Everyone at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Redhill is very professional and helpful, and we are pleased with how the first couple of months in the duckling's room has gone. The management team are always welcoming and happy to chat as you come and go, having such an approachable and cheerful team is very comforting.

At Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Redhill, all the staff know the children's names no matter what class they are in. It is lovely that siblings get to see each other during the day. The in and outflow of the older classrooms is great, and the children always tell me how much fun they've had playing, reading and having fun with their friends. It's a positive environment and really encourages children to explore and learn.

I cannot praise Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Redhill enough especially with the preschool team. My child has been with the nursery since 1 yo. The management team has always been understanding and attentive. The carers team are knowledgeable and experienced in caring for young children and paying extra attention on educational needs especially making sure that extra support is provided in meeting milestones.

Outstanding nursery. Staff are brilliant, caring and the Management team fantastic, always happy to listen and help with any queries. My daughter is thriving at Kiddi Caru Redhill. I have no concerns about this nursery or the staff.

Both of our kids attended this nursery and were both happy there throughout the last 5 years. The staff were brilliant especially when my son was suffering with food intolerances they were very accommodating at adapting the menu for him as needed as well as checking certain things were ok for him to have. It is a safe and lovely environment to leave your children in and I would highly recommend this nursery. The staff are excellent and our kids loved it there.

Overall, we have had a great experience at Kiddi Caru and would highly recommend anyone to consider this nursery due to the staff.

From the moment I walked through the door with my first child three years ago, to my experiences now with my second child joining, I am constantly blown away by the entire team at Kiddi Caru. Every single staff member knows every child irrespective of whether they care for them directly and so it feels so warm and friendly all of the time. The menu is diverse and nutritious and the variety of activities they do with the children is so broad, and the way the nursery is managed is with ease, flexibility, and always a smile. But it really is the people that make this place and it’s a pleasure to leave my children in their care.

Our youngest daughter has been at Kiddi Caru since just before she turned 2 and I can honestly say this is one of the best nurseries I have experienced. The team are so incredibly kind and caring and genuinely care about every child they look after. The facilities are fantastic and there are always loads of great activities for the children to do. Our pre-schooler has come home doing sums and teaching me yoga on more than one occasion! This really is a loving, caring environment for every child.

I would give 10 stars if I could. My son has been at Kiddi Karu for 18 months first in Ducklings and now Waterlillies. The staff and management across both rooms are amazing, they care for each child as an individual which is something I have not experienced in previous nurseries (I have 2 older children who attended different settings).

Over the last 12 months, the team noticed that my son wasn’t progressing in the way he had over the 6 months before that. The support my son has received has been over and above any expectations I had, and they have worked with me and my family to get to bottom of it. Joining meetings with medical professionals, providing additional 1-1 support to my son and being an amazing sounding board for me when I was coming up against problems accessing the health services.

I would recommend this nursery to anyone, it’s like a family and despite all my son’s problems the smile on his face each day when he arrives says it all!

A huge thank you to the wonderful team at Kiddi Caru Redhill. My family and I are honestly always so overwhelmed with how incredible the team are but in particular when my daughter had an accident en route to nursery last week. A fall in the car had led to my daughter having a nose bleed and busted lip, she was obviously so upset and I was too. It was before nursery had opened and the team at Kiddi Caru Redhill just swooped in and made everything better immediately. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without the team that morning (and every morning) My daughter was cleaned up, checked over, and cheered up as was I. I know the team at Kiddi Caru are always wonderful but this truly was exceptional. I couldn’t recommend this nursery and team more - they are constantly helping us every step of the way on this crazy journey of parenthood - we feel extremely lucky.

My daughter is just finishing to start school and she has had the best years at this nursery. The staff are excellent, communication is amazing I always get a quick reply to an email and the staff are so friendly and approachable. All the staff knew my daughter's name, I’m really sad that she is leaving!

Having relocated to the country with my little one at a very young age, I was quite worried about how well he was going to settle in. The team were so fantastic, excellent and supportive and they made the whole transition so easy for my little one and the entire family. Now he is much older, seems really happy and so settled. Always glad I made the best choice of nursery!

I am very happy with Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and my child loves it very much. My child is bilingual and started nursery without any English language. She speaks English very well now. Teachers are amazing. My child loves them very much.

Having the team at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery at Redhill look after our youngest really is wonderful. We have seen a fair amount of nursery provision and the team at Kidu Caru are by far the best. Each of the team seems to really care, each of them on first name terms with our son and clearly have a close connection. It's so easy when the little one bounces in and is excited to spend the day with the children and staff. The team will always go above and beyond especially in these tricky times. Would have no hesitation to highly recommend.

Highly professional and nurturing facility. My son loves the staff and attending nursery. Staff are well trained and supportive, friendly and knowledgeable and tend to be consistent (low staff turnover). Would definitely recommend.

The new way of living is hard at times but the staff at Kiddi Caru Redhill have made it easier. Both my boys are very happy going to nursery and the parents' evenings via zoom for one and phone for another were informative and enjoyable. Of course, I would love to have been able to go into the nursery and speak face to face but at least we are able to communicate at a distance. Thank you Kiddi Caru Redhill for putting in those steps to still being able to have parents' evenings and for keeping my boys safe and happy.

Really great that we were still able to have a parents evening within a difficult year. Zoom call worked just as well and we got to learn all about our son's days at nursery. Fabulous nursery with brilliant staff.

We could not be happier with Kiddi Caru and the care our child receives. The staff all do a fantastic job ensuring a very smooth transition into nursery life. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, friendly and nurturing environment for their child.
