N Jewellery Quarter is conveniently located within Birmingham’s business districts and residential quarters, and is just a 15-minute walk from Birmingham New Street station. Set in a beautiful period building, the nursery was sensitively refurbished in 2022. The space is packed full of features, including huge play rooms, a dedicated pre-school floor, a specialist art room and a family lending library. The large garden space is perfect to explore during regular Forest School-inspired sessions. There is a parents’ breakfast area, a buggy park for those travelling on foot, and a large car park to help make early morning drop offs and after-work pick-ups that little bit easier.

N Family Club know that food is crucial to the development of children, so all meals are prepared fresh on-site and have been designed with the help of the former Head of Nutrition at Jamie Oliver. Parents can also check out The Family Hub: an online platform full of parenting advice as well as favourite N recipes for you to try out at home.

Dedicated to rethinking early years education, N Family Club have developed their own progressive curriculum, building upon the EYFS framework, which has been designed to be bespoke to each child, their needs and interests, and serves to prepare children for life in the modern world. In 2023, Nursery World named N Family Club as the highest-quality nursery group in the UK.

My son has attended N family from 10 months old and is now about to graduate from Emeralds (pre-school)
He loves attending and has made excellent progress with his learning.
I cannot fault the staff, always happy to help and are very efficient, they all show so much commitment in caring for the children.
Food
menu in my opinion is varied, however does not accommodate fussy eaters. However staff will always update myself on his eating during the day,
I have recommended this nursery to a number of friends who's children now also attend.

N Family is an exceptional setting for any child to be in. There is so much structure and thought put into each day. My child has been there for the past year, she has come along with her learning immensely. From the chef to the front of house to the nursery teachers, everyone is outstanding.

My little one been attending this nursery since he turned one and he will leave the nursery soon to go to school. I don't think I would trust any other nurseries as much as I trust N Family club and hence the reason I have kept my son there as he's also very happy with his peers and teachers. We have

Lovely nursery setting, I feel staff really do pay individual attention to every child in their care, and get to know their personalities and needs. As far as staff and indoor activities go, it meets my high expectations. The only thing I feel is missing could be better outdoor provision or guided learning
through gardening, mud play, etc, to make the most out of the outdoor time/space- but aside from that, it really is a lovely nursery, with lovelier staff.

We couldn't be happier with our experience from day one, the staff have been warm, nurturing, and incredibly attentive.
The daily activities are fun, educational, and well-planned, helping our little one grow in confidence and curiosity. We love the regular updates and photos,they give us so much peace

After extensive research and discussions with colleagues, we decided to enroll our daughter at N Family Club Jewellery Quarter, and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the Manager was truly heartwarming. The entire staff has been incredibly
welcoming and friendly.
Since our daughter started last week, we've primarily interacted with another lady, who has been absolutely fabulous. We've already noticed positive changes in our daughter, and she is clearly enjoying her time there.

Our 2year old son is going to the N Family Club nursery in the Jewellery Quarter for 10months now and he absolutely loves it. He is so happy when he walks in his nursery room!!! And when we see on the daily pics how much fun he has, it makes us as parents so happy too!!! He learns so many things there

Our son is so happy at this nursery, we couldn't be more pleased. The food is nutritious and well balanced, which really takes the pressure of us as parents. One of the highlights of our day is receiving me many photo updates - they keep us closely connected to what he's doing. The garden is a big reason
we chose this nursery. Outdoor space is rare in a city centre, and they make excellent use of it. The rooms are always clean and filled with engaging toys and activities. The staff are constantly warm, friendly and truly caring. While its one of the more expensive options, the quality of care, facilities and communication justify the cost. Added extras like parent breakfast, talks and a meeting room really help make the work parenting balance easier. We're so glad we chose this nursery and feel completely confident in the care our son receives.

I have sent both my children to N Family Jewellery Quarter (my eldest is now in school) and couldn't imagine sending them anywhere else. The care is outstanding and staff go above and beyond to shape our early years children into reaching their potential. The menu is amazing and the children learn incredible
social skills as they sit and eat together in a family style service. The nursery supports the whole family and are open and honest, using an app to ensure excellent communication.
My youngest is happy to go every day, I know he is safe and well looked after. The staff in the baby room love him as if he was their own and really that is all that matters. I can not recommend this nursery enough!

We are really satisfied with N Family Club - the staff are welcoming and professional, and they truly care about our little one. They are flexible when needed, and supportive of our family needs.
Our little boy really enjoys the activities here, and I think he truly bonded with the staff. It is good
to see the regular updates during the day, and drop off / pick up feel very smooth to us.
The only area of improvement we might suggest would be around fixing the front gate (this has been outstanding for some time now) - but this doesn't take away from the quality of care we receive.

Our experience at N has been great, both of our children attend. When there have been any issues we have been able to have open conversations/ lines of communication to ensure the best approach for our eldest child. We couldn't be happier with the N Family club nursery from the first day we felt welcomed and safe, we knew our son was in good hands with the staff in rubies and also staff around the nursery, the environment was warm and nurturing and the team are really kind and attentive. They communicate with us

I couldn't be more grateful for the incredible care and support my son receives at N Family Club, especially in the Rubies room. From the very beginning, the team has shown genuine kindness, patience, and attention to detail - all qualities that mean the world to me as a parent of a child with additional
needs.
My son absolutely loves it there. It's clear how happy and secure he feels - he reaches out to the staff as soon as he arrives, which says everything. He's been thriving at his own pace, and it's been beautiful to watch his confidence grow in such a nurturing environment.
What stands out most is how the team makes me feel as a parent. Their thoughtful communication and care make it that much easier to trust that he's in good hands every day. I deeply appreciate all their efforts and the love they put into what they do.

It truly is a great nursery for children. Our daughter has been attending the nursery for 2 months and she is doing very well there. All staff members have been very lovely, supportive and welcoming to us all. The nursery accommodates the children's needs very well, they do many activities in the day
