Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Bromley

My daughter had been going to Monkey Puzzle for a little less than 3 years and we can not say enough good things about the nursery. The staff are attentive, caring and always available if you need anything. My daughter was always greeted in the morning with huge smiles from the staff. The daily online journal is super helpful to understand what they had for lunch and what they’ve been up to each day. In preschool, they really emphasized school readiness with the learning of phonics for example. My daughter started reception in September and settled very quickly and I have no doubt that this is due to Monkey Puzzle staff preparing her so well. We will miss our Monkey Puzzle family.

My son loves going to Monkey Puzzle, he is very happy there and so are we as a family. We feel he is really well looked after and supported in his developments there. All the teachers there are very caring, helpful and professional. They are always available to talk and give me feedback at the end of the day. They are also interested in what's going on in my son's life outside the nursery in order to support his learning and interests.

Through the online journals, I am also able to see photos of what she has been up to and also what she has had to eat throughout the day.

My son has been going to Monkey Puzzle for a year now, and he's been very happy. Monkey Puzzle is really an excellent nursery, wonderful staff and fantastic facilities. I highly recommend Monkey Puzzle in Bromley.

We love Monkey Puzzle Bromley! The staff are very attentive, kind and clearly love their jobs. They are always so enthusiastic and friendly which at the end of an exhausting day is no mean feat! The handovers at the end of the day are very detailed and informative from how long their nap was to how much of their pudding they ate at lunch to what activities the children have enjoyed all day long. It’s lovely to pick your child up at the end of the day with little pictures that they’ve drawn! The online journals are amazing! Such detail and it’s great to follow what they’ve been up to each day and see pictures too! It even recommends things to do with your child at home for their development which is very useful. Our daughter clearly enjoys herself at Monkey Puzzle Bromley and is very fond of the staff and you can tell everyone there clearly has genuine affection for our daughter too. My daughter moved from baby room to toddlers in July last year and I was, naturally, a bit nervous about the transition. I need not have worried as she settled in very fast. The teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable and my daughter loves going to nursery. She has many friends and is very happy in the toddler's room. Management is very approachable and responsive; nothing is too much trouble and they constantly think of ways to improve the facilities and arrange many exciting activity days. I would have no hesitation in recommending this nursery.

My child is extremely happy at Monkey Puzzle Bromley. The staff are fantastic and I’m so happy to have people I trust looking after my son.

We are new joiners of the nursery. So far staff have been great! Many activities for toddlers, so kids shouldn’t get bored during the day. The nursery has an online app that allows me to keep up with my little one’s developments.

Monkey Puzzle Bromley Staff are always very welcoming and caring towards the children and parents. The development of my children since starting is very good and we get daily reports on their progression.

The activities are varied and fun - things you can’t necessarily do at home, exposing them to new learning opportunities every day. We are very happy that we made the choice to send her to this nursery and would highly recommend it to other parents.

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Bromley since just before his first birthday. We have found the nursery welcoming and friendly and a really nurturing environment for my little boy. He is always happy to go in the morning and never wants to leave at the end of the day! His favourite things about the nursery are definitely the food and the garden!

All meals are yummy and nutritious and fun activities throughout the day. I love the fact that the garden is covered so no matter what the weather the children will get guaranteed fresh air.

The owner has invested heavily into both the building and staff. As a result there is a good community feel with staff and parents.

My daughter has been attending since she was a baby and is graduating from pre-school this year. Throughout her journey, every carer has taken it upon themselves to personally know my daughter and look after her as if she were their own. Staff have always tried to replicate what we do at home with our daughter, whether it was baby sign language, sleeping patterns or potty training. The whole family is greeted with a smile every day, no matter what time it is or how tired the carer is. Staff are always forthcoming with real information about what my daughter got up to during the day, be it something small or big. Their daily online journal is amazing and makes my husband and I feel like we are part of our daughter's day even if we are not physically there. My daughter has made so many close friends already. It is super to hear her talk about them and how happy she is at Monkey Puzzle. My son's journey will start here soon as well and I have 100% confidence that he will be happy too.

My daughter loves Monkey Puzzle Bromley and all the staff are really friendly. She’s well supported emotionally and there is a consistency in staffing. They offer a variety of interesting and relevant activities for the children to do and involve the parents in nursery life. Would strongly recommend.

My son has been attending the nursery for about 4 months now. The care that has been provided to him has been impeccable. The staff are always attentive and have provided a nurturing environment for my little boy. I was very nervous about leaving him but the staff are very supportive and are always happy to take a call to reassure me.

Both my daughters, aged 2 and 3 go to Monkey Puzzle and they love it here. They are excited to go and they are full of excitement and stories of their day when I collect them. I am amazed daily by the things that my girls learn at 'Monkey', my three-year-old has conversations with me about stuff that my 5-year-old niece knows nothing about!

The staff are great, they are friendly, kind and supportive and such genuinely nice people who you can tell have a real passion for what they do and the children that they work with. I have had a few problems at home with my children's behaviour at times and have received a great deal of help and support from the manager who I couldn't thank enough, not just for the help and advice but for being there to talk to about it sometimes. I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle to everyone, my children have flourished since coming here and I will be so sad when they have to leave.

I am so happy I chose Monkey Puzzle Bromley for my daughter. The staff nurture the children and I am happy knowing my daughter has a fun filled time there. The nursery has so much to offer, the staff are so kind and caring and it is managed very well. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Bromley since October 2015. This nursery is like a second home to him where he feels happy and thoroughly enjoys everyday that he is there. This makes it so much easier for us when we need to leave him there on a daily basis. The staff are so friendly and make you feel at ease as soon as you enter the nursery, they have become more like friends as we talk and laugh each evening about our sons day. Couldn't ask for a better environment for my child.
