N Family Club - Jewellery Quarter

In the beginning, I have chosen Bright Minds over other nurseries due to the fact that in the small babies room, they had cot beds. It sounds particularly strange that this would be the first reason to go for, but knowing that your small baby has been held, nurtured and caressed for the last 4 months and then all of a sudden he will sleep on the floor while everyone is walking up and down with their shoes, that is the opposite of being relaxed while your baby is being taken care of. Upon my visit to the nursery, staff have shown me the rooms, which were impeccable. When the little bug started attending, we have received so many messages from different practitioners, reassuring me and my husband that everything is fine and he is adjusting really well. We are daily receiving pictures of different activities that he is being part of, which is again fantastic. I am also working closely with the team through his weaning stage. I would not choose another nursery apart from Bright Minds!

I am extremely happy we chose this nursery for our son! They’ve been most welcoming from the start and regardless of the challenging times we live in they’ve managed to make it as easy as possible for us to adjust. Staff have been very supportive and have gone above and beyond to make our children’s day to day experiences exciting. Our son is always happy to arrive at nursery to join his friends and engage in the fun activities staff have lined up for him. He talks about the nursery even on his days off. You get a regular and detailed feedback on your child’s development on the platform the nursery uses - Famly. It is very useful for simple things like keeping track of his food intake/preferences, booking a holiday or day off. You also get to see loads of pictures and what your little one has been up to every day. It’s very reassuring when you know they are busy having fun and being creative! You also get feedback from staff on pick up which is great! Overall I would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Bright Mind Daycare, my baby shows great development in her social life. The daycare team are so helpful and lovely. They are professional to deal with children and provide the parents with ideas to improve the child's skills.

It's been a few weeks since my daughter has started nursery. She has started to open up a little and enjoying her nursery. The nursery notifies us about the tea time snack, wet nappy, nap time etc and they do message if necessary. The staff are very polite and after every session, they give you feedback on the child. Would definitely recommend Bright Minds Nursery.

Lovely nursery - excellent facilities, very supportive staff and plenty of fun educational activities for the children. Outdoor/physical play and personal development are encouraged, and the quality and variety of food is very good.

Our little boy has been at the nursery since he was 8 months old. He’s now nearly 14 months old. He loves it there. The best thing about the nursery practices for me as a mum is the updates they send you throughout the day with pictures of your child and the activities they are engaging in. This absolutely lifts my day and sets any worries I have about leaving him at ease (especially when he’s teething or having sleepless nights).

My son enjoys attending this nursery very much. They have a professional attitude and excellent facilities in a very safe yet accessible location. Updates are provided throughout the day and I really appreciate the detailed discussion on his activities when picking him up. It is clear this nursery cares very much for the safety, development and education of the children in their care. Since we are raising our son bilingual, I particularly enjoy the multinational approach this nursery has.

The nursery is lovely, the facilities indoor and outdoor are great and the staff are friendly and caring. We are very glad we chose here, our baby has settled well. There are planned sensory activities every day with different changing themes, the team send pictures and updates of what the babies are doing which is nice. The menu is great - very varied and healthy - our baby eats everything most days.

I'm so pleased we decided to send our baby to Bright Minds (Jewellery Quarter). So much thought has gone into the provision and care for the children. Unlike the other local daycare centres we visited, much of the daily headache of packing and prepping for nursery has been taken out. They provide a lot of the necessities so that all I have to pack is a change of clothes. They're also very supportive of me as a breastfeeding mum with a bottle-averse baby. Everything is well planned and organised, from activities to meals. The activities are fun, interactive and educational. They follow a theme of the week/month and arrange the activities around this. The food is nutritious. The carers cater for the individual needs of the child. I really like the usefulness and ease of the app for keeping up-to-date with my son's day at nursery. You also get a report and pictures of the activities they take part in. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I am really glad we chose Bright Minds Daycare (Jewellery Quarter) for our baby. The food quality is very good (with options), spaces and staff are excellent. The activities are very interesting and engaging and we noticed significant progress to our baby's speech, playtime and interaction. More importantly, we pick him up with a big smile on his face every time. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. We always get an update on his day. The app they use is also very convenient as it lets us be in touch with what our baby's been doing, even when at work. Overall, very pleased and I would recommend it.

I can’t give high enough praise to Bright Minds Daycare, Jewellery Quarter. I have two children at the daycare, previously moved them from elsewhere, and without a doubt, it’s the best decision I could have made regarding their care and development. Activities are organised with a different theme each month and children engage well. We receive regular updates on their daily activities and their personal progress. Also ballet, Italian, yoga and ICT are far beyond what we have seen elsewhere. Staff are outstanding and a totally different calibre to other nursery’s we’ve been to previously. They’re professional, caring and nurturing. Our children wouldn’t hesitate at drop off, even on an off day they’re always happy to go to nursery. As working parents in the city centre, the nursery is ideally situated. They can also accommodate alterations in childcare hours if work needs us to work any late or early shifts at fairly short notice. Meals and snacks are healthy, plentiful and all cooked on site.

Lovely staff, they all really care and nurture the children there. They’re always bright and cheerful and really put so much love and thought into all the activities. I would highly recommend Bright Minds.

Bright Minds Daycare (Jewellery Quarter) is a lovely nursery and I would definitely recommend it to any parent. The setting is designed using the Montessori approach, which means that the children explore a variety of natural shapes, textures and objects. The staff are very professional and pleasant and provide parents with regular updates. They design engaging activities for the children to explore the world around them and develop their skills. My little one is always excited to go to the nursery and enjoys time with her friends and the staff. My mind is at peace as I know she is well looked after. The nursery has a beautiful outdoor space and the children are often outdoors when the weather is nice. The meals are nutritious and healthy, with a great variety of different dishes children get to try every week. I am very happy we have chosen this nursery.

My son is very happy going there. He has been going there from last September. All the staff are very supportive and attentive. They all are very caring. Our previous experience with another nursery was not that good.

What I really like about this nursery is that you can see that the staff cares and really enjoys working with children.

Very spacious setting with lots of facilities and rooms for the kids to play in and never get bored. Everything is clean and tidy. Activities are creative and really fun and interactive. Food selection is amazing with (veg, halal, and regular options). The caretakers are adorable, they are kind, considerate and became our family. I have two kids ( three years and the other is ten months) both love the nursery. Plus, the location is perfect and timings are really flexible. I really have no negative issues with nursery they are genuinely great. No mom guilt when I leave the kids because I know they are in good hands.
