Monkey Puzzle Bromley is situated in a light-filled Grade-II listed building within walking distance of both Bromley North and South! With an interior purposely designed to provide a home-from-home environment ideal for children to learn and develop through play!

Children start in Explorers doing just that in a spacious room filled with beautiful resources to encourage little minds to grow. Discoverers follow with their fully equipped room including child-sized toilets and drinking fountain. Downstairs are the Investigators who have a fabulous time investigating the world around them through play and adult led activities.

Inventors is the last stop for children before school. School Readiness is what this room is all about with an Early Years Teacher at the forefront of their learning.

Outside is no different with a purpose-built playground offering opportunities for all areas of learning to be extended across the age ranges.

There is an inclusive and multi-cultural nursery focused on providing the best care to each individual child. An experienced staff team are employed who are highly skilled and passionate about what they do.

All meals are cooked on site by the fully trained Chef so they can cater for any dietary needs you may have.

My three-and-a-half-year-old daughter has been going to this nursery for just over a year now. In this time she has grown by leaps and bounds in terms of her personality. Apart from improved social skills and communication, the confidence in her self is quite striking now. She is getting quality exposure
to extracurricular activities and learning an additional language (French) as well. The love, nurturing and care from all the staff has been exemplary. Thank you Monkey Puzzle.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, our son thoroughly enjoyed his years at Monkey Puzzle Bromley, he played, he learnt and he made friends but most importantly he had fun. This nursery has a great building with excellent facilities and is run so professionally, we never had any problems and the management
were always extremely helpful. The staff are brilliant and are totally committed to the children, they are like members of the family and it was very emotional on our son's last day. This was the second nursery that our son attended and was such an improvement on his first one, no two nurseries are the same. I can recommend this nursery wholeheartedly from the excellent care our son received - get on their waiting list early is my advice.

Our daughter started when she was eight months old and is now in Inventor Room (ready to school) so we have known the Monkey Puzzle family for about three years now. They always try to improve their service. I'm extremely happy with the nursery and the whole staff are really good, friendly, caring and
hygienic. Our daughter loves going to this nursery, they do lots of activities, educational trips for kids and also have a French lesson once a week for Inventor kids which is brilliant.
Overall very happy and would highly recommend this nursery.

A wonderful nursery! My daughter (now 2) is so happy there.


We originally used another nursery which was equally as brilliant, but following a house move, we were fast-tracked into Bromley, which reduced our stress in finding a new nursery right down!


The staff in each room have gone above and

beyond to make our daughter happy and welcome. Special mentions go to the manager who is very supportive when 'settling' your child into a nursery and the nursery assistant in the toddler room who is just brilliant. We are always greeted with a full rundown of the day and a happy, smiley child to pick up.

A very nice, well-run nursery, where our daughter has been very happy. The best thing about the nursery is the staff, who are great.
Our only real complaint is how often they change and move rooms, particularly in the last year.

We couldn’t be happier with Monkey Puzzle Bromley. Our son is loving his time there and we feel very supported as a family.

All the staff have been friendly and professional, the atmosphere is always happy and it’s obvious how much the children are enjoying their time there and how committed the
staff are to providing the best care for the kids.

The facilities are great and the parent parking is fantastic for drop-off and pick-ups.

Our son's key worker, in particular, has from the outset been so helpful, she always offers feedback on how he is doing, areas of progression and gives useful tips and guidance on how to further help his development.

We are extremely pleased with Monkey Puzzle Bromley!

Our son has been with Monkey Puzzle since the age of three, at which age he was fearing a diagnosis of a speech disorder. Whilst we cannot lay the credit of our son's growth in the area to Monkey Puzzle solely, we feel that he would not have progressed so far, so quickly whilst in their care, if it
were not for the dedication of the staff.
Both myself and my wife would recommend Monkey Puzzle in a heartbeat to anyone.

Our daughter started part-time nursery back in November and we have been patiently surprised by the care and attention she has received. The staff seems really friendly and they truly care about the children. They always know what kind of a day our daughter has had, what she played with and how much
she has eaten. We can see that our daughter is already bonding with her key worker. We are also pleased with the different activities they use ie painting. Sensory activities etc.

My son has been at Monkey Puzzle on a part-time basis since 11 months old. He is in his third room now and he has loved every minute of it. This is the best nursery my daughter has been to and we’ve tried two others in Bromley.
This is a fantastic day nursery, clean, organised, highly professional staff and very caring. The best part is that on top of an online portal, which details photos and descriptions of how each day went, you get
verbal updates as well and special moments are described. The staff have developed such an excellent relationship with my daughter in a short space of time, it’s the first time I’ve seen my daughter unwilling to leave the nursery at the time of pick-up! That’s a clear sign of enjoyment and feeling at home, nothing can make me feel better at the end of the day. She’s also developed so much in only two months, more than anything she’s learnt at other nurseries, where she spent 1.5 years! She’s developed her language skills quite rapidly at the nursery and also got potty trained very quickly, which is so impressive. I can’t recommend this nursery more highly to anyone living in the area!

Since our child has joined Monkey Puzzle he has totally changed when it comes to going to the nursery, sharing with other children and his attitude towards the teachers. He developed close bonds with the staff and he calls them his friends. Every morning we have a positive attitude towards waking up
and getting there. In regards to the facilities, we knew that Monkey Puzzle was a top choice from the first time we visited, the place is kept very clean and you can observe continuous refurbishments. The menu is varied, even though our son is picky he finishes his plate and started feeding himself. Every week we are kept up to date with our son's progress. Thank you Monkey Puzzle.

Our daughter started at Monkey Puzzle Nursery at the end of August, all through the settling in process the staff were extremely supportive to both our daughter and us as parents.
She has now been there for 3 months and is really starting to enjoy her nursery days and flourish. This is a testament
to the environment which has been created for the children to develop within.
I would certainly recommend the nursery to other parents.

My daughter had been going to Monkey Puzzle for a little less than 3 years and we can not say enough good things about the nursery. The staff are attentive, caring and always available if you need anything. My daughter was always greeted in the morning with huge smiles from the staff. The daily online
journal is super helpful to understand what they had for lunch and what they’ve been up to each day. In preschool, they really emphasized school readiness with the learning of phonics for example. My daughter started reception in September and settled very quickly and I have no doubt that this is due to Monkey Puzzle staff preparing her so well. We will miss our Monkey Puzzle family.

My daughter has attended the nursery for almost two years now and still loves getting up every day and going in to see the staff and all of her friends.
The care she receives while at the nursery is exceptional. My daughter's key worker is always there to talk to when needed and I am always updated
when I collect her as to what she has been up to, what she has eaten and her progress with her potty training. All staff, even those not in her class, take time to say good morning to everyone and know all the children's names as they come through the door.
Through the online journals, I am also able to see photos of what she has been up to and also what she has had to eat throughout the day.

We love Monkey Puzzle Bromley! The staff are very attentive, kind and clearly love their jobs. They are always so enthusiastic and friendly which at the end of an exhausting day is no mean feat! The handovers at the end of the day are very detailed and informative from how long their nap was to how
much of their pudding they ate at lunch to what activities the children have enjoyed all day long. It’s lovely to pick your child up at the end of the day with little pictures that they’ve drawn! The online journals are amazing! Such detail and it’s great to follow what they’ve been up to each day and see pictures too! It even recommends things to do with your child at home for their development which is very useful. Our daughter clearly enjoys herself at Monkey Puzzle Bromley and is very fond of the staff and you can tell everyone there clearly has genuine affection for our daughter too. My daughter moved from baby room to toddlers in July last year and I was, naturally, a bit nervous about the transition. I need not have worried as she settled in very fast. The teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable and my daughter loves going to nursery. She has many friends and is very happy
in the toddler's room. Management is very approachable and responsive; nothing is too much trouble and they constantly think of ways to improve the facilities and arrange many exciting activity days. I would have no hesitation in recommending this nursery.

The nursery is owned by local businessman Arlind Marku, who graduated from Middlesex University in 2007 with a BA Hons in Business Studies and Italian. Since graduating he has run a number of family businesses, always with the intention of returning back to his dream of owning a children’s day nursery. Arlind always aspired “to own a nursery that is full of happiness and joy, creating an environment where children can thrive”. He grew up with very strong family values where children’s upbringing and education was always paramount. “I believe that a child’s successful journey starts from very early education so it was extremely important for me to choose a site which provides the best setting for children to have enjoyable and fun learning experiences”. I enjoy using my business knowledge and passion for children to support our team and improve the opportunities for our children. Stacy Cooper

Job Title: Deputy Manager Joined: 2015

Stacy qualified with a CACHE level 3 in Childcare and Education. She also has 11 years of experience in childcare with 2-3-year-olds. Stacy has received MAKATON training from the lady who trained Mr Tumble (Justin Fletcher) and although working in childcare is challenging she finds it incredibly rewarding. Working with children has always been a passion of Stacy’s since she was 9 and has been the best career choice she could have made.


When asked why she wanted to work in childcare Stacy said “The reason I work with children is that they are our future generation and I take pride in knowing that I have made an impact on the most important years of their lives.”

Nick Huddart

Job Title: Operations Manager Joined: 2019

Nick has been working within early years for over 15 years and joined the company as our Operations Manager. Nick supports our Bromley, Orpington and Tunbridge Wells nurseries providing valuable support to our management teams and overseeing recruitment and operations of the nurseries.
“Our vision is to create a wonderful space where children will be safe, cared for, loved and happy. Our children and families will always remain at the centre of what we do. We will provide a space where children and our team can learn, grow and develop with support, encouragement and positivity being the keys to ensuring a high-quality provision.” Nick has previously worked for Asquith Nurseries where he began as a volunteer. He completed his Early Years qualification and worked towards becoming Manager of the company’s flagship nursery helping to achieve an Outstanding Ofsted grade twice and being held over 9 years. Nick’s passion is focused upon supporting both the children’s and the team’s development and helping to deliver the highest standards of childcare across all areas of the nursery. The best part of the day though is always seeing the smiles on the children’s faces as they laugh, learn and play. Nick is a huge sports fan, who especially enjoys football, tennis and cycling. He also loves watching films, reading, visiting the seaside and meeting up with friends over a good cup of coffee to help relax.

Emma Thomas

I am based at our Bromley branch, but I also support our Orpington and Tunbridge Wells nurseries.


I have worked in Early Years for over 10 years, and I could not imagine doing anything else. I love being a part of watching the children develop and grow, supporting them to reach their personal milestones.


I have previously supported and led Ofsted inspections, supporting nurseries to achieve Outstanding outcomes. I felt extremely proud that we had achieved the highest standards for our families and team.


I have had experience in a variety of different roles. I started my childcare journey, newly qualified as a bank member of staff. I was offered a full-time position as a nursery nurse, and not long after,r I became a Room Supervisor and began to develop my leadership skills.


A few years later, I was given the opportunity to work as a third in charge in the nursery. This is where I gained more managerial skills and began the children and the teams across a range of ages. After a few years, I was a Deputy Manager where my passion for supporting children continued to flourish and I added the role of SENDCO, supporting children with additional needs and further developing our inclusive practice.


I continue to support many children with additional needs, their families and our staff teams with children’s learning outcomes working closely with the Bromley Borough and relevant agencies.


As part of my role, I support with providing enabling environments and with the quality of teaching and learning.


In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and going on holiday to visit new places.

Sharon Lucas

My favourite part of working with children is building on the high quality care and education, with a strong focus on the teaching and learning. Watching and being a part of children flourishing with a passion for learning is important to me.


I have worked in Early Years since 2002 as a Practitioner and then from 2007 onwards in management. I have a vast experience within Early Years Care and Education and believe that these are the most important and formative years.


I have achieved the completion of my B.A Honours in Early Years Development as well as hold Early Years Professional Status and have previously achieved an Outstanding grading from Ofsted.


In my spare time I enjoy reading, spending time with friends, truck racing, classic 80’s and 90’s Ford cars, Disney and Halloween!
