Monkey Puzzle Bromley is situated in a light-filled Grade-II listed building within walking distance of both Bromley North and South! With an interior purposely designed to provide a home-from-home environment ideal for children to learn and develop through play!

Children start in Explorers doing just that in a spacious room filled with beautiful resources to encourage little minds to grow. Discoverers follow with their fully equipped room including child-sized toilets and drinking fountain. Downstairs are the Investigators who have a fabulous time investigating the world around them through play and adult led activities.

Inventors is the last stop for children before school. School Readiness is what this room is all about with an Early Years Teacher at the forefront of their learning.

Outside is no different with a purpose-built playground offering opportunities for all areas of learning to be extended across the age ranges.

There is an inclusive and multi-cultural nursery focused on providing the best care to each individual child. An experienced staff team are employed who are highly skilled and passionate about what they do.

All meals are cooked on site by the fully trained Chef so they can cater for any dietary needs you may have.

We are new joiners of the nursery. So far staff have been great! Many activities for toddlers, so kids shouldn’t get bored during the day. The nursery has an online app that allows me to keep up with my little one’s developments.

The staff are so friendly and really make you feel welcome as part of the Monkey Puzzle family – they all know my daughter’s name and say Hi to her when we drop her off – which makes her feel very welcome.
Since she has joined the nursery she has come such a long way, growing in confidence and learning
something new on a weekly basis. She is always happy to be going to nursery and it’s great that I can see what she has been up to that day via the online app – such a great tool to be able to use!
The activities are varied and fun - things you can’t necessarily do at home, exposing them to new learning opportunities every day. We are very happy that we made the choice to send her to this nursery and would highly recommend it to other parents.

I have been really happy with Monkey Puzzle Bromley. My son started there last September. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. I believe that they truly look after my baby in a way that I am completely happy with.
All meals are yummy and nutritious and fun activities throughout the day. I love
the fact that the garden is covered so no matter what the weather the children will get guaranteed fresh air.

We have had our now four year old daughter for almost three years. She had gone to two nurseries before hand and settled in Monkey Puzzle Bromley very quickly.
The staff have been fantastic and very supportive with our daughter's development. As a result she has grown confidently and is very independent.
The owner has invested heavily into both the building and staff. As a result there is a good community feel with staff and parents.

My daughter has been attending since she was a baby and is graduating from pre-school this year. Throughout her journey, every carer has taken it upon themselves to personally know my daughter and look after her as if she were their own. Staff have always tried to replicate what we do at home with our
daughter, whether it was baby sign language, sleeping patterns or potty training. The whole family is greeted with a smile every day, no matter what time it is or how tired the carer is. Staff are always forthcoming with real information about what my daughter got up to during the day, be it something small or big. Their daily online journal is amazing and makes my husband and I feel like we are part of our daughter's day even if we are not physically there. My daughter has made so many close friends already. It is super to hear her talk about them and how happy she is at Monkey Puzzle. My son's journey will start here soon as well and I have 100% confidence that he will be happy too.

My little one joined Monkey Puzzle Bromley after attending another setting since he was 3 months old.
Words cannot express how amazingly the team has supported us. The love & passion for children is clearly visible. My little one has bonded with his Key Practitioner, he & the room leader took my little
boy under their wings with love and patience. Within less than a week he was settled. His speech has developed beyond all expectations and his independence has just skyrocketed! Every day is an exciting new day with a wide variety of high-quality resources.The nursery manager took an extra million steps to keep me updated and reassured during the day (without me even asking).
I can't thank Monkey Puzzle Bromley enough for all they have done and looking forward to walking this year with such an incredible team and nursery.
The owners are well invested in the company, being actively involved and being present on the premises - amazing!

Both my daughters, aged 2 and 3 go to Monkey Puzzle and they love it here. They are excited to go and they are full of excitement and stories of their day when I collect them. I am amazed daily by the things that my girls learn at 'Monkey', my three-year-old has conversations with me about stuff that
my 5-year-old niece knows nothing about!


The staff are great, they are friendly, kind and supportive and such genuinely nice people who you can tell have a real passion for what they do and the children that they work with. I have had a few problems at home with my children's behaviour at times and have received a great deal of help and support from the manager who I couldn't thank enough, not just for the help and advice but for being there to talk to about it sometimes. I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle to everyone, my children have flourished since coming here and I will be so sad when they have to leave.

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Bromley since October 2015. This nursery is like a second home to him where he feels happy and thoroughly enjoys everyday that he is there. This makes it so much easier for us when we need to leave him there on a daily basis. The staff are so friendly and make

My family comes from Italy and we moved to the UK when my little son was 1. He has great difficulties adapting to the new language and new environments and this makes him a "special need child".
We tried two nurseries before choosing Monkey Puzzle, but he didn't settle and he was refused.
I was desperate
because I knew that my son needed to get used to a nursery environment to grow his skills and to develop.
When I went to Monkey Puzzle my son was loved and he got assigned to special hours of 1:1 time. In the last year, he has made a wonderful progress and he loves the teachers and the environment. Monkey Puzzle has helped my son to feel loved, confident and happy.
I will never be grateful enough for the help that the wonderful staff has given to me and my son!!!!
I would recommend this nursery to everyone!!

This nursery is absolutely amazing and I love picking up my nephew with a huge smile on his face.
He spends the whole evening telling me about his amazing day.
It's great to be greeted with a great smile every day by the staff who are always proactive in developing children to their full potential.
Their
food menu is amazing, all cooked fresh on the premises by a qualified chef.
Parents are invited to various events such as Christmas parties, mothers day and summer BBQs.

I cannot speak highly enough of Monkey Puzzle Bromley. The facilities are excellent and provide a good variety of both indoor and outdoor activities. The staff are extremely attentive and caring yet being both professional and focused on the importance of learning and play.
Having reviewed a number
of local nurseries, we chose Monkey Puzzle with its amazing settings, really spacious rooms and how clean it is. Everyone here seems to love their job and they really make children feel welcome.
My boy loves his key worker and has built a really good relationship with her. The regular updates on his progress and how he spends his day are much appreciated.

My little boy has been attending Monkey Puzzle Bromley since March 2015, he started in the toddler room and is now currently in the preschool room. My son has come on leaps and bounds since he started and he's growing in confident every day with the vast amount of activities and learning he is provided
with.
The online learning journal system the nursery uses is amazing and lovely to see the observations and pictures made of my son's progression, as well as the daily diary of his day, gives me an insight into what's he's been up to.
As for the staff, they are always friendly and are always on hand to help and give advice whenever necessary. Overall this nursery has been perfect for my son and would 100% recommend it.

The nursery is owned by local businessman Arlind Marku, who graduated from Middlesex University in 2007 with a BA Hons in Business Studies and Italian. Since graduating he has run a number of family businesses, always with the intention of returning back to his dream of owning a children’s day nursery. Arlind always aspired “to own a nursery that is full of happiness and joy, creating an environment where children can thrive”. He grew up with very strong family values where children’s upbringing and education was always paramount. “I believe that a child’s successful journey starts from very early education so it was extremely important for me to choose a site which provides the best setting for children to have enjoyable and fun learning experiences”. I enjoy using my business knowledge and passion for children to support our team and improve the opportunities for our children. I am a firm believer that children are our future and we must give them an understanding of how powerful, important, valuable and perfect they are. Keeping children safe and happy alongside meeting and developing their needs will always be at the forefront of what we value as a team."

Stacy Cooper

Job Title: Deputy Manager Joined: 2015

Stacy qualified with a CACHE level 3 in Childcare and Education. She also has 11 years of experience in childcare with 2-3-year-olds. Stacy has received MAKATON training from the lady who trained Mr Tumble (Justin Fletcher) and although working in childcare is challenging she finds it incredibly rewarding. Working with children has always been a passion of Stacy’s since she was 9 and has been the best career choice she could have made.


When asked why she wanted to work in childcare Stacy said “The reason I work with children is that they are our future generation and I take pride in knowing that I have made an impact on the most important years of their lives.”

Nick Huddart

Job Title: Operations Manager Joined: 2019

Nick has been working within early years for over 15 years and joined the company as our Operations Manager. Nick supports our Bromley, Orpington and Tunbridge Wells nurseries providing valuable support to our management teams and overseeing recruitment and operations of the nurseries.
“Our vision is to create a wonderful space where children will be safe, cared for, loved and happy. Our children and families will always remain at the centre of what we do. We will provide a space where children and our team can learn, grow and develop with support, encouragement and positivity being the keys to ensuring a high-quality provision.” Nick has previously worked for Asquith Nurseries where he began as a volunteer. He completed his Early Years qualification and worked towards becoming Manager of the company’s flagship nursery helping to achieve an Outstanding Ofsted grade twice and being held over 9 years. Nick’s passion is focused upon supporting both the children’s and the team’s development and helping to deliver the highest standards of childcare across all areas of the nursery. The best part of the day though is always seeing the smiles on the children’s faces as they laugh, learn and play. Nick is a huge sports fan, who especially enjoys football, tennis and cycling. He also loves watching films, reading, visiting the seaside and meeting up with friends over a good cup of coffee to help relax.

Emma Thomas

Job Title: Early Years Quality Manager Joined: 2019

I am based at our Bromley branch, but I also support our Orpington and Tunbridge Wells nurseries.


I have worked in Early Years for over 10 years, and I could not imagine doing anything else. I love being a part of watching the children develop and grow, supporting them to reach their personal milestones.


I have previously supported and led Ofsted inspections, supporting nurseries to achieve Outstanding outcomes. I felt extremely proud that we had achieved the highest standards for our families and team.


I have had experience in a variety of different roles. I started my childcare journey, newly qualified as a bank member of staff. I was offered a full-time position as a nursery nurse, and not long after,r I became a Room Supervisor and began to develop my leadership skills.


A few years later, I was given the opportunity to work as a third in charge in the nursery. This is where I gained more managerial skills and began the children and the teams across a range of ages. After a few years, I was a Deputy Manager where my passion for supporting children continued to flourish and I added the role of SENDCO, supporting children with additional needs and further developing our inclusive practice.


I continue to support many children with additional needs, their families and our staff teams with children’s learning outcomes working closely with the Bromley Borough and relevant agencies.


As part of my role, I support with providing enabling environments and with the quality of teaching and learning.


In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and going on holiday to visit new places.

Sharon Lucas

My favourite part of working with children is building on the high quality care and education, with a strong focus on the teaching and learning. Watching and being a part of children flourishing with a passion for learning is important to me.


I have worked in Early Years since 2002 as a Practitioner and then from 2007 onwards in management. I have a vast experience within Early Years Care and Education and believe that these are the most important and formative years.


I have achieved the completion of my B.A Honours in Early Years Development as well as hold Early Years Professional Status and have previously achieved an Outstanding grading from Ofsted.


In my spare time I enjoy reading, spending time with friends, truck racing, classic 80’s and 90’s Ford cars, Disney and Halloween!
