An excellent nursery - from the friendly and caring staff to the first-class facilities we have always been very confident leaving our children in their care. A nursery should offer more than we as parents can, and I genuinely believe Kiddi Caru Matford does this. Our children are allowed to learn and
develop surrounded by other children of similar ages. Regular updates through the online system are really helpful. The nursery staying open through COVID lockdowns has been a total lifesaver. Overall, couldn't recommend enough.

Fantastic clean nursery with an unbelievable amount of activities and resources for the kids. Always looks immaculate, and all staff super friendly and professional. This really is the luxury car of nursery childcare in my view, and our daughter is developing very well I feel.

Through her time at Kiddi Caru I have seen my daughter flourish. This is down to the hard work and dedication of all members of the team and the fantastic key workers that she has experienced. I would not hesitate in recommending the nursery to anyone looking for outstanding childcare.

We’re delighted with Matford Kiddi Caru, it’s been a tough year for everyone but we’ve been impressed by how they have navigated a difficult year with no impact on the children. The staff are fantastic, very knowledgable and highly trained. I have many friends using nurseries all over the city and I

My little girl has been going to Kiddi Caru Matford Green for over 2 years now. Kiddi Caru has helped in her development and confidence and she looks forward to going to nursery. They have always kept in touch with us as parents and shared everything with us.

This nursey is amazing. All the staff are super friendly and can't do anything more to make you feel reassured that your little one is going to have a fun-filled day as well as being looked after. My child eats like a queen, with delicious meals and comes home smiling after a great day. Couldn't recommend
this place more.

Kiddi Caru Matford is a great nursey, the staff are great with our son, they are extremly keen to help him with his learning milestones, which as a parent is really important.

This is a very good nursery. The staff are very professional. The children are encouraged both to play and learn throughout the day in a structured and nurturing way. The environment is also designed to give the children independence in relation to their personal needs. Kiddi Caru also understands that
most children are there whilst their parents are working and only send them home due to illness when absolutely necessary.

My daughter loves her days at the nursery. She was initially unsure but now grabs her coat on nursery days and waits at the door. They always welcome her with a hug which she needs to feel wanted there. It's a nice environment with lots to do. She loves the sensory room. It is a bit expensive but worth
it, there is flexibility as to when you can drop off and pick up and they include meals. My only beef would be that they charge you for bank holidays when they are not open and their e-mails in relation to paying the invoices border on harassing - e.g. asking for screenshots to prove you have paid via the government tax-free web site. If they could relax a bit and only hassle people who pay late that would be appreciated.

I cannot rate the Matford branch of Kiddi Caru highly enough. They are warm, compassionate and extremely professional. From the children’s key workers to the chef and kitchen staff, everyone is always welcoming and supportive. You feel as though your child is valued and cared for by all staff not just
those in their room. There’s a real community vibe and the staff are always really positive. It makes an incredible difference to know that your child is happy and well cared for while you are at work.

Kiddi Caru Matford Green is a fantastic place for my child. He attends 3 days a week and his development have moved on so much since starting.

It is always a joy dropping our boy off here. We've experienced three of the rooms as he has gone through the system and in each room he has had a lovely, friendly, attentive key carer who he has bonded with. He absolutely loves it at this nursery and has made lots of friends already.
It is such peace
of mind knowing how well looked after he is and he can engage in as many messy activities as he likes.
I can't say enough about the place. I can't imagine being happier having him being looked after anywhere else.

A fantastic nursery with great staff. Our daughter is very happy at nursery and we are sure she gets excellent care from staff who are genuinely invested in the job they do.
Despite only attending one day per week the staff have clearly put the effort in to know our daughter very well and to provide
her with the best care possible.
It’s fantastic to feel so good about where she spends her time when not with us and to know that she will do lots of things at nursery that it would be impossible for us to do at home.

Kiddi Caru offer outstanding care, excellent facilities and an amazing range of activities and learning for our child.
We have been using Kiddi Caru for almost a year now, and our child has loved every moment. He is excited to go to nursery. We love seeing how much he has developed and finding out
what he has been up to every day.
The staff are incredible, they have such affection for the children and provide notes and updates on his days, as well as overall progression, photos and keepsakes.
We have enormous trust in the carers, who are very well qualified and respond fantastically to his needs and care when he is unwell.
Our child also has strict dietary requirements, to which they cater for, offering bespoke meals .... which he occasionally eats!
I cannot imagine our child anywhere else; the facilities, cost and location are all extremely good and we are thankful to have found such a wonderful environment for our child to develop, learn and feel as much love as we could give.

Amazing! I moved my daughter here after having a bad experience elsewhere! They have been amazing. The staff are all fantastic, so happy polite and most of all amazing with the children! The whole building from inside to out is spotless and really clean! The cook is amazing and well informed about my
daughter's difficult diet, always going out of her way to make sure all her food needs are met, and from what she says it is delicious! The whole building is secure and safe with amazing outside space for the little ones and always great activities set up for the day! My daughter loves it and with all the nerves as a parent about moving them somewhere new and the nerves of leaving them, I am defiantly glad did!
I would 100% recommend it!

We were warmly welcomed from the first moment we stepped in to visit. I instantly felt the staff really cared about all of the children and took the time to get to know us. We've been really pleased with the child care out Daughter receives. Staff are friendly, well informed, and they provide great care.

My son recently started at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in the owl babies room. Despite the short amount of time he's been attending, he absolutely loves nursery. He gets to engage in activities we don't do at home and is supported in his learning by the caring staff.
I love that Kiddi Caru Day Nursery
has accepted our use of reusable nappies and have used these with ease.
Everyone is very attentive, and have created a lovely environment for the babies. I can't fault the care he receives, and I am so pleased he's settled in so well.
