N Jewellery Quarter is conveniently located within Birmingham’s business districts and residential quarters, and is just a 15-minute walk from Birmingham New Street station. Set in a beautiful period building, the nursery was sensitively refurbished in 2022. The space is packed full of features, including huge play rooms, a dedicated pre-school floor, a specialist art room and a family lending library. The large garden space is perfect to explore during regular Forest School-inspired sessions. There is a parents’ breakfast area, a buggy park for those travelling on foot, and a large car park to help make early morning drop offs and after-work pick-ups that little bit easier.

N Family Club know that food is crucial to the development of children, so all meals are prepared fresh on-site and have been designed with the help of the former Head of Nutrition at Jamie Oliver. Parents can also check out The Family Hub: an online platform full of parenting advice as well as favourite N recipes for you to try out at home.

Dedicated to rethinking early years education, N Family Club have developed their own progressive curriculum, building upon the EYFS framework, which has been designed to be bespoke to each child, their needs and interests, and serves to prepare children for life in the modern world. One of the best decisions I made this year was enrolling my daughter at N Family Club.
She has shown incredible improvement in all areas of her development. Every day, she looks forward to going to nursery, and it's easy to see why - the environment is full of engaging learning activities and plenty

A lovely & welcoming nursery, i'm glad my little one is here as she seems to enjoy it. I especially love seeing the photos of her engaged in various activities that the nursery provide daily.
I really appreciate their menu, the food looks both healthy & tasty. I'm happy that my little one is being
introduced to a variety of different meals. The staff is also very responsive and quick to reply to messages which is a big bonus.

We are really satisfied with N Family Club - the staff are welcoming and professional, and they truly care about our little one. They are flexible when needed, and supportive of our family needs.
Our little boy really enjoys the activities here, and I think he truly bonded with the staff. It is good
to see the regular updates during the day, and drop off / pick up feel very smooth to us.
The only area of improvement we might suggest would be around fixing the front gate (this has been outstanding for some time now) - but this doesn't take away from the quality of care we receive.

Our experience at N has been great, both of our children attend. When there have been any issues we have been able to have open conversations/ lines of communication to ensure the best approach for our eldest child. Our youngest is enjoying the learning and growing more independent through the communal
meal times and the open play environments.
Both of our children thoroughly enjoy the time the spend at nursery and the staff have always been friendly, welcoming and understanding.

We couldn't be happier with the N Family club nursery from the first day we felt welcomed and safe, we knew our son was in good hands with the staff in rubies and also staff around the nursery, the environment was warm and nurturing and the team are really kind and attentive. They communicate with us
regularly and show us pictures throughout the day of what our child is doing and how much he is learning and progressing. You can tell at the N Family club that they care for each child individually and treat them as their own.

I couldn't be more grateful for the incredible care and support my son receives at N Family Club, especially in the Rubies room. From the very beginning, the team has shown genuine kindness, patience, and attention to detail - all qualities that mean the world to me as a parent of a child with additional
needs.
My son absolutely loves it there. It's clear how happy and secure he feels - he reaches out to the staff as soon as he arrives, which says everything. He's been thriving at his own pace, and it's been beautiful to watch his confidence grow in such a nurturing environment.
What stands out most is how the team makes me feel as a parent. Their thoughtful communication and care make it that much easier to trust that he's in good hands every day. I deeply appreciate all their efforts and the love they put into what they do.

It truly is a great nursery for children. Our daughter has been attending the nursery for 2 months and she is doing very well there. All staff members have been very lovely, supportive and welcoming to us all. The nursery accommodates the children's needs very well, they do many activities in the day
and have a great outdoor area too. They also update us regularly via the app of how our daughter is getting on during the day which is also reassuring!

Our daughter began attending N Family Club - JQ when she was just 7 months old, and she is now 15 months. From the outset, the staff have been exceptional in addressing both her developmental needs and our concerns as parents. We receive regular updates on her progress, which helps us stay informed
and involved in her early learning journey.


She eagerly anticipates her time at the nursery each day, enjoying a variety of activities that stimulate her curiosity and foster her growth.


I wholeheartedly recommend N Family Club - JQ for its dedicated staff and commitment to supporting children's developmental milestones. Me and wife are really happy our son is at N family.
The updates and pictures on the app give you great information and really put your mind at rest that he's in great hands.
Our son is always so happy at pick up and I couldn't feel more comfortable that he is cared for.
The weekly menu is excellent

We honestly couldn't be happier with this nursery and the amazing staff. Our daughter started when she was just 1, and we were really nervous about how she'd settle since she'd only ever been at home with us. But she adjusted so quickly, and it's clear how much care and attention she gets every day.
Any
time we've had a question or concern, the staff have been kind, understanding, and quick to help. I also have to mention how lovely the management team is - they're always around, super supportive, and genuinely care about the families and children here.

It's a nerve-raking experience going back to work as a first-time mother. And with N I knew I could call and message and that was okay. This helped me feel safe in the choices I made. They're also great with the menu choices, the Montessori learning and the kind staff. I love the family app and it puts
me at ease through the day.

A nice looking nursery, however I would not recommend for any parent who wishes for a transparent and honest nursery that doesn't prioritise company interest over the interests of a child. If your child is placed in the category of 'difficult', then this nursery will do its best to manage your child
out of the setting, by exhausting the parents through pointless meetings and half-truths about your child's behaviour, instead of being forthcoming about their inability to actually do what they are trained for. This is because, they aren't allowed to ask a child to leave (money talks). All of this isn't the fault of the caring staff, but the management and the overall structure of the company. This nursery will be as underhanded as it needs to be to preserve the perfect image that it has curated. There are a lack of direct boundaries with children, and so children are left unprepared for the social challenges of school. Overall, more style than substance. Avoid.

Meetings are essential for our teams and families to be transparent and to ensure the best plan is made for each individual child. I'm sorry you felt these were unhelpful for you & appreciate your other feedback about setting actions beforehand. We want to continue being open and honest with families, whilst also adhering to our policies for each child's safety. At nursery, we're committed to supporting children to manage their feelings and behaviours, and we respect parents' decisions on early leave dates e.g. if they are preparing for school. Leaving for school is both a pivotal milestone and a significant change, which is why we have our school readiness program for all children. The Pre-Scool Room at this nursery is absolutely amazing! The staff truly care for all children. My daughter is excelling in all aspects of her life due to the teaching. She is confident in her numbers and name-writing, she has also become extremely independent and can now look after her own personal
hygiene. She has an excellent bond with all staff members in the room and is completely ready to start school. My daughter looks forward to attending nursery every day and enjoys learning as the staff always ensures to make it fun and easy for the children to understand. I would highly recommend this pre-school to my family and friends!

My son has been going to this nursery for over a year. He has been supported by three staff members in particular across three different rooms as he’s developed. Each of them have made the nursery enjoyable and helped considerably with his development (i.e. speech, motor skills, eating, and potty training).
The app and regular updates help provide insight to the little ones' day at nursery. Thanks.

One of the best nurseries in Jewellery Quarter. All the staff are very friendly , caring and always welcoming. My little one never hesitated to go to nursery and always enjoyed going. My daughter has been attending N Family Nursery for a year now. She loves going in every morning. The staff are super nice and very friendly. They pay attention to the smallest details and give you feedback every day about your child. They provide different activities and playtime that she finds interesting.

Since the very first day, we felt our daughter was very well looked after. The staff is very caring and she bonded with them very soon. Two members of staff in particular who are her main carers are amazing. They are very attentive and we get a very detailed handover daily when we go to pick her up.
Our daughter loves going to nursery which makes us very happy. It was a great decision to join N Family Club- Jewellery Quarter.

    • ii) 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 72 number of registered child places is 14.4, which has been reached with 48 Positive reviews. Points = 1

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
