Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Exeter, Matford Green

He has so much fun during the day he likes going!

This is a very good nursery. The staff are very professional. The children are encouraged both to play and learn throughout the day in a structured and nurturing way. The environment is also designed to give the children independence in relation to their personal needs. Kiddi Caru also understands that most children are there whilst their parents are working and only send them home due to illness when absolutely necessary.

My daughter loves her days at the nursery. She was initially unsure but now grabs her coat on nursery days and waits at the door. They always welcome her with a hug which she needs to feel wanted there. It's a nice environment with lots to do. She loves the sensory room. It is a bit expensive but worth it, there is flexibility as to when you can drop off and pick up and they include meals. My only beef would be that they charge you for bank holidays when they are not open and their e-mails in relation to paying the invoices border on harassing - e.g. asking for screenshots to prove you have paid via the government tax-free web site. If they could relax a bit and only hassle people who pay late that would be appreciated.

I cannot rate the Matford branch of Kiddi Caru highly enough. They are warm, compassionate and extremely professional. From the children’s key workers to the chef and kitchen staff, everyone is always welcoming and supportive. You feel as though your child is valued and cared for by all staff not just those in their room. There’s a real community vibe and the staff are always really positive. It makes an incredible difference to know that your child is happy and well cared for while you are at work.

Really can’t fault the nursery in anything. The management and staff are very friendly and extremely professional. I couldn’t wish for better people to look after my daughter. I know she is very safe and well looked after.

The staff are so wonderful and caring and commit plenty of time and attention to my son and he loves it!

I can't say enough about the place. I can't imagine being happier having him being looked after anywhere else.

It’s fantastic to feel so good about where she spends her time when not with us and to know that she will do lots of things at nursery that it would be impossible for us to do at home.

I cannot imagine our child anywhere else; the facilities, cost and location are all extremely good and we are thankful to have found such a wonderful environment for our child to develop, learn and feel as much love as we could give.

We were warmly welcomed from the first moment we stepped in to visit. I instantly felt the staff really cared about all of the children and took the time to get to know us. Since joining; my children have thrived from trying new foods to exploring the garden they have enjoyed every experience. I highly recommend this nursery. Thank you.

My daughter always has a fun-packed day and when I collect her is always well worn out. She's also clean and tidy.

Everyone is very attentive, and have created a lovely environment for the babies. I can't fault the care he receives, and I am so pleased he's settled in so well.

Communication is always clear between the nursery and home.

We are very pleased with the level of service and care provided by Kiddie Caru for our son and will continue to send him to the bursary for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic nursery! All the staff are very friendly and attentive to the children's needs. My son thoroughly enjoys coming to nursery and is always learning new things. Everyone comments on how good his speech is and I feel this is largely down to nursery. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Kiddi Caru in Marsh Barton is amazing, we weren’t planning on putting our son into nursery until he was a bit older but we were so impressed at the open day that we changed our minds.
