Little Elms Daycare Nursery Beckenham Queens Road

Our little boy joined only a month ago, always was very shy and nervous around strangers but now has totally come out his shell, loves all the creative play and speech has really improved. Couldn't of asked for more. Also eating way more variety than the chicken nugget diet he insists I feed him!! All the careers have been so gentle with his nervous energy and update me on everything they know I worry about. Thank you Little Elms Daycare New Beckenham!

We really can’t fault the nursery at all! Our son couldn’t be happier and the staff are so lovely with him. He settled in really quickly and I’m sure this was because of how caring everyone was when he first joined. Great menu choice every day and lots of fun activities. All the staff are warm and friendly and keep in regular touch about our son with updates throughout the day on the app or direct messages if they need to - fab place for our baby to be! A few staff changes since he’s been there and a few periods of unsettledness but current management is excellent! Garden is probably my least favourite part of the nursery but at least there is some outdoor space and it has lots of fun toys for the kids to play with.

We absolutely love this nursery for our daughter. Management and the staff in our daughter's room are fantastic and incredibly friendly. They are really enthusiastic and keep us up to date with everything that is going on and how she's been during the day. I also love that they take the children on little outings when they can. The only downside is that it would be nice for the outdoor space to be a bit bigger but to be honest the children don't seem to notice!

After a few bumps and misunderstandings, I have been very happy with the service provided since the new management team came into place. They’ve shown nothing but professionalism and they are also interacting a lot more with the parents, for my part. My little girl went from being upset every morning to being the happiest she has ever been so there’s been a massive positive change and now I can’t recommend them enough!!

Since the manager has started I can see a change in my child he is always keen to learn and comes home with stuff I know he has learnt at nursery. The communication has improved and the staff are keen to tell me what he has been doing during the day. Fantastic team and and new manager. Thank you

Since the new manager has taken over the communications have improved which gives me reassurance my child has benefitted from the vast activities and is keen to learn. The team have a strong understanding of safeguarding and my child has settled really well. Thank you all

Really happy with the nursery. It’s got a lovely feel to it - the building is always kept well presented and regularly maintained and painted, which I really like to see - it’s never grubby. Toys and resources are plentiful, there’s a lovely garden area that is very well used, and the staff are generally lovely - warm, caring and kind: it’s a home-to-home feel. Food is cooked on-site and it always gets eaten, which is more than I can say for my cooking! My son has been there since he was nine months old and I’ve been so pleased with how happy he has been - he’s my third baby so I’ve got a bit of experience with childcare settings, and I think fairly realistic expectations - this nursery exceeds those.

I would (and have) recommend this nursery to prospective parents.

After 4 years of our son being at this nursery, it is very sad to see it not be in his life any more. They have helped create a lovely, caring knowledgeable child who shows readiness for school from what they have helped teach him since being there. Staff are friendly and the place as a nice feel to it. Would recommend.

I was really worried - to put it mildly - about putting my then 11 month old into nursery full time but the baby room staff couldn't have been any more warm and loving with him, so he settled well. All the babies are loved and respected, there is a lot of fun and the staff are very attentive to the babies and happy to chat to parents about any tiny concern for as long as you like. Can"t recommend it enough.
