We love love love the whole team here at Matford they are always so friendly welcoming and knowledgeable!
I would highly recommend this nursery, my daughter is 2 and has been going since she was 6 months old and has flourished here.

The staff are consistently helpful and genuinely caring. They take a real interest in our son's development and wellbeing, and we really appreciate the regular updates they provide throughout the day. The entry and exit system feels very secure, giving us confidence that safety is taken seriously.
The building and rooms are bright, welcoming, and clearly well looked after.
Overall, we're extremely happy with the nursery and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone @ Kiddicaru- my little man has been there since he was 6 months and now in pre school ! The staff have been absolutely fantastic- especially the guys in the hungry caterpillar- H has had the best time with you x

As an anxious first-time mum, the prospect of leaving my 10-month-old daughter was daunting, but this nursery has been a godsend. My daughter has already settled in, and that is largely thanks to the incredible staff. The two members of her room are always caring, they keep me fully updated and call
me if they ever have any queries. Every handover at the end of the day is detailed and they never miss a thing. My daughter is a complete velcro baby and still jumps into her key workers arms most mornings. Just so grateful for this nursery.

I can't put into words how wonderful the staff at Kiddi Caru are - they really care and we receive such detailed updates, both verbally and through the app. We were really nervous about putting our daughter into nursery, but we've noticed such a difference in her confidence and communication over
the last few weeks. She's also eats lots, so we assume the food is excellent too! We feel very lucky to have found Kiddi Caru, as so much of how we feel is because of the brilliant team. A special thank you to Georgia and Elizabeth, they've made this period of transition feel much easier than we ever thought it would be. We would highly recommend this nursery.

Our child is so happy at Matford Green Kiddi Caru! The team are amazing and so dedicated to what they do. It can be tough leaving your child to go to work and the team really do help with the adjustment of that. Our child has thrived and flourished at this nursery and I wouldn't hesitate to
recommend to anyone. Nicola and Kerrie really do run a happy ship and we are so thankful for them.

My daughter has been going to the nursery since she was 1, she's nearly 3 and she still absolutely loves it. The transition between the rooms is something I always worry about as she's not great with change however the staff are so supportive. She always has the best bonds with her key workers so it
really shows the effort they put into the transitions and getting to know the children to make sure they're comfortable. She talks about nursery lots at home and it's always positive! :)

I've had a pleasant experience with Kiddi Caru Matford Green, staff are friendly, both my children have attended here and have had wonderful experiences.
The food, the structure of the days are brilliant, there's not one thing I could think of that I would change.

Really happy with how my child has settled so far. I love how the children are able to go outside from a relatively early age and also have the sensory room to help with their wellbeing and stimulation.

Genuinely think this setting is fantastic.
The staff are settled and happy, they go above and beyond and authentically care for the children as if they are their own family.
The children are stimulated with wide ranging activities throughout the day and spent time outside everyday.
Food is
brilliant quality.
I always drop my child off and have no concerns about safety. This has consistently been the case for many years, as this is our second experience.

Our review isn't just for January but ever since we have been with them.
We are so so happy with our daughter attending Kiddi Caru Day Nursery, she absolutely loves coming in (gives us a cuddle and kiss and walks herself in and she's only 19 months) the pictures that get uploaded to the app, we
can just see how happy she is! The app is perfect! Throughout her nursery days, we will have a look to see what food she has had and if any observations have been made.
She really does love it and that makes us love it aswell!

The nursery is always very clean on entry and never has any nasty smells. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the decor is modern and up to date.
I am impressed with the cooked menu and my child eats well there despite him being quite fussy.
I would like to see more pictures of what my
child gets up to in the day. I do get some but I don't know what he gets up to each day and the pictures can be from a couple of weeks ago but I put that down to staffing and I'd rather they were playing with my child rather than taking pictures.
Sometimes I think having rugs and when the children keep their shoes on- this could be a hygiene issue, along the the mops being kept in the utilities- these probably should be single use mop heads, but I appreciate keeping somewhere clean, with lots of children must be pretty tough- but they were very visible for all to see.
These couple of things would make it 10/10 but it's still a lovely nursery and I recommend to people a lot.

Outstanding nursery - consistently impressed by the professional standards upheld at this nursery including the caring nursery staff, efficient management and excellent catering staff. We have been really impressed and feel total confidence in the team at Kiddi Caru.

We have always been so happy with the service and care provided by Kiddi Caru Matford Green. Our oldest son has been attending since September 2022 and our youngest since April 2025. Both are incredibly happy and thriving under the care of the staff and we can't fault the kindness and attention. Our
youngest has had some food issues and the nursery have been very accommodating in helping us with them. They have helped and guided us through potty training, naps and weaning and our boys are both so lucky to have such kind and caring staff looking after them.
We also can't fault the management team who are friendly, approachable and always quick to reply to any queries or requests.
I would honestly recommend Kiddi Caru Matford Green to anyone. From the sensory room, to the garden, to the food prepared on site and of course the wonderful staff, we can't fault it.

Both our children have attended Kiddi Caru since they were 10 months old and 2 years old and are now 3 and 4. They have worked their way up through the rooms within the nursery and have absolutely thrived at each stage of their nursery journey! The staff at the nursery are so enthusiastic, caring,
and professional. I work full time as a nurse and they have always been so mindful and understanding when needing to pick the children up quickly if they are poorly that it sometimes takes a little longer to get to them. The drop-off is always seamless which makes such a difference on busy working mornings! I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a well-run, professional care setting with staff that are well trained and clearly have a vested interest in providing a fun, loving environment for all the children.

Both my children use this nursery. As any parent would be we were apprehensive about leaving the care of our children to someone else whilst we work.
From the get-go, the professionalism and updated information throughout the day has been second to none. The support they have shown towards the
children in development etc has been amazing. The management and staff are so welcoming and friendly. I can't recommend this nursery highly enough.

We've had both our children go through here and have been supported and embraced by the nursery in our journey. Both children loved the setting and we felt comfortable and confident leaving them in caring, competent hands. Can't recommend them enough, they go above and beyond for each child's unique

Amazing nursery, clean, tidy, with beautiful outdoor space and the rooms have lots of great resources. The food menu has a great variety of foods and it's nice that they cook it there.
They always have creative and educational activities the kids could join and learn through play, our daughter
loves being there and we like that they do regular observations so we can see what she has been doing in class.
All the staff is friendly, caring and they take time to get to know the kids and help them feel happy and well supported while they are there.

Excellent nursery setting! Our son loves attending and has attended from 1 year old.
The team are all approachable and they are very child focused, they have taken the time to get to know my son and this is reflected in the relationships that he has with the staff.
They manage transitions from
one nursery room to the next really well, with lots of taster sessions for settling.
The setting itself is lovely, a great garden, and the children are well catered for. The environment is kind and caring - you can see that this is fed down through management to the whole team.
The App is great and keeps us updated regularly- we love seeing pictures of our son at nursery.
They are really supportive and flexible if ad-hoc days are needed and available.
I would highly recommend this setting!
