Kiddi Caru was my first choice for my son as his nursery when I went back to work nearly a year ago. He loved the baby room and the staff there made both him and us happy and really looked after all of us. Since the end of last year, he has been in the next room up and seems to still be thoroughly enjoying
his days at the nursery.
My son is based full time at nursery and this costs me a fair chunk of my pay packet every month as this is not a cheap nursery. However, he is well looked after and I have peace of mind that if I have any worries I can talk to the staff and they will help us.

I was pleased that my child settled into the nursery quickly. All the staff are extremely friendly and caring, which made me feel so comfortable leaving him from the very first day. My child comes home each day extremely happy and fulfilled. So, I can definitely tell he is enjoying his time here.

We have been delighted with Kiddi Caru Redhill. Our first daughter joined Ducklings in 2016 and has progressed up to Swans. In that time, she has flourished and now is always happy to come to nursery. Now our younger child has joined Ducklings and is off to a flying start. The staff are so caring and
interested in the children and totally responsive to parent questions.

Cannot recommend highly enough! Our child has been cared for very well and has settled in very quickly. You can feel safe and reassured when you drop him off in the morning! Keep it up.

I could not recommend Kiddi Caru Nursery Redhill enough. As a single working mum I have had wonderful support. My daughter is incredibly happy. Her days are full of stimulating, educational activities. The staff in Swans have all been amazing and I have loved seeing my daughter grow and develop.

Overall I think the nursery is excellent and would highly recommend. The head office did, however, lose an element of parental trust when they raised the fees twice in one year. Whatever reason they deemed appropriate, it doesn't negate the fact that working parents generally get one pay rise each year
which is far less than the increase in fees applied. There was little communication in advance of these increases which provides little time for families to budget. Please have a greater understanding that nursery fees are a great strain for many families and whilst this nursery is not a charity, it shouldn't just be beholden to shareholders in regards to fees.

I’m so delighted with the choice we made in Kiddi Caru. The care, development and fun filled days my daughter receives there are truly brilliant. I am looking to move house but am determined not to move far as I really wouldn’t want to move her anywhere else!
I was terrified of the transition back
to work post maternity leave but I was really supported through this by the staff and I now drop my daughter off everyday, safe in the knowledge she is going to have a fantastic day.

Both our children have had a fantastic experience here. The child development is individually fostered and staff are always highly engaged. Both children have been very happy and we are kept well informed with their progress. My daughter actually cries when we pick her up because she doesn’t want leave.
Aside to the knock to my own parenting confidence, I take this as a great sign for the nursery.

My son has now moved to the pre school room - Swans. He has been at Kiddi Caru for over 2 years, starting in Ducklings.
He is enjoying Swans so much, he looks forward to going every day and says goodbye to me with a smile. The staff are dedicated to him and give me detailed handovers about his day
on pick up. Can't fault the nursery and would 100% recommend to a friend.

Our daughter has been attending Kiddi Caru in Redhill since she was 18 months old (has just turned 3). We have been extremely happy with the nursery, and our daughter has thrived since being there. She has learnt so much, despite only attending for 2 days a week. I would highly recommend Kiddi Caru.

The team in our current room are very proactive in their care and approach. Our daughter loves attending and is always greeted by a happy team - there is lots of fun on a daily basis and any necessary discipline is with extreme care and kindness. My son is currently in Cygnets room and I cannot rate the staff in this room highly enough. The room feels well structured and run by the team leader and the supporting staff. I recently had a new baby and the staff in Cygnets were very helpful in helping prepare my son for the new arrival before and
super in supporting him once the baby arrived by talking about his role in the family and getting him excited.


I feel all the staff in Cygnets make it their business to create positive bonds with all children regardless of key worker allocation. The tight-knit feel from this room is positive and reassuring. All staff go over and above day job and truly support all the children and their families in their development.


The nursery, in general, is extremely well managed and run. All the senior managers and office staff are helpful and approachable. High standards are expected and it shows!
