The nursery is highly flexible meeting our needs. The environment is stimulating yet calming and welcoming. The play equipment and resources are thoughtful, creative and inspire imaginative play (instead of plastic noisy toys).
The staff are very helpful and creative in how to best settle my clingy
(though lovely) daughter. Staff are warm in nature, supportive and have a lovely way with the children.
Incredibly clean, lovely food which is tasty and nutritious.

Kiddi Caru has given my 3-year-old son an amazing learning and nurturing environment since he began there in March 2017.


The outdoor space is outstanding. He loves the staff and other children. The food is superb and he is eating a lot more than he used to. My son has some delay in his speech and

Kiddi Caru have worked hard with him and I have seen improvements already.

I cannot praise Kiddi Caru Matford enough. We have looked at other surrounding nurseries and they are incomparable with Kiddi Caru. The staff are generally lovely and really take care and have a great interest in your children. They are actually happy to be there - I have been to others and they don't
want to be at work! All the staff are welcoming and willing to assist with anything. I did worry about the cost of the nursery, however, I cannot stress that you get what you pay for! Worth every single penny.
The nursery itself is lovely and clean - one of the many things I am very fussy about! There are so many activities to do inside and outside (lovely garden!!). I was so worried about where to place my daughter and just found Kiddi Caru the best place to be. Although she is part time, she has been thriving since we've been going. I love receiving pictures and things they have made.

Our son started here in the baby room in January. We could not ask for more. Free settle sessions allowed our son to get used to the environment and the staff, and allowed us to see what the nursery was like for ourselves. The staff in the baby room are excellent and quickly got to know our child individually.
They know what he likes and doesn't like, notice small changes in him and have a good attention to detail. Our son has built a rapport the staff and we can see that he loves seeing them. They are friendly and informal yet professional, a great balance for working with children and communicating with parents. Our son particularly enjoys the food, which is well varied and gives us inspiration for at home. When we are at work, we feel secure in the knowledge that our son is being cared for in the best possible way by people who have a genuine passion for working with children. We highly recommend a visit for anyone looking for a great start for their child.

My son started in the baby room in September 2016. We were initially amazed by the environment and resources. Since joining we have been extremely pleased with the opportunities that have arisen, for example, access daily to a state of the art sensory room which is ideal before he could walk. He has
been taken out to the local national reserve and cattle market and provided ample opportunity to play outside. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I have every trust in them and firmly believe that my son is well cared for. He loves going to nursery and our thanks go out to all the staff for this.

This could genuinely be the best nursery in the country! Yes, for this area it is expensive but you can see where every penny is spent. From the efficient management to the fantastic room leaders and carers, to the facilities and the food, all simply outstanding. The toys, garden area and technology
are second to none. The majority of the toys are wooden and even those that aren't, are very good quality. The garden - which is used daily - is beautifully designed to encourage play and social skills - it really needs to be seen to appreciate. I wish I could play in it. A specific mention has to be for the ladies looking after my daughter. I don't have a bad word to say about any of them. Exactly the sort of people I want my daughter to grow up with as role models.

Absolutely love Kiddi Caru, from the building to the staff. My daughter enjoys her nursery days here so much. She has come along extremely well since being here and I feel very happy that I can go to work and know she is in good hands. A+ all round :)

My Grandson loves going to nursery here, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is always a large range of activities for the children and the toys are amazing. My grandson's speech and communication skills have improved so much since he started and I've noticed he interacts really well with

I couldn't recommend Kiddi Caru enough. My daughter has been to both of the Exeter nurseries and I think they are both fantastic. The Matford one is new and very much state of the art. I love all the wooden toys that they have and the sensory room. My daughter is very much an outdoor girl and the garden
is just amazing for her. There is so much to do but still lots of space to run around and burn off all her energy. The staff are lovely, friendly and very welcoming. My daughter has come on so much since she started with Kiddi Caru. They have helped her development but it a natural non-pushy way and I love that they discuss the next stages of their development path with your child so you can continue it at home.


Overall, this is an excellent nursery and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend. The incentive to recommend a friend that they are running is an added bonus as well. I, without a doubt, will be sending my second daughter to Kiddi Caru when she's here and old enough!

We do not go that often to pick our grandson up from nursery, but when we do go, we can honestly say we are impressed with the staff. They come across very caring and our grandson has been there since day one and is very happy there.
Sat in one day for lunch and was very impressed with the food they
were given.
The equipment is amazing and my daughter's opinion is that they could not have found a better nursery.

My experience at this nursery has been nothing but positive. As an anxious parent with an unsettled child, we have been offered so many extra sessions to help my daughter settle in and the staff have been Amazing. They have made the experience so positive for both myself and daughter. They are fantastic
and the facilities are amazing. I would definitely recommend visiting the setting, and guarantee you will be more than satisfied with the visit! Thank you for being such a supportive setting for both of us!!

The nursery is a lovely place. My daughter loves coming here.
The facilities are fantastic and very well equipped for children of different ages. My daughter's days are always different and she has now tried lots of activities we would not have done at home.
The staff are so warm and friendly and
the communication with home brilliant, they really look after the children and form good bonds with them.
I would always recommend this nursery. I couldn't ask for a better place or better people to look after my daughter.

Best decision ever moving my little one to Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Exeter, Matford Green. I wish I had done it sooner, he absolutely loves it.. everyone is so happy and friendly which made the settling in for my son so easy.. can't rate you highly enough... My 2-year-old son loves attending here. We feel extremely confident that he is well looked after and is receiving the best care and nurture possible. A wonderful nursery, my 2-year-old little boy has settled really well and loves going - he can be very quiet and reserved with new situations but his confidence has grown massively since he started. Before starting he had a settling period where he was able to go for short visits to get to know his
carers and they were more than happy to accommodate as many sessions as we needed. We were also invited to lots of stay and play sessions such as a sensory morning so he was very familiar with the nursery before he started.
The staff are welcoming and friendly and he has formed lovely bonds with them all, they have all taken the time to get to know him really well. The nursery itself is state of the art with amazing facilities and equipment, the garden and sensory room are particularly outstanding. I have complete confidence when leaving him that he is safe, secure and being looked after by well qualified, caring staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to other families.
