Bright Horizons Woking Day Nursery and Preschool

My son has attended the nursery since 2017 and has come on leaps and bounds in his time here. The team are very consistent and many of the staff who cared for him as a baby are still supporting the little ones here at the nursery now he is in Preschool. The preschool team are amazing, they show real care and concern for my son even when he's having a difficult and challenging day. The team in the room do wonderful activities with him and he is always talking about the new things he has learnt from how ice is made, to different festivals he has learnt about. He eats amazingly here as well and often asks me to make 'Nursery dinner' instead of my own! The management team are very open and welcoming and are there for any needs I have had, even just challenging days with my children I know I can talk to them for support and advice. There is nowhere I would rather send my son. He's in amazing hands!

My son has been at the nursery since it opened and will soon be leaving for school. He has been really happy at the nursery and we have been happy to leave him in their care. The staff have always been very supportive and understanding towards us as a family. I have really felt a strong sense of them working in partnership with us, as parents, to ensure our son is being well cared for and is developing as he should. Whenever there have been any concerns, they have been quick to raise them and take prompt action, working with us. Though my son still occasionally clings to my leg for a few minutes at drop-off, he soon rushes over to one of the staff members in the room and hugs them instead, and then he often says he wants to stay forever when I pick him up, so you can't ask for a better review than that for a nursery!

I have been highly impressed with this nursery. The staff have been wonderful and are genuine about their love for the children and you don't feel like it is just about money as I have experienced in other nurseries. My daughter has loved the nursery from the first week and settled in quickly. She adores her teachers and her development has been considerable in a very short space of time. She is even learning about phonetics and has traced her name at the age of 3. What is great, is that the ethos of the school is learning through play and they let the children just be kids and have fun. My daughter has thrived in this environment. The school is always very clean and the food is to a high standard, exposing the kids to all different foods from around the world. The teachers are also compassionate and understanding to each families unique circumstances. You always get a friendly welcome entering the school.

Our daughter had a great experience in your nursery. We as parents also enjoyed your great professional care and a friendly attitude. Our daughter was going to another nursery before but was never truly happy there as she was crying and complaining, but not here. Here she was laughing and smiling, has found friends and was always saying she loves everyone and everything. We are very satisfied and will recommend your nursery to everyone. Thank you so much!

I can come to work in peace, knowing she will be in good hands.

The only thing I think could improve is regarding flexibility to swap going in advance (of course if there is space). As I am told that is not allowed under any circumstances.

The nursery has been a wonderful place for my daughter to grow and learn since joining at 9 months in November 2017. I find the staff incredibly caring and helpful and they care about the children. My daughter is so happy and has developed so well in every way. They complete differing activities daily and teach the children how to be more independent whilst nurturing them. The facilities are excellent and extremely clean. The only negative is that it is extremely expensive for an out of London nursery, however, they work long hours and do provide excellent care.

Our daughter has now been at Bright Horizons Woking for just over 3 months. We knew from the very first time we visited the nursery for a show around in the summer that it was right for her. She has been made to feel so welcome and loves going to nursery. I like the fact the days have some structure and the kids aren't just left to do as they please. Every day when I pick her up, the list of what Explorers have been up to that day is amazing - so varied. I feel the staff are very supportive and genuinely care about our daughter. The food choices are amazing; so lucky all the food is made fresh on site. Is also brilliant that our daughter gets chance to "cook" with the nursery chef. We are so pleased with our daughter's development since she started nursery - she is thriving and every day we are amazed at the new skills she is learning.

The team are brilliant. They have shown immense care and commitment in helping our daughter to settle into the nursery. They are always proactive and thoughtful in communicating with us regarding our daughter's well-being and take an active interest in her development. The nursery itself is modern, clean, safe and well managed. Overall, we are very happy to be at Bright Horizons Woking Day Nursery and Preschool.

When I came to pick my nephew up on a Thursday, I am always greeted in a lovely manner. I am also told how his day has been and what activities he has been doing. The team are fantastic and work so hard to care for the children and help them develop.

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons since she was four months old. She is very happy there and her progress (vocabulary and confidence) has been excellent for her age. Staff have also helped massively with potty training (she is completely potty trained before her second birthday) and management is very approachable and the staff are very competent. They clearly care for the children they look after.

The nursery is excellently equipt, new, clean and perfectly located.

My son has been here for a year now. He is very happy and healthy here. This is one of the nurseries with high-quality hygiene. The staff are extremely lovely and caring towards the children. They follow all the guidelines and policy. They ensure they email us updates weekly so the parents are well connected with the happenings in the nursery. I would recommend this nursery to everyone. Thanks for everything to all the staff members and for taking such good care of our children so that we have peace of mind at work.

Our son has been a member of the nursery since May 2017 and has recently moved into a new class. He thoroughly enjoyed his time at nursery and I feel reassured leaving him with the team. Important factors for choosing a nursery, were the facilities, staff and cleanliness and Woking exceeds all of these. The facilities are well considered and specifically tailored. The staff are simply fabulous. I could not be happier.

We are absolutely thrilled to have found Bright Horizons, Woking Day Nursery and Preschool. The staff are truly committed to making a fun and varied learning environment, and demonstrate great enthusiasm and the highest level of care.

My son loves coming to nursery - he is well stimulated throughout the day in a clean and inspiring environment. The staff particularly his key worker really love and care for him - couldn't ask for more.

We are very pleased with having our 2 and a half-year-old daughter in this nursery. She absolutely loves going there and her development since she's started has been amazing. We, as parents, really appreciate caring and professional staff, clean facilities, a variety of toys and activities and balanced nutrition. Daily reports do help us to get our mind at rest knowing what she's been up to during the day. We'd like to take this opportunity to thank the staff and room team for a great job.

Excellent service. Just a few weeks into life in the nursery and our little one is settling in well thanks to all the staff in the Discoverers room. The feedback we get at the end of each day is great and we have recommended this nursery to our friends.

My daughter has been at Bright Horizons Woking since she was 4 months old, now nearly 2 years on, we are as happy as ever. She has gone through a number of the rooms in her time, each room and staff as welcoming and focused on her journey and needs as an individual. Staff work with parents to support what we are doing at home so that there is a real 'home from home' feel and care about the nursery. Recently, the staff have supported us with successfully toilet training my daughter making the whole dreaded process so much easier. Above all, I know she is happy, well looked after, challenged and supported which is all as a working parent I could wish for. Thank you, Woking Team!!

I couldn’t be happier with the care my son gets at this nursery. He has been attending it since it opened and thoroughly enjoys his time there. The staff take such an interest in his development and make a point of being friendly, approachable and interested in us as a family. My husband and I can relax while at work knowing he is safe and is not only looked after but also well stimulated and entertained. My daughter will begin attending this nursery also, later this year - and I would not hesitate in recommending Bright Horizons Woking to anybody!

Bright Horizons Woking Day Nursery and Preschool is very well run. The management is great and the staff are very friendly. Easily one of the best we've used.
