We chose to send our baby to Bright Horizons Woking, not because it was the closest or most convenient for us, but because we were so impressed by the staff, the environment and the homeliness of the baby room when we visited. I was lucky enough to enjoy 6 weeks of weekly themed play sessions (for
free) before commiting to sending our son here - and this helped immensely in getting to know staff and their approach to learning. Our son has been attending for 4 months now and he is absolutely thriving - the range of skills he's developing through play is brilliant, the food made by Ben is excellent, and we especially love the updates and photos recieved via the app. We know our precious little one is in safe hands and is very happy here, and it truly feels like those looking after him really care about him, his development and wellbeing. Thank you to all who have cared for him thus far - you're all wonderful.

My daughter has been at this nursery from age 1 year. She is now 2.5 years. She really enjoys going to nursery and is very fond of the staff team! From the management to the core staff in her room and others. She has a great bond with them and talks about them at home. Her development is coming
along really nicely and we highly recommend this nursery for the strong staff team and care they give! They show such patience and kindness towards O and she loves all the fun, exciting things she gets to do whilst in the care of this nursery! They go on walks to the park and library and I love that she gets to enjoy this with her friends. She eats really well mostly and they even support her in potty training! Definitely can recommend this nursery as one of the best!

We had an amazing experience with this nursery and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Over the 10 months our daughter attended, her development was incredible - she grew so much in confidence, independence, and curiosity, and it was wonderful to see how happy and settled she was.
The carers are
absolutely lovely: kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They built such strong bonds with her and made us feel completely reassured that she was safe, loved, and understood. The food is amazing and she adored it, often eating better there than at home!
The facilities are excellent - bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed for little ones to explore and learn. The nursery places a huge emphasis on sensory outdoor play, and we loved how much time the children spent outside, whatever the weather. Overall, this nursery has exceeded our expectations in every way - we really miss it now that we've moved abroad.

Our daughter joined Bright Horizons a year ago and is now in the preschool room at age four. We've been really impressed with the preparation she's receiving for school, especially since a qualified teacher joined the team. The learning is playful and engaging, and we've seen real progress in her
early reading and writing skills.
Her key worker is full of energy, warmth and always smiling, and our daughter absolutely adores her. There's always a mix of creativity, dress-up, performances and fun activities, which keeps her excited to go in each day.
If we could wish for one thing, it would be a few more outings like their recent trip to the Post Office, as these experiences really broaden their world - though we appreciate how hard they are to organise.
Overall, the management and staff are outstanding and genuinely care for the children as if they were their own. We feel very lucky to have found such a nurturing and supportive environment.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for a little over a year, since she turned one, and she absolutely loves it. The staff are dedicated and caring and the activities they do with the little ones are creative and educational. I love all the updates and photos we receive during the day and
the daily meal menu is varied with plenty of opportunities to try different foods. Communication with parents is good. My newborn son is already signed up to start next year when he turns one. I'd recommend the nursery to parents seeking a nurturing environment for their children with opening hours that match busy working schedules. Proximity to the train station and town centre are additional boons

Our daughter joined Bright Horizons last October at the age of 1. Despite a challenging start with her settling in, the team made her feel comfortable and eventually she settled in just fine. She has taken to them so well and often speak of her teachers and friends at home. The staff are warm and
friendly and always accommodating to our requests. They have been keen and encouraging in our daughter reaching her milestones. She enjoys all the activities they do from painting to singing nursery rhymes and has shown great improvement in her development. They take great care of the children and we are rest assured that our daughter is in safe hands. We are so glad to have chosen Bright Horizons in Woking as the nursery for our daughter and would highly recommend it to any other parent considering it.

Our daughter joined Bright Horizons day nursery late last year 2024. She was only 1 years old so it was a slightly challenging few couple of months for her at the nursery. However the team at the nursery were so accommodating and eventually she integrated there really well. She loves all the staff
there, from the teachers to the managers and their warmth and care is a big reason for this. We are so glad to have chosen Bright Horizons in Woking as the nursery for our daughter and would highly recommend it to any other parent considering it.

My daughter has started at Bright Horizons a year ago and we couldn't be happier. All the staff is so welcoming and caring, it feels like being part of a family. The current manager has stayed for a good few years already, and you can see that she has created the atmosphere of stability and security
for the staff. Staff turnover has been very low under this manager, and the staff's contentment transfers to their care for the children. Staff are relaxed and happy, and so is my daughter in their care. My son was at this nursery before the current manager started, so I can compare how much things have improved from about four years ago.

It's my son's last week at Woking and I'm truly sad to be leaving the Woking family. From the very beginning, the team has been nothing short of amazing - supporting, guiding, and nurturing my son into the little person he is today. We've walked such a wonderful journey together, and I'll always be
grateful for the love, patience, and care they've shown along the way.
A huge shout out to the entire team for going the extra mile and making his time here so special. Thank you for everything - you've given him the best possible start, and we will miss you dearly!

My eldest son has now left Bright Horizons Woking, while my younger son continues going 2-3 days a week. The staff, across all levels of seniority, are fantastic in terms of the care and education they provide the children. This is evidenced by the strong relationships the kids form with their key
people. The observations and development reports are detailed and there are always photos showing you the highlights of the day. The senior leaders are effective at communicating with parents on all manner of topics such that you never feel left in the dark. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to consider the Bright Horizons Woking team under the leadership of the nursery manager.

Having had two grandchildren at this nursery I wanted to do a review. Our eldest grandchild is now at school but the care he had at this nursery was amazing. He was fully prepared by all the various different staff members for the big transition from nursery to school. He settled straight into
school with no problems.
The youngest grandchild still attends the nursery and is very happy there. It's such a joy when we collect him, he's always smiling and very happy. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly to us. They always explain everything that he has done throughout his day with them.
I feel that both the children gained so many skills and their personal development was amazing to see. They are confident, kind and happy children. Thank you Woking Nursery

Our son has started at Bright Horizons in Woking recently and he is so happy there. This is a beautiful nursery and we have chosen it again as our daughter had an amazing time there few years ago.
The staff are brilliant, supportive and they provide him with so much care, attention and positivity.
We can already see a great progress in our son's social interaction confidence and his physical skills. The children take part in a wide range of activities each day which supports all areas of his development.
The communication with the nursery is also exceptional. Nursery uses an App where parents can see what your child does on the day, info on meals and lots of photos too!
We are so lucky and happy we have chosen this nursery and highly recommend it!

I consider myself lucky that my 9-month-old got to start nursery with Bright Horizons Woking. They really took such good care of her, it really put me at ease.
She has spent almost 2 years with them and they have been crucial in her overall development and learning.
The management is also very

Woking Day Nursery is my child's happy place. She loves going to school and always comes home with a smile on her face. The staff are caring and I feel 100% confident leaving my little one in their care. My 3-year-old is thriving at this nursery and she comes home every day having learnt something

My child absolutely loves coming to nursery here. She runs in every morning and greets the staff with a big cuddle (she is 21 months old). The staff are so friendly and greet her sibling by name every pick up despite him not coming here. They get to know the whole family and treat you as part of
their family. My child is offered a wide range of foods and eats so well when she is here. I would recommend Bright Horizons Woking to everyone.

My son has been going to nursery for over a year now. He is nonverbal and I was really scared of sending him anywhere but he is very happy and well-adjusted there. He loves the staff and they love him as well. They help him and play with him according to his needs. They are doing fun activities the
whole week and my son loves them and learns a lot of new things. Very pleased with my decision to send him there.

Everyone at the nursery has been so so amazing, it feels like you're leaving them with family. They're all so warm and welcoming. They have an app so you can see what your

Incredible nursery with amazing staff. They really care about your child and their development. They do loads of enrichment and provide different developmental activities every day. The array of food has also made our lad a very adventurous eater.

Our daughter has been going to the nursery for almost a year. The team helped her settle in really well and are really friendly and caring. Our daughter has progressed really well and the staff ensure they do lots of activities each day, including sensory play and lots of messy play too. They try to
get the children outside every day, although this doesn't happen as much in winter (for obvious reasons). We're very happy with the nursery setting and would recommend it.

As today is my daughter's last day in preschool, we would like to say thank you for all the support and care. When we were looking for a school for her after relocating to Woking, we were very sceptical about the school since the reviews on the internet weren't the best as at then. We still decided
to give it a go as she was in the same setting in another area.
Right from day one, she felt welcomed and made her settle in so well. The management were also receptive to us as parents and was willing to change her session to suit our schedule.
We are very grateful and want to say thank you to you all.
