Overall Experience

Our experience at Little Elms Greenwich has been exceptional. Our daughter has been attending for over a year now, and I am delighted to report on her progress. Initially, she exhibited some shyness and unease. However, the nurturing care and dedicated staff members, particularly in the Toddler's Room

(Robins' Room), played a pivotal role in her settling in. I was consistently informed of her development throughout her adjustment period and initial weeks.
Over time, she has developed a strong sense of self-confidence and self-esteem. Within the Toddler's Room, she has engaged in enjoyable activities that have fostered her learning in various areas, including colors, basic numbers, and more. The nursery staff members are exceptionally friendly and readily available to provide assistance when needed.
Currently, our daughter is enrolled in the Pre-School Room, where she eagerly attends nursery and expresses great enthusiasm for interacting with her peers and new teachers.

Overall Experience

Our Our experience at Little Elms Greenwich has been exceptional. Our daughter has attended for over a year and has shown remarkable progress. Initially shy, she has gained confidence thanks to the nurturing staff in the Toddler's Room (Robins' Room). She has enjoyed learning activities covering colors

and basic numbers.
Now in the Pre-School Room, she eagerly interacts with her peers and has developed a strong understanding of the world. She participates in enriching outings to gather natural materials for craft activities. The nursery maintains high cleanliness standards and offers a diverse range of toys and nutritious food options, though I suggest reducing the frequency of soup served twice a week.
I wholeheartedly recommend Little Elms Greenwich. The feedback from teachers during parent-teacher meetings highlights her positive development, and the nursery hosts many family-friendly events that foster social interaction and bonding.

Overall Experience

I have had the pleasure of sending my son to Little Elms Greenwich from a year old and it's a wonderful nursery. The staff are so warm and welcoming and make the children feel loved and completely at home. My son has flourished during his time here and he can't wait to get through the door in the mornings.

Overall Experience

I wanted to share my experience with Little Elms. My daughter started when she was 9 months old and is now 2.5, and she's always been really happy there.
Right from the start, I felt so supported by the staff-especially in the first year when she needed regular medication. They always went the extra

mile to make sure everything was handled properly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
In the toddler room, she's been really loved and cared for. She's always excited to go to nursery-even after long holidays-and she comes home singing all the songs she's learned, which is such a joy.
The staff are always kind, supportive, and welcoming, and I really appreciate how they encourage her multilingual development, as we speak two languages at home. The regular updates and photos of all the fun activities are also such a nice touch.

This branch classroom staff are lovely, knowledgeable and professional, however this and the other Beckenham Branch management communications to parents are very lacking both in the clarity of communication and engagement with parents. They're just unwilling to take any constructive feedback from parents

and do not involving parents in any major decisions affecting how changes are proposed and implemented is unhelpful.

Overall Experience

We've had our 2-year-old twins here since December 2024 and couldn't be happier. The care is exceptional, with a wonderfully consistent and dedicated team. On the rare occasions the girls were upset at drop-off, the staff went above and beyond to keep us updated throughout the day, which was so reassuring.

They offer fantastic activities and have a beautiful outdoor space that the children love.

Iam so grateful for the warm and caring environment my daughter experiences at Little Elms ( Beckenham). Even though she attends only twice a week, she looks forward to every single visit with excitement and joy. The teachers are not only kind and patient but also truly dedicated to nurturing each child's

individuality.
Since joining, I have seen my daughter grow in confidence, creativity, and social skills. She comes home with a smile, stories to tell, and new things she has learned. I appreciate how the staff make every child feel valued and included, creating a safe space where they can explore, play, and learn at their own pace.

Our little girl joined Little Elms at 10 months and initially it was very difficult passing our child over due to the guilt that naturally comes from leaving your child so young.
The staff at Little Elms however, made this transition so much easier and were extremely considerate of our needs. Our little

My daughter has been attending this nursery for the last 2 years. Staff members are amazing and helped a lot at the beginning and made settling in really easy.
The team is creative and make sessions really entertaining for the children. The outdoor area is lovely as well as the cabin space for indoor

play.
Another bonus is checking what your child has been doing throughout the day via the app which is updated on regular basis.

Overall Experience

The staff here are incredible. So kind, caring and passionate. My little boy had a hard time settling in and the team were brilliant in helping to build his confidence and provide him with the support he needed - 9 months on he is thriving and we have seen a huge change in his development and independence.

Love all the different activities they get to do, you can see a lot of time and care is taken to ensure the children are learning and growing every day. Would recommend!

Great experience settling in my son at Little Elms. Have been great with helping him getting two naps per day as he is still young and been very accommodating when he has needed medication. Would recommend!

My daughter has a hard time with saying goodbye to me everytime we drop her off but the staff are so attentive and ready to make her feel settled with sending pictures throughout the day to make us feel at ease . The reception staff also go above and beyond to listen to concerns and help where they

can . Always friendly smiley faces and my daughter is always so happy to tell me about her day . She goes in the afternoons two days a week and the only thing I would suggest is having the same kind of activities the morning children have for afternoon children too . But we are really happy with her progress and the nursery overall

My little girl has been going to Little Elms since 2021, she started when she had just turned one and has been in all of the rooms at Little Elms.
It is a fantastic nursery, the management have done so much with the space including introducing a new provider for healthy meals, book borrowing and social

events for parents.
The staff are so caring about the children and go above and beyond daily.
My daughter is regularly complimented on her communication skills and confidence which is all down to the Little Elms. She is confident around adults and I truly believe this is down to the little elms speaking to the children with respect and understanding at all times.
My daughter recently had her preschool graduation and the team put on a fantastic day! Including gowns and hats for all children, a special performance from the kids, a photographer, party food and a gift bag for all the children. It was a really special day for eveyone! I highly recommend Little Elms

Overall Experience

We've had a generally positive experience with the nursery. The staff are absolutely lovely - caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing. They've been incredibly supportive in helping our son with his developmental needs and limitations, and we've seen real progress thanks

to their dedication. It's clear that he feels safe and happy there, and he seems to really love everyone he interacts with.
That said, there are a few aspects that could use improvement. The payment policy is a bit of a concern - the fees are quite high compared to what is offered, particularly considering the number of children in the pre-school class. The space feels a bit stretched for the size of the group. Also the fees for pre schoolers in August, the kids are leaving, the policy really doesn't help the families.
Staff turnover has also been quite noticeable in the past two years. Hard to built stable connections with children key workers.
