Kiddi Caru Redhill, a GrandirUK Day Nursery

My eldest son joined Kiddi Caru Redhill in January 2024. He has always been safe and well cared for, even since his earlier settle days. Since then, it's been discovered that he has developmental delay. Staff and management at Kiddi Caru have always provided support, made adjustments for his individual needs, made space for his big emotions, and made every possible referral for specialist care outside of the nursery setting. He has great relationships with so many of the care givers. It very much feels like collaborative care when it comes to my son. They want just as much as we do for him to thrive in every aspect of his life. His development has come along leaps and bounds. My youngest son has since joined and is equally well cared for. It's the best decision we as parents ever made. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone!

My son has been attending since 2023 and I couldn't ask for a better nursery for him. His loved his time at the nursery and soon to start school in September. I have seen his confidence grow so much from a shy little boy to a confident boy and that's thanks to the amazing staff. He always comes home talking about the fun things his got up to and what games he plays with his friends. He loves PE on Tuesdays with coach Michael and this has helped his confidence in physical development lots and Thursdays leaning Spanish which he has taught me some new words. He talks about all the staff from his room to staff to the kitchen and office. He will definitely miss them all when he starts school but they have given him the readiness and confidence to start school.

We're really grateful for whole team. It's a wonderful place, and we'd happily recommend it to any family looking for a safe, caring, and engaging nursery.

Kiddi caru is a fantastic nursery, the staff are lovely and caring for my child, I was a little nervous when putting my daughter into a nursery but they've made me feel re assured throughout it all. it's a lovely setting with so many activities which I love hearing about at the end of the day.

Kiddi Caru Redhill is an excellent nursery. Every carer or member of staff has always made me feel that the care, wellbeing and happiness of my kids is of the utmost importance. There are plenty of nurseries out there and we visited so many but none could come close to Kiddi caru.

We've had a particularly positive experience with the waterlillies room where he's moved up into. His key worker Chloe is fantastic, she's lovely and caring with our son, and has put lots of effort into keeping us updated with what he's eaten or drunk as she understands it's always a bit of a worry for us. Our son has really bonded with her and the nursery keeps him entertained all day with lots of varied activities. They're also great at getting the children outside every day.

The Nursery is brilliant, everyone is so lovely and helpful no matter what you need. Amazing with my child and his needs no matter what. My son loves going in to Nursery and always has a fantastic day, they are always doing different things to keep the children entertained and learning. Love the daily updates on what they have been up to and what they have focused on and learned that week. Highly recommended.

My granddaughter loves coming to nursery every day. She always has a smile on her face when she sees the staff within her room. They always greet her with such love and I know she is well cared for. She always loves to sing songs to us that she has learnt. I love that the nursery has Introduced Spanish. They offer so much more for the little ones and to help them grow.

Both our children attend Kiddi Caru and we are delighted with the care they receive. The staff are extremely dedicated and consistently go the extra mile to provide fun and educational activities for the children - they are knowledgeable and well informed on every aspect of child development and always provide a safe environment for the children. Our son is due to start school soon and we have been so impressed by the gentle consistent preparation he has received for this impending change. Our children can't wait to go to nursery in the morning, they eat well, sleep well and are so happy when we collect them at the end of their days.

Outstanding nursery. All staff are excellent and the facilities are brilliant. The kids are very happy and come home smiling every time talking about their day. Development is individually and close monitored. Thank you Kiddi Caru, Redhill.

The Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Redhill is fantastic! We have has our daughter in there for over a year now and could not be happier. The staff are amazing-kind, attentive, and incredibly dedicated to each child's growth and happiness. It's such a warm and welcoming environment where our daughter thrives everyday and cant wait to go back. We couldn't ask for a better place to start our children's early learning journey! Excellent place to have your child settle in and learn new skills. We have been with the nursery for close to 7 years with 2 kids and have been extremely happy of the care and learning path they provide to children.

There are some fantastic staff who work here, who seems to really care about and know the children. Think the pre-school room have done a great job preparing our kids for school too.

Unfortunately Grandir, the parent company, have increased the fees significantly twice in 4 months. They have also removed a 3+ years fee structure, so you pay the same amount for a 3 year old as you do for a baby with a lower staff to child care ratio. We are now paying £300 per month more than we were 3 months ago for a 3 year old. Grandir's communication approach has been appalling. For these reasons, unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this nursery to others.

My son attended here for 2.5 years, (2020-2023), and overall, a great experience. I genuinely believe the room staff really loved and cared for him, so he had the greatest time always. Always fed well and healthy, catering for allergies safely. The management team always seemed to have some sort of issues going on, which is a shame, but seemed the head office got a hold on that, and despite it, the room staff would carry on their jobs well with all the changes. Clean, well-set up environment that I would recommend.

My child settled very well. The staff were friendly and kept you updated during the day via their in-house system. Various activities for them to do, and a nice outdoor play area. Would recommend it to anyone.

My experience with the nursery has been really good, except for the brief period (Dec 2022 to March 2023) of time in the swan's room when there were inconsistencies with the staff members and the handovers were not done properly! Hope this helps!

The nursery is fantastic, but it's the staff that make it. My daughter loves going to nursery and my son starts next month. The staff always have my daughter's best interests at heart, they let her be a kid and have fun, but at the same time, I have taught her so much.

My two year old son has been attending Kiddi Caru for just over a year. He absolutely loves nursery and is thriving there. The staff in Waterlillies are excellent, he even recites all their names at bedtime! The new management have demonstrated focus and structure since the changes last year. We look forward to our baby starting later this year and our eldest continuing his journey in the Cygnets room.

My daughter is absolutely thriving here. The staff are always keeping us updated with her progress and shenanigans. There is a calm friendly positive atmosphere at all times. The staff are very friendly. There are always special activities and weekly themes to keep the children engaged and learning new skills.
