Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Redhill

Highly recommend.

Our daughter enjoys her time at nursery and the staff always have a great amount of energy and enthusiasm when working with the children.

We always get thorough updates on how she’s done during the day and feel that she has grown and developed so much since attending the nursery.

My son is currently in Cygnets room and I cannot rate the staff in this room highly enough. The room feels well structured and run by the team leader and the supporting staff. I recently had a new baby and the staff in Cygnets were very helpful in helping prepare my son for the new arrival before and super in supporting him once the baby arrived by talking about his role in the family and getting him excited.

I feel all the staff in Cygnets make it their business to create positive bonds with all children regardless of key worker allocation. The tight-knit feel from this room is positive and reassuring. All staff go over and above day job and truly support all the children and their families in their development.

The nursery, in general, is extremely well managed and run. All the senior managers and office staff are helpful and approachable. High standards are expected and it shows!

The settling in was great and all the staff are lovely and welcoming not just her key worker who is fabulous. There is a good selection of activities inside and out and it's a lovely environment. The food is also lovely and very much enjoyed. Overall I am very pleased.

We would highly recommend this nursery.

The nursery has a family feel, it is a fantastically run nursery, very efficient with helpful staff. I feel completely at ease when I drop my daughter off. She is so well looked after and loved.

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was 5 months old, obviously, we had a huge number of concerns about leaving her for the first time but the staff were fabulous and gave us the support we needed in order to feel comfortable that our baby was in safe hands. Our daughter is now 3yrs and 4 mths old, she has moved through all of the rooms and with the exception of a few teething problems (mainly friends moving up to another room before she was able to) we have nothing but praise for all of the staff. This is an excellent nursery and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for childcare.

Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Redhill is an excellent nursery. My daughter looks forward to going and is always excited to share what she’s learnt during the day.

I really like the way the carers take time at the end of the day to inform parents about their kids and what activities they have been up to during the day. Excellent staff team!

We have been with Kiddi Caru since just after it opened in autumn 2015. I have nothing but good things to say about this nursery. Both of my children have been incredibly happy there. The staff in all the rooms my children have been in have been brilliant and they have formed such great bonds with their carers. There is an excellent balance between free play and more structured learning. The children participate in a wide range of activities and the facilities are great. The gardens aren't big but have so many interesting and fun things to do that the children love being outside. The sensory room is also a fantastic resource, especially for younger children. This really is a wonderful nursery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

It's a very small thing as we said and doesn't dampen our view of the outstanding service otherwise.

I cannot praise this nursery enough. Every single staff member I have come across is professional, friendly and always remembers my son's name (even the kitchen staff). I get regular updates and they have put together such a lovely development folder with photos of my son in there which is nice to look back at as he started at 10 months old and has come a long way since then. My son loves his key worker and has bonded so well with the staff. I feel very reassured leaving my son here.

They always make our children feel at ease, happy and at home and that's all we can ask for. The learning and development we've seen is the icing on the cake. We're always thrilled with how our children are doing.

Our son has thrived at Kiddi Caru and with our daughter about to start in September, we couldn't be more excited to watch them both develop over the coming months. The staff at Kiddi Caru are amazing, as I'm sure is the case with most parents, we want the best of the best for our children and feel very lucky to have found you! Huge thanks to all.

She is developing so much thanks to the support of the carers and all the activities that they do during the week. With the good weather, they always spend plenty of time in the gardens. Would definitely recommend to come and check it out for your kids!

All the staff, either directly or indirectly responsible for our daughter are friendly, helpful and positive. She has learnt so much here and loves coming.

My son has now been attending Kiddi Caru for over a year and I cannot fault the nursery. The staff, facilities and care he has received has been fantastic! My Son is fairly shy and can be nervous in unfamiliar surroundings and all the staff have made a conscious effort to ensure he settles and feels comfortable. He has developed so much in his time at Kiddi Caru and now loves going.
