The nursery food menu has a great variety of food throughout the week. I would happily recommend this nursery to others who live in the Jewellery Quarter.

Our baby has been at N Family for a month now and they could not be more wonderful.
All the staff in her room are engaging, listen to parental concerns, and communicate so well. As with all babies she had a tricky time settling in but I knew I could relax (as much as I could) as I trust the staff
completely.
Seeing how they interact with the babies during the settling in period was immensely helpful for us as parents too.
The food is also fantastic. It wasn't the only, but it was one of the main reasons we chose N Family. It is all cooked on site, varied, nutritious and no ultra processed meals in sight. I have seen menus from other nurseries that serve beans on toast etc whereas the baby here will have harissa salmon or something for her tea!
She has a great time, the app is fab and management is superb and approachable and accessible.

My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 12 months old, and all the staff have been so lovely and brilliant. It is apparent that they genuinely care about my daughter and her development and do all that they can to help her achieve fundamental milestones. My daughter enjoys going ti
nursery and I always look forward to seeing daily photo updates posted in the app to see what she is getting up to at nursery and hearing from the staff at the end of the day at pick up.I am so grateful to the staff for taking very good care of my daughter.

While looking for nurseries we never found anything that ticked all of the boxes. Here at N Family we loved the ambience, energy and care towards us and our child. Since starting they have been amazing! The help and support we have received has been amazing.

It has been a wonderful experience so far. It's his first time in any such setting, he was accommodated well by the staff. They have been very supportive and kind towards him, their care is evident. Keep it up with the good work.

The teachers at N Family Club seem to care about the children and my son likes them. Even though he's only in for 2 days per week, they ensure to include him so he doesn't feel left out. They take care of my child when I can't, so in my opinion there's no job out there that's more important.

We are really happy with all the staff and feel really secure leaving our son at N Family Club. It is always really clean and the location is really convenient in the Jewellery Quarter. We are really happy with the care he receives at the meals he is given. We would recommend to all of our friends.
