We've had a wonderful experience with this nursery. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and they've made a real effort to get to know our daughter and understand her individual needs. It's been so reassuring to see how comfortable and happy she is there each day. The level of care they provide is excellent - we truly feel that she is in safe, nurturing hands. Communication with parents is great, and they're always willing to provide updates or answer any questions. We're very pleased with the overall environment and the thoughtful way the nursery is run. The nursery is lovely, warm and care about the children working alongside parents when difficulties occur. My little one is confident, kind and warm with a caring personality which shines and is encouraged by nursery.
There have been a few staff, management and room changes which have understandably caused my daughter some anxiety. N Family have worked with me to ensure they manage these anxieties. She will definitely miss her teachers and still maintains a lovely relationship with her old teachers.

Really lovely nursery with a family feel to it. I always feel confident leaving my son, knowing he is in good hands with very caring and gentle staff members. My little one been attending this nursery since he turned one and he will leave the nursery soon to go to school. I don't think I would trust any other nurseries as much as I trust N Family club and hence the reason I have kept my son there as he's also very happy with his peers and teachers. Lovely nursery setting, I feel staff really do pay individual attention to every child in their care, and get to know their personalities and needs. As far as staff and indoor activities go, it meets my high expectations. The only thing I feel is missing could be better outdoor provision or guided learning through gardening, mud play, etc, to make the most out of the outdoor time/space- but aside from that, it really is a lovely nursery, with lovelier staff.

Our son is so happy at this nursery, we couldn't be more pleased. The food is nutritious and well balanced, which really takes the pressure of us as parents. One of the highlights of our day is receiving me many photo updates - they keep us closely connected to what he's doing. The garden is a big reason we chose this nursery. Outdoor space is rare in a city centre, and they make excellent use of it. The rooms are always clean and filled with engaging toys and activities. The staff are constantly warm, friendly and truly caring. While its one of the more expensive options, the quality of care, facilities and communication justify the cost. Added extras like parent breakfast, talks and a meeting room really help make the work parenting balance easier. I really appreciate their menu, the food looks both healthy & tasty. I'm happy that my little one is being introduced to a variety of different meals. The staff is also very responsive and quick to reply to messages which is a big bonus.

Our little boy really enjoys the activities here, and I think he truly bonded with the staff. It is good to see the regular updates during the day, and drop off / pick up feel very smooth to us.
The only area of improvement we might suggest would be around fixing the front gate (this has been outstanding for some time now) - but this doesn't take away from the quality of care we receive.

I have worked within the Early Years sector for nearly 6 years now, having initially started out as an Apprentice. I have loved every minute, and this year I achieved my BA in Early Childhood Studies!
I have a deep passion for delivering high-quality care and education to children, with a large focus on supporting each individual child to thrive and flourish. It is important to me that we see the world through the child's eyes to understand their unique perspectives on simplistic elements of life, encouraging us to slow down and appreciate the natural beauty in everyday moments.
