Really lovely nursery with a family feel to it. I always feel confident leaving my son, knowing he is in good hands with very caring and gentle staff members. My little one been attending this nursery since he turned one and he will leave the nursery soon to go to school. I don't think I would trust any other nurseries as much as I trust N Family club and hence the reason I have kept my son there as he's also very happy with his peers and teachers. We have become like a family with the nursery and all staff there are very helpful and accommodating.

Lovely nursery setting, I feel staff really do pay individual attention to every child in their care, and get to know their personalities and needs. As far as staff and indoor activities go, it meets my high expectations. The only thing I feel is missing could be better outdoor provision or guided learning through gardening, mud play, etc, to make the most out of the outdoor time/space- but aside from that, it really is a lovely nursery, with lovelier staff.

Our son is so happy at this nursery, we couldn't be more pleased. The food is nutritious and well balanced, which really takes the pressure of us as parents. One of the highlights of our day is receiving me many photo updates - they keep us closely connected to what he's doing. The garden is a big reason we chose this nursery. Outdoor space is rare in a city centre, and they make excellent use of it. The rooms are always clean and filled with engaging toys and activities. The staff are constantly warm, friendly and truly caring. While its one of the more expensive options, the quality of care, facilities and communication justify the cost. Added extras like parent breakfast, talks and a meeting room really help make the work parenting balance easier. We're so glad we chose this nursery and feel completely confident in the care our son receives.

We couldn't be happier with the N Family club nursery from the first day we felt welcomed and safe, we knew our son was in good hands with the staff in rubies and also staff around the nursery, the environment was warm and nurturing and the team are really kind and attentive. They communicate with us regularly and show us pictures throughout the day of what our child is doing and how much he is learning and progressing. My child seems to really enjoy her time at nursery and we especially love receiving updates of all the fun things she is doing. It truly is a great nursery for children. Our daughter has been attending the nursery for 2 months and she is doing very well there. All staff members have been very lovely, supportive and welcoming to us all. The nursery accommodates the children's needs very well, they do many activities in the day and have a great outdoor area too. They also update us regularly via the app of how our daughter is getting on during the day which is also reassuring!
