A Home away from Home that ticks all the boxes??
A very spacious modern beautiful building, lots of activities for the kids.
The staff are amazing. They are always willing to support and let parents know how the day went.
At Kiddi Caru, my child gets lots of love and support from our lovely Carlette
who is truly professional, always active and full of smiles. She has helped my child settled in wonderfully. All the staff are lovely and the daily teamwork is super excellent.
This nursery has got a very wonderful Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator who is well experienced.
Kiddi Caru nursery environment is friendly, beautiful, homely, very clean and colourful. They also maintain an excellent security system to ensure all the kids are safe. My child has progressed within a short while.
The nursery has a family feel, it is a fantastically run nursery, very efficient with helpful staff. I feel completely at ease when I drop my daughter off. She is so well looked after and loved.

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was 5 months old, obviously, we had a huge number of concerns about leaving her for the first time but the staff were fabulous and gave us the support we needed in order to feel comfortable that our baby was in safe hands. Our daughter is now 3yrs and
4 mths old, she has moved through all of the rooms and with the exception of a few teething problems (mainly friends moving up to another room before she was able to) we have nothing but praise for all of the staff. This is an excellent nursery and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for childcare.

I really like the way the carers take time at the end of the day to inform parents about their kids and what activities they have been up to

We have been with Kiddi Caru since just after it opened in autumn 2015. I have nothing but good things to say about this nursery. Both of my children have been incredibly happy there. The staff in all the rooms my children have been in have been brilliant and they have formed such great bonds with their
carers. There is an excellent balance between free play and more structured learning. The children participate in a wide range of activities and the facilities are great. The gardens aren't big but have so many interesting and fun things to do that the children love being outside. The sensory room is also a fantastic resource, especially for younger children. This really is a wonderful nursery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Overall we are extremely happy with the care and coordination of our child's care at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Redhill. He has now been there for over a year and the level of attention to detail and care and compassion for our child and others by the nursery team is excellent.
The only element that we
found a little frustrating was the rigidity of the administration and particularly invoice structure. The onsite team have very little flexibility it seems to be able to make changes if an invoice is incorrect until the following month - even if it is something incorrect from their side. It seems to be of a centralised Head Office query than a specific site query. Not every parent is in the position to pay out more money than expected and wait 4 weeks for the adjustment.
It's a very small thing as we said and doesn't dampen our view of the outstanding service otherwise.

I cannot praise this nursery enough. Every single staff member I have come across is professional, friendly and always remembers my son's name (even the kitchen staff). I get regular updates and they have put together such a lovely development folder with photos of my son in there which is nice to look
back at as he started at 10 months old and has come a long way since then. My son loves his key worker and has bonded so well with the staff. I feel very reassured leaving my son here.

What stands out the most is the kindness, enthusiasm and commitment of the staff.

Our daughter loves coming into the nursery and playing with the carers and her friends.
She is developing so much thanks to the support of the carers and all the activities that they do during the week. With the good weather, they always spend plenty of time in the gardens. Would definitely recommend

I would recommend Kiddi Caru as it's been a lovely journey for my daughter in this nursery.


The nursery is really good and deserves outstanding rating definitely from Ofsted.


1. Nursery has lots of resources to keep the kids busy and occupied and enhances their learning. Every section is unique

in its own way.
2. Staff are so friendly and very caring for the kids.
3. Office staffs and Nursery manager - are too awesome. Ready for any help.
4. The kitchen staff are too good and thanks a lot to them for cooking delicious food every day.

My son has now been attending Kiddi Caru for over a year and I cannot fault the nursery. The staff, facilities and care he has received has been fantastic! My Son is fairly shy and can be nervous in unfamiliar surroundings and all the staff have made a conscious effort to ensure he settles and feels
comfortable. He has developed so much in his time at Kiddi Caru and now loves going.

Very friendly team and my children love going to Kiddi Caru, there are a lot of interesting activities for them and they learn new things each day. Parents evenings are good with lots of information provided on children’s progress in learning key skills via easy to read charts. If my child needs some
help in a learning activity Kiddi Caru will let us know so we can help them learn specific items.
Always friendly and cheerful in the mornings at drop off and also pick up

We are very pleased with Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Redhill. All the staff are excellent and very warm and welcoming, my son always enjoys going there. My daughter has been at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Redhill for over 2 years, basically since it opened. I will be sending my second daughter there as well as soon as she is old enough. In short, Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Redhill is excellent. I've never had anything at all to complain about. The staff are
all fantastic both in the kids' rooms, but also in the school office. The facilities seem top notch, and I feel very confident that my daughter is very well cared for. She loves it there. Perhaps the only slight downside is that there is not a huge amount of outside space - no grassy gardens/playing fields. That said, the kids are outside all year round in the space they do have, and it is absolutely filled with things to play on and experiment with. At this age, I'm not even sure the children need any bigger space to run about outside, and the fact that it's all astroturf means that it is less muddy, and they can go out in all weathers which if anything is a plus. I'd have no hesitation to recommend Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Redhill.
